SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF THIOCYANATO LIGAND COBALOXIMES

Abstract

Abstract In this study , thiocyanato pyridine cobaloxime , thiocyanato analine cobaloxime , thiocyanato azobenzene cobaloxime and thiocyanato lucine cobaloxime complexes have been prepared . The general formula of the prepared cobaloximes is SCNCo(DH)2L where ; DH is dimethyl glyoxime ; L is Pyridine , Alanine , Azoenzene and lucine. All the above mention complexes were characterized by 1H NMR , IR and UV spectroscopy techniques. Anti-microbial activity of thiocyanato(L)cobaloximes is done against Staphylococcus(6 – 10) and screened against E. Coli.

فى هذه الدراسه تم تحضير مركبات سيايتو بيردين كوبالوكسيم و سيانيتوازوبنزين كوبالوكسيم وسيانيتو انلين كوبالوكسيم و سيانيتو ليوسين كوبالوكسيم. الصيغه العامه لمركبات الكوبالوكسيم المحضره هى SCNCo(DH)2L حيث DHتمثل ثنائى ميثيل جليوكسيم ، L تمثل بيردين , ازوبنزين , ليوسين او انلين. تم التحليل عن المركبات المحضره بواسطة مطيافية الرنين النووى المغنطيسى (1H-NMR) و الاشعه تحت الحمراء) IR ( و الاشعه فوق البنفسجيه UV)). تم تحديد فعاليه هذه المركبات ضد الميكروبات تحديدا بكتريا استافلوكوكس Staphylococcus و اى-كولاىE-Coli .
