Item معوقات الانتاج الزراعي وانعكاسته علي تنمية المجتمع المحلي (دراسة تطبيقية علي مشروع شمال الجزيرة)(جامعة النيلين, 2016) محمد سعيد عمر محمد إسماعيلAbstract This study tackled the impediments and elements of agricultural production and its effects on the development of the local community. The research looked into the following questions: what are the impediments and elements of agricultural and animal production and its effects on the local community? What are the challenges facing the Dairy project of Northem Jazeera in terms of enhancing agricultural and animal production. The significance of the study lies in the fact that studies on agricultural and animal production are considered to be vital to the development of the local community due to the importance of agriculture for development. This study set out to investigate the effects of agricultural and animal production on the development of the local community in terms of impediments and elements by empirically considering the Diary Project of Northern Jazeera as a case study. This is achieved by arriving at conclusions and recommendations that benefit those who are interested in this kind of research and by raising scientific questions about this issue. On the practical side, this research can benefit those who are in charge of the Dairy project and farmers as well when it comes to making good plans for the agricultural season. Of special importance is identifying the reasons behind setting up the project in the area where this study was conducted and exploring the elements of agricultural production of Dairy project in Northern J azeera. The research utilizes the descriptive-analytic method for it describes the community of the study in Alnuba, and it also depicts its agricultural production. Similarly, this method is also used in the descriptive analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data so that the researcher can prove the hypotheses upon which this research is based. The study drew a number of conclusions of which the following are among them: 50.8% of the land is freehold ownership. The majority of the cultivated land of the project is 5 acres which is 48.4% of the total land. The study made a number of recommendation of which the following are among them: the cultivated land of the project must be expanded, and the agricultural crops must be diversified in order to increase productivity and avoid the problems associated with the failure ofone item. The problem of manpower must be solved by increasing the wages in order to attract skilled manpowerItem فاعلية منظمات المجتمع المدني في تنمية المجتمع المحلي بمدينة رفاعة ( دراســـة ميدانيــة منظمة شباب النهضة الخيرية– محلية شرق الجزيرة)(جامعة النيلين, 2020) نجلاء عبدالرحمن أحمد يوسفالمستخلص تناولت هذه الدراسة فاعلية منظمات المجتمع المدني في تنمية المجتمع المحلي دراسة ميدانية منظمة شباب النهضة الخيرية بمدينة رفاعة-محلية شرق الجزيرة-ولاية الجزيرة.هدفت هذه الدراسة للوقوف علي دور منظمة شباب النهضة الخيرية في تنمية مجتمع رفاعة المحلي،وذلك بالتعرف علي دورها في تقدم الخدمات الصحية بمجتمع رفاعة المحلي ،والوقوف علي دور منظمة شباب النهضة في دعم الخدمات التعليمية بمجتمع رفاعة المحلي، ودور منظمة شباب النهضة في الاهتمام بفئات الشباب والأسر الفقيرة والمرأة والطفل. ارتكزت الدراسة علي عدد من التساؤلات أهمها:ما الدور الذي قدمته منظمة شباب النهضة الخيرية في تقدم الخدمات الصحية بمجتمع رفاعة المحلي؟ وهل كان لمنظمة شباب النهضة الخيرية دور في دعم الخدمات التعليمية؟وهل كان لمنظمة شباب النهضة دور في الاهتمام بفئات الشباب والأسر الفقيرة والمرأة والطفل بمجتمع رفاعة المحلي؟استخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج:الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي،كما استخدمت الملاحظة ،المقابلة ،الاستبيان كأدوات لجمع البيانات.وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها:أن لمنظمة شباب النهضة الخيرية دور في تقدم الخدمات الصحية مثل انشاء المستشفيات ودعم المرضي وتوفير أجهزة طبية وغيرها،كذلك دعمت الخدمات التعليمية مثل تشييد مدرسة وصيانة عدد من المدارس.والترتيب للتصديق بعدد من المدارس بالمناطق الطرفية،ساهمت منظمة شباب النهضة بتقديم مساعدات للأسر الفقيرة والمرأة والطفل،وهنالك تفاعل مجتمعي مع أنشطة منظمة شباب النهضة الخيرية ،وقد ساهمت في التنمية بمشاركة المجتمع المحلي بمدينة رفاعة.خلصت الدراسة لعدد من التوصيات أهمها:متابعة مشروعات منظمة شباب النهضة بمدينة رفاعة لقياس الأثر المجتمعي لها،زيادة المشاركة بين الحكومة ومنظمة شباب النهضة الخيرية لترقية الخدمات الأساسية من بني تحتية واصحاح للبيئة وغيرها،كذلك تكثيف الجهود مع وزارة الصحة لتوفير الكوادر والأجهزة الطبية المطلوبة مع ضرورة تدريب تلك الكوادر لتغطية العجز في مجال الخدمت الصحية بمدينة رفاعة. Abstract This study discusses the role of the civil society organization in local society development. This field study concerning Shabab Alnahda Charity Organization in Rufa'a City-Eat Gezira Locality-Gezira State. This study aims to the role of Shabab Alnahda Charity Organization in the development of Rufa'a City's Local Society by recognizing its role in the improvement of the health services of Rufa'a City's local society, and to take deep insight in the role of Shabab Alnahda Charity Organization in supporting the educational services of Rufa'a City's local society, as wells its role in taking care of the categories of youths, vulnerable families, women and children. The study focuses on a number of questions such as: what role that Shabab Alnahda Charity Organization has provided in improving the health services in Rufa'a City's local society? And whether Shabab Alnahda Charity Organization had a role in supporting the educational services or not? Whether Shabab Alnahda Charity Organization is taking care of the categories of youths, vulnerable families, women and children of Rufa'a City's local society? This study has adapted the analytical description and the historical methodology, as it has adapted observation, interviews, and questionnaires as tools of data collection. The study attained many of results of which the most important are: Shabab Alnahda Charity Organization has a role in the development of the health services such as hospitals establishment, supporting patients, the provision of medical devices and others, it also has supported the educational services such as the establishment of a school and repairing many of other schools, the arrangement to attain authentications for the establishment of many of schools in the country sides. Shabab Alnahda Charity Organization has provided aids for the women and the children of Rufa'a City's local society; moreover, there is a social reaction with the activities of Shabab Alnahda Charity Organization. The organization had a role in the development of Rufa'a City with the contribution of the local society. The study has concluded many recommendations and the most important of them are: Following the projects of Shabab Alnahda Charity Organization in Rufa'a City in order to estimate the social influence of these projects. increasing the cooperation between the government and the Organization in order to enhance the basic services such as infrastructure, environment reforming and others, also expanding the efforts with the Ministry of Health to provide medical cadres and the required medical devices with the necessity of training these cadres and covering the shortage in the field of health services in Rufa'a City.
