Item المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي العامل بالمجال الطبي (دراسة ميدانية المستشفيات الحكومية ولاية الخرطوم - محلية ام درمان(جامعة النيلين, 2018) تسابيح عثمان علي محمدالمستخلص هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف علي المعيقات التي تواجه الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في المجال الطبي من وجهة نظر الممارسين ، التعرف علي الدور الفعلي للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في المجال الطبي و التعرف علي وجهة نظر الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في أهمية وفاعلية الدور الذي يقومون به في مجال تقديم الخدمات الطبية الإنسانية للمريض بهذه المستشفي تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أن الممارسة المهنية للخدمة الاجتماعية في المجال الطبي تتطلب الإعداد المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين وتهيئة بيئة العمل في المجال الطبي بالإضافة الي التدريب والتطوير المستمر للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لمواكبة التطورات العالمية للممارسة المهنية للخدمة الاجتماعية حيث يمكن أن تبرز العوامل والمشكلات التي تواجه عمل الأخصائيين والأثار السالبة للممارسة المهنية والتي تتمثل في عدم جودة الممارسة المهنية للخدمة الاجتماعية وضعف أداء الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي ، ويمكن تلخيص ذلك الأثار في عدة تساؤلات هي ، ما هي المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمجال الطبي ؟ ، ما هو تأثير الأعداد المهني علي أداء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين ، ما هو تأثير بيئة العمل والحوافز علي أداء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين؟. تأتي أهمية البحث من خلال مناقشة المعوقات التي تواجه عمل الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي وذلك بدراسة ميدانية علي العاملين بالمستشفيات الحكومية بمحلية ام درمان- ولاية الخرطوم وذلك للوصول الي نتائج وتوصيات يمكن أن تفيد الباحثين في مجال الخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وكان الاستبيان هو الأداة الرئيسية لجمع البيانات حيث تم تصميم الاستبانة وتم توزيع عينة قدرها (50) على مجتمع البحث . توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من التتائج منها ، لا يوجد اهتمام كافي بآراء الأخصائي الاجتماعي بالرغم من مشاركته ضمن الفريق العلاجي خاصة في المستشفيات الصغيرة ، المرتبات ضعيفة ولا تلبي المتطلبات الاجتماعية للاخصائي الاجتماعي من توفير سبل العيش لاسرته وغيرها من الاحتياجات ولا توجد حوافز بصورة مستمرة مما يؤثر على الممارسة المهنية للاخصائي الاجتماعي وكثرة الاعباء الإدارية للأخصائي الاجتماعي خارج إطار عمله مما يشعره بعدم الرضا الوظيفي أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها ، العمل علي توفير الدعم المقدم من بعض المؤسسات التي من شأنها الاهتمام بالخدمة الاجتماعية وتطويرها بالمستشفيات ومساعدة المرضي المحتاجين للخدمة والمساعدات المختلفة ،العمل علي إقامة البرامج التدريبية التي تعمل علي تنمية وصغل خبرات ومعارف ومهارات الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي و تنظيم المؤتمرات الدولية والمحلية للخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية من أجل الاستفادة من الخبرات وتبادل التجارب مع الآخرين Abstract . The study aimed to identify the obstacles facing social workers working in the medical field from the point of view of practitioners, to identify the actual role of social workers in the medical field and to identify the point of view of social workers in the importance and effectiveness of the role they play in the field of providing humanitarian medical services to the patient the hospital The problem of the study was that the professional practice of social service in the medical field requires the professional preparation of social workers and the creation of a work environment in the medical field in addition to training and continuous development of social workers to keep pace with the global developments of professional practice of social service where it can highlight the factors and problems facing the work of specialists and the negative effects of the practice Professionalism, which is the lack of quality professional practice of social service and poor performance of the social worker in the medical field, can be summarized in several questions are, what are the obstacles that Experienced social workers, medical field workers? What is the impact of professional numbers on the performance of social workers? What is the impact of the work environment and incentives on the performance of social workers ?. The importance of the research comes through discussing the obstacles that face the work of the social worker in the medical field, through a field study on the employees of government hospitals in Omdurman locality - Khartoum state in order to reach the results and recommendations that can benefit researchers in the field of medical social service. The descriptive analytical method was used, and the questionnaire was the main data collection tool where the questionnaire was designed and a sample of (50) was distributed to the research community. The study has reached a number of conclusions including: There is insufficient attention to the opinions of the social worker despite his participation in the treatment team, especially in the small hospitals. The salaries are weak and do not meet the social requirements of the social worker to provide for his family's livelihoods and other needs. Professional practice of the social worker and the large administrative burdens of the social worker outside the framework of his work, which makes him feel job dissatisfaction The study recommended a number of recommendations, including the provision of support provided by some institutions that would be interested in social service and development in hospitals and help patients in need of service and various assistance, work on the establishment of training programs that work to develop and fill the expertise, knowledge and skills of social workers in the medical field and International and local conferences for medical social service in order to benefit from experiences and share experiences with others >Item دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي في تطبيق أساليب الممارسة العامة [دراسة تطبيقية على مستشفى الأمراض النفسية والعصبية التخصصي بالسلاح الطبي](جامعة النيلين, 2018) عطا آدم عطية كرم اللهالمستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي في تطبيق أساليب الممارسة العامة حيث تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤلات الآتية: هل يقوم الأخصائي الاجتماعي بتطبيق أساليب الممارسة العامة؟ وكذلك إلي أي مدى يقوم الأخصائي الاجتماعي بتطبيق أساليب الممارسة العامة؟ ومامدى الدور الذي يقوم به الأخصائي الاجتماعي في ربط المرضي بالمنظمات ومؤسسات المجتمع المحلي والقومي؟ إنحصرت مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: ما هو دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المؤسسة الطبية؟ هل هناك معوقات تواجه عمل الأخصائي الاجتماعي داخل المؤسسة الطبية ومع الفريق العلاجي؟ هل هنالك معوقات تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي في تطبيق أساليب الممارسة العامة؟ اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، هدف الدراسة إلى عرض الدور الفعلي للأخصائي الاجتماعي في تطبيق أساليب الممارسة العامة، التعرف على الأسس القيمية والمهارية والمعرفية المتوفرة لدى الأخصائي الاجتماعي العامل بمستشفيات الأمراض النفسية والعصبية، معرفة الصعوبات التي يواجهها الأخصائي الاجتماعي في مستشفيات الأمراض النفسية والعصبية، وضع بعض التوصيات التي يمكن من خلالها تطوير أداء الأخصائي الاجتماعي. تمثلت عينة الدراسة من (30) أخصائي اجتماعي بمستشفى الأمراض النفسية والعصيبة بمستشفى السلاح الطبي، عينة عشوائية بسيطة تمثل مجموعة جزئية من المجتمع الأصلي لها نفس الفرصة تم اختيارها عن طريق المسح الشامل. توصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج والتوصيات هي: أثبت الدراسة أن الأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي يساهم في مراحل علاج المرضى، أكدت الدراسة أن الأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي يتابع الدراسات الخاصة بالخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية، توصلت الدراسة أن هنالك رضا تام عن مستوى الخدمات التي تقدم من قبل الأخصائي الاجتماعي. كما أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها: العمل إقامة البرامج التدريبية التي تعمل على تنمية وثقل خبرات ومعارف ومهارات الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي، ضرورة تكوين علاقة مهنية مع الفريق العلاجي بإدماج المريض في المجتمع الطبي وتحسين العلاقة الاجتماعية، ضرورة التزام إدارة المستشفى ببعض الالتزامات الواجبة تجاه الممارسين المهنيين بالإضافة إلى عدم الفهم في بعض الأحيان لدور الأخصائي الاجتماعي لدى المرضى وأسرهم، وكذلك العمل على تفعيل دور المؤسسات الداعمة التي من شأنها مساعدة المرضى وأسرهم. Abstract The study dealt with the role of medical social worker in the application of general practice methods. The problem of the study is the following questions: Does the social worker apply general practice methods? How well does the social worker apply general practice? What is the role of the social worker in linking patients with organizations and community and national institutions? The problem of the study was limited to answering the following questions: What is the role of the social worker in the medical institution? Are there obstacles to the work of the social worker within the medical institution and with the therapeutic team? Are there any barriers for the social worker to apply general practice? The researcher relied on descriptive analytical methodology. The objective of the study is to present the actual role of the social worker in the application of general practice methods, to identify the value, skill and knowledge bases available to the social worker working in psychiatric and neurological hospitals, to know the difficulties faced by the social worker in psychiatric hospitals Some recommendations can be used to improve the performance of a social worker.. The sample of the study consisted of (30) social workers at the psychiatric hospital and the hospital in the medical weapon, a simple random sample representing a partial group of the original society with the same opportunity chosen by the comprehensive survey. The study found that the medical social worker participates in the stages of treating the patients. The study confirmed that the medical social worker follows the studies related to the social medical service. The study found that there is complete satisfaction with the level of services provided by the social worker. The study also recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: the establishment of training programs that develop the weight of the expertise, knowledge and skills of the social worker in the medical field, the need to form a professional relationship with the therapeutic team by integrating the patient into the medical community and improving the social relationship. Professionals in addition to the lack of understanding sometimes of the role of social worker in patients and their families, as well as work to activate the role of supporting institutions that will help patients and their families.
