Item الانشقاقات الحزبية وأثرها على استقرار النظام السياسي في السودان في الفترة من}1989م -2010م{(جامعة النيلين, 2009) زكريا السر يوسف عثمانمستخلص البحث باللغة العربية يتناول هذا البحث الانشقاقات الحزبية وكيفية تأثيرها على الاستقرار السياسي لاسيما في دول العالم الثالث، والسودان على وجه الخصوص بحيث يركز فيها على الانشقاقات وسط الأحزاب السياسية التقليدية منها والحديثة، لما لتلك الانشقاقات ومترتباتها من عدم استقرار في النظم السياسية في السودان على مر الحكومات الوطنية المتعاقبة. كذلك يقدم هذا البحث إطاراً نظرياً حول مفهوم الحزب السياسي ونشأة الأحزاب السياسية وطبيعة تكوينها وتطورها وهيكلتها، كما يتناول مفهوم الانشقاق الحزبي وطبيعته وأنواعه ومستوياته، وفي ذلك تم أخذ بعض النماذج عن الأحزاب السياسية في تركيا وسوريا وبالمقابل تناول البحث مفهوم الاستقرار السياسي مركزاً في ذلك على استقرار النظام السياسي. وفي ذات السياق تحدث عن تطور ونشأة الأحزاب السياسية السودانية وعلاقتها بالأنظمة السياسية المتعاقبة منذ الاستقلال وحتى اليوم " عسكرية ومدنية". كما اشتملت الدراسة على الانشقاقات التي اعترت هذه الأحزاب وأسبابها وانعكاساتها على استقرار هذه النظم السياسية بشقيها الديمقراطي والشمولي مما ترتب على ذلك من تأثير واضح في الجوانب السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية. مما تقدم تؤكد هذه الدراسة أن الانشقاقات الحزبية وأثرها على استقرار النظم السياسية لا يقدم تفسيراً لحالة السودان فحسب، بل لكثير من الدول العالم الثالث. Abstract This research is about the parties splits, and its influence upon political systems, special in the third world countries, special the Sudan. Then it concentrates over the splits among the traditional. Modern political parties. Because of un settlement for political systems in the Sudan across the national alternate movements. Also this research introduces theoretical frame about the concept of political party and its establishment, nature, development, constructer, that beside the concept of party split, and its sorts and nature, its levels, then we have samples of these parties such as in Turkish, Syria. On the other side research introduced the interpretation about the political Settlement, concentrated on the political system settlement. On the same context the research speaks about the development and establishment of the Sudanese political parties and its relation with the alternate political systems since the independence up to day “ Military and Civil” Also the study includes the splits which touched these parties and its reasons and its reflections over the settlement for these political systems by its two sides “ democracy and totalitarian”, and that influenced strongly in political, socially, economically sides. The study sure that the political splits and its influence upon the political systems settlement doesn’t analyze the Sudanese situation , but for many countries in the third world countries.
