Item دور الخدمات الصحية في التنمية الإجتماعية بولاية الجزيرة (دراسة حالة مستشفي ود مدني التعليمي)(جامعة النيلين, 2020) خديجة دفع الله إبراهيممستخلص : هدفت الدراسة الحالية إليالتعرف علي واقع الرعاية الصحية والكشف عن الدور الاجتماعي الرائد لمستشفي ود مدني والتعرف علي الأعباء الخدمية التي يقوم بها واعتمدت الباحثة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الباحثة لإجراء هذه الدراسة عدة أساليب لجميع المعلومات متمثلة فى دراسة الحالة والاستبيان والمقابلة واشتمل مجتمع الدراسة على(126) من أطباء ومدراء بمستشفي ودمدني التعليمي ولمعالجة البيانات استخدمت الباحثة برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةspss وكانت النتائج كالآتى : كانت إستجابات عينة الدراسة عالية على جميع الابعاد فهذا يدل بأن المبحوثين راضين عن الخدمات المقدمة لهم في مستشفي ودمدني التعليمي وبالتالي هذا يؤكد أهمية دور الرعاية الصحية في التنمية الاجتماعية ، تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة "5=0,05"على المتغيرات الأتية ؛المسمي الوظيفي : المؤهل التعليمي ، العمر ، الحالة الإجتماعية ، اتضح وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة "5=0,05" على متغير الجنس على الابعاد الاتية : قوة الاستجابة الامان والثقة، التعاطف لصالح الاناث ، في حين لم يكن هناك فروق على الابعاد الأخري ، كما أن مرافق مستشفي ودمدني بحالة جيدة وتفي باحالة جيدة وتفي باحتياجات المرضى ويوجد حد مقبول للأجهزة والمعدات المستخدمة ، تبين وجود نقص في بعض الاطباء الاخصائيين ، وعدم توفر بعض الاجهزة الحديثة مما يضطر بعض من الذهاب الى العاصمة الخرطوم ، وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات منها ضرورة الاهتمامتوفير العدد الكافي من الطواقم الطبية المؤهلة يتلاءم مع إعداد المرضي ، وخاصة الأطباء في بعض التخصصات ، وكذلك توفير الممرضين المدربين وأصحاب الخبرة ،توفير أماكن خاصة لنقاهة المرضي مثل حديقة خاصة بالمستشفي مع ضرورة العمل على توفير العلاجات داخل المستشفي . Abstract The current study aimed to identify the reality of health care and to reveal the leading social role of Wad Madani Hospital and to identify the service burdens that it performs. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the researcher used to conduct this study several methods for all information represented in the case study, questionnaire and interview, and the study population included On (126) doctors and managers at Wadmani Educational Hospital, and to process the data, the researcher used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and the results were as follows: The responses of the study sample were high on all dimensions. Health care in social development, it was found that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level "5 = 0.05" on the following variables: Job title: educational qualification, age, marital status. It was found that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level "5 = 0.05" on the gender variable on the following dimensions: strength of response, safety, confidence, and empathy in favor of females, while there were no differences on the The other dimensions, as the facilities of Wad Medani Hospital are in good condition and meet the needs of patients, and there is an acceptable limit for the devices and equipment used. It was found that there is a shortage of some specialized doctors, and the lack of some modern equipment, which forces some to go to the capital, Khartoum. Including the need to pay attention to providing a sufficient number of qualified medical staff that is compatible with the preparation of patients, especially doctors in some specialties, as well as providing trained and experienced nurses, providing special places for patients to recuperate, such as a private garden in the hospital, with the need to work on providing treatments inside the hospital
