    مستخلص البحث تناول البحث الأثر الاقتصادي للاستثمار الأجنبي في السودان بالتطبيق على قطاع التعدين في الفترة من (2004-2014) ، وتكمن مشكلة البحث في معرفة الأثر الاقتصادي المتوقع للاستثمار الأجنبي في السودان بالتطبيق على قطاع التعدين، ويهدف البحث إلى التعريف بقطاع التعدين في السودان، والتعرف على الإطار النظري لمفهوم الاستثمار وعلاقته بالنمو الاقتصادي في السودان ، ودراسة هيكل الاستثمار الأجنبي في السودان مع تحديد أهم العوامل المؤثرة على الاستثمار الأجنبي في السودان، وقد افترضت الدراسة أن الاستثمارات الأجنبية تعمل على استغلال الموارد المادية والبشرية المحلية المتاحة والمتوفرة لدى الدولة والاستفادة منها في مناحي كثيرة و متعددة، ويوجد مناخ مناسب ولكن ليس بالمستوى المطلوب في حدود الإمكانية المحلية المتاحة. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والكمي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الذهب له تأثير معنوي على الاستثمار الأجنبي بصورة كبيرة جداً، وأن الكروم والكاوين ليس لهما تأثير معنوي على الاستثمار الأجنبي، وأيضاً توصلت إلى أن المتغيرات المستقلة (التفسيرية ) (الذهب، الكروم، الكاوين، المنجنيز، الفضة ) استطاعت أن تفسر التغيرات الحاصلة في الاستثمار (Y) والباقي يعزى إلى عوامل أخرى. ومن خلال النتائج السابقة يوصى البحث بتشجيع الاستثمار الأجنبي في السودان بصفة عامة و في قطاع التعدين بصفة خاصة، والتوجه لتعزيز تقنيات المستثمر وتوليد الاستثمار و منح الحوافز بشكل معقول ومناسب ، وتبني تحرير نظم الاستثمار وتهيئة البيئة التشريعية والإجرائية لتكون أكثر مواءمة للاستثمار الأجنبي. Abstract The research the economic impact of foreign investment in Sudan's application to the mining sector in the period (2004-2014), and is the research problem in knowing the expected economic impact of foreign investment in Sudan's application to the mining sector, the research aims to introduce the mining sector in Sudan, and to identify the frame the theoretical concept of investment and its relationship to economic growth in the Sudan, and the study of foreign investment in Sudan structure with identifying the most important factors affecting foreign investment in Sudan. the study assumed that foreign investment is working on the exploitation of local material and human resources available and available to the State and take advantage of the many walks and multiple , suitable climate and there but not required within the limits of possibility for the local level. The study followed the descriptive analytical method and quantitative, and the study found that gold had a significant impact on foreign been a very big investment, and chromium, Alkaline have no significant effect on foreign investment, and also concluded that the independent variables (explanatory) (gold, chrome, Alkaline, manganese , silver) has been able to explain the changes taking place in the investment (Y) and the remainder was due to other factors. Through previous results Search by encouraging foreign investment in Sudan in general and in the mining sector in particular, and orientation to enhance investor techniques and the generation of investment recommended and granting incentives reasonably and appropriately, and the adoption of the liberalization of investment regimes and the creation of the legislative and regulatory environment to be more favorable to foreign investment.
