Item الضغوط النفسية والضغوط المهنية وعلاقتهما بدافعية الانجاز لدى الاطباء بمستشفى الابيض التعليمى(جامعة النيلين, 2018) ولاء عوض عمر محمدمستخلص هدف البحث الى التعرف على الضغوط النفسية والمهنية وعلاقتهما بدافعية الانجاز لدى الاطباء بمستشفى الابيض التعليمى . اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفى الارتباطى .بلغ حجم العينة (60) طبيب وطبيبة حيث بلغ عدد الذكور 38 وعدد الاناث 22.لجمع البيانات استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الضغوط النفسية الذى أعده صبري ابراهيم عمران (2003) ومقياس الضغوط المهنية الذى اعده ثريفور باول (2005) ومقياس دافعية الانجاز الذى اعدهمحمد محمد نور (2003) استخدمتالاساليب الاحصائية المتمثلة فى :اختبار (ت) للعينة الواحدة -اختبار (ت) للعينتين المستقلتين- اختبار (ف) لتحليل التباين الأطباء بمستشفى الأبيض بالانخفاض .تتسم دافعية الإنجاز لدى الأطباء بمستشفى الأبيض بالارتفاع ، توجد علاقة ارتباطيه عكسية دالة إحصائياً بين الضغوط النفسية والمهنية لدى الأطباء بمستشفى الأبيض.لاتوجد فروق دلالة إحصائياً في درجة الإنجاز لدى الأطباء بمستشفى الأبيض تبعاً لمتغير الوصف الوظيفي، لا توجد فروق دلالة إحصائياً في دافعية الإنجاز لدى الأطباء بمستشفى الأبيض تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة ومن اهم توصيات البحث ضرورة الاهتمام بوضع برنامج ارشادي نفسي للاطباء للمحافظة على مستوى الضغط النفسي والمهني. Abstract This research aimd to spy out the psychical and occupational force, and it relationship for the doctors in abbied nospital – in . And for achievement the researcher used the correlation appellative method whereby the size of the sample amount to (60) bold mole and female doctors and to assemble daters, she used the he coming articles. The frist competent daters gauge of psychical sabry Ibrahim (2003) and occupational forc opus Trefbl Batnol (2005) and gauge of achievement motivation Mbhmed Nowr (2003) then they mad statistic doctoring which is appearing in test (T) for the sample – Test (T) for analyzing the imparity and the vaccronibach test and then concealed the research to the following results: The psychological and professional pressures of the doctors at alobeid hospilal in share are low. The achievement motivation of doctors there is rising, there is as signipicant correlation between the psychological pressures and the motivation for achievement, there is a significant correlation between the psychological and professional pressures of physicians. There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of dehievement motivation according the job description variable and the variable years of experience.Item الاغتراب النفسي وعلاقته بدافعية الانجاز لدى المعاقين بصرياً باتحاد المكفوفين ولاية النيل الأزرق(جامعة النيلين, 2022) الرضية محمد عمر عبد القادرالمستخلص هدف البحث للتعرف على الاغتراب النفسي وعلاقته بالدافعية للانجاز لدى المعاقين بصرياً كذلك التعرف على الفروق في الاغتراب النفسي للمعاقين بصرياً تبعاً لمتغيرات التالية (النوع، المستوى التعليمي، درجة الإعاقة، سبب حدوث الإعاقة)، اتبعت المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (94) من المعاقين بصرياً بولاية النيل الأزرق، استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الاغتراب النفسي وهو من إعداد أسماء شحادة ومقياس الدافعية للانجاز من إعداد إيمان أبو شعبان، ومن ثم تحليل البيانات ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) اختبار (ت) لعينة واحدة، اختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون وتحليل التباين الأحادي ومعامل ارتباط الفاكرونباخ وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: يتسم الاغتراب النفسي لدى المعاقين بصرياً باتحاد المكفوفين بولاية النيل الأزرق بالإنخفاض، تتسم دافعية الانجاز لدى المعاقين بصرياً بولاية النيل الأزرق بالإرتفاع، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في سمة الاغتراب النفسي لدى المعاقين بصريا بولاية النيل الأزرق، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاغتراب النفسي تعزي لمتغير النوع (ذكر- إنثي)، توجد علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاغتراب النفسي ودافعية الإنجاز لدى المعاقين بصريا بإتحاد المكفوفين بولاية النيل الأزرق. وفي الختام توصل البحث التوصيات اهمها تعزيز وتدريب وإقامة ندوات وورش تساعد المعاقين بصرياًَ في تنمية دافعية الإنجاز. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاغتراب النفسي- دافعية الانجاز – المعاقين بصرياً. Abstract This research aims to identify the relationship between psychological Alienation and Achievement Motivation for visually impaired in Blue Nile state, as well as to identify the differences in psychological alienation for visually impaired according to the variable of( gender, educational level, degree and cause of disability) The researcher used the descriptive correlation method. The research sample consists of (94) (61) male and (33) female from visually impaired in blue Nile state they were selected through purposive sample. The researcher used psychological Alienation scale prepared by Asmaa Shehatah, and Achievement Motivation scale prepared by Iman AbuShaaban-modified by the researcher. The data was analyzed by the Computer Applying the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) using the following Tests: (T) Test for one sample, Pearson correlation Coefficient, and Alpha Coronbackh and ANOVA test. The results are as follows: The general trait of psychological Alienation is low. The general trait of Achievement motivation is high. There are Statistical Significant differences in the psychological alienation for visually impaired in blue Nile state according to the variable of( gender, educational level, degree and cause of disability and educational level) except in the dimension of disability,meaningless,and non- normative. There are statistically significant differences in favor of basic and university level. There is no significant correlation between psychological Alienation and Achievement Motivation for visually impaired in Blue Nile state .Finally, the researcher presents numbers of procedural recommendations such as: Presenting seminars and training workshops that can alleviate psychological Alienation and increase Achievement Motivation for visually impaired. Key words: psychological Alienation - Achievement Motivation visually impaired- Blue Nile state.Item دافعية الانجاز وعلاقتها ببعض اساليب لمعاملة الوالدية كما يدريكها طلبةالمدارس الثانوية ببحري(جامعة النيلين, 2013) محمد الطيب موسي محمدItem الصحة النفسية وعلاقتها بدافعية الانجاز لدى طلاب قسم الفلسفة جامعة النيلين(جامعة النيلين, 2014-03) سناء ابراهيم ادم محمدAbstract This research aims to identify the mental health and its relationship between achievement among students in the Department of Philosophy , Faculty of Arts, University of Alneelian in light of some of the variables ( gender - age) to achieve this the researcher used the descriptive approach Correlative Sample size (100 ) students , data were collected using a scale of mental health prepared by Dr Abdul Muttalib Secretary Quraiti and Dr. Abdul Aziz person and measure achievement motivation of preparation Mohammed Jamil Mansour after confirmation of their characteristics standard Data analyzed statistically via the statistical Package for social Sciences (SPSS) was selected coefficient test Pearson , t-test for the average single community , and t-test for two independent samples Mediterranean , AN OVA test to determine significance of differences. The most important results in the following: 1. The degree of mental heath of philosoply Deparment students is high. 2. The achievement motivation of philosophy depannent students is high. 3. No correlation between mental health and achievement motivation among students in the Department of Philosophy. 4. There are differences in mental health between the students of the Department of Philosophy variable accotaing to the sex (male - female. 5. There are no differences in mental health among students of the Department of Philosophy according on the variable age. The results were discussed in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies , the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions for further research and has installed the references that benefited them in this search.Item لضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بالاتزان الانفعالي ودافعية الانجاز لدى لاعبي كرة القدم بالدوري السوداني الممتاز(alneelain, 2015) الصادق حامد محمد بنيهABSTRACT This study aims at identifying the psychological pressures and their relation with both the emotional stability and achievement motivation among Premier League football players. To attain the research objectives, the paper uses the descriptive correlative approach through constructing standards for the psychological pressures, emotional stability, and achievement motivation as instruments for data collection. It randomly selects (153) football players. The data have been processed by the use of some statistical equations such as; Test (S) for an average community, Pearson Correlation factor, uni/bilateral Variance Analysis, and the declivity factor which is related to the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The paper reaches to the conclusions that the psychological pressures, emotional stability, and achievement motivation are raised among the Premier League football players. There is also a correlative relationship between the psychological pressures and emotional stability among them. Moreover, both the emotional poise and achievement motivation are capable to predict the psychological pressures among Premier League footballers. However, the achievement driving force cannot predict the motivation. These findings are discussed according to the theoretical framework and the previous studies. The study recommends resorting to a sport psychiatrist to relieve the player’s psychological pressures. Moreover, it urges for the necessity of being guided by the importance of psychological skills as one of the success factors to score the best sport results.Item دافعية الانجاز وعلاقتها بكل من الامن النفسي ونوعية الحياة لدى المستفيدين من برامج التمويل الاصغر بشرطة ولاية الخرطوم(2017) فوزية يس أحمد محمودالمستخلص يهدف البحث للتعرف علي دافعية الانجاز وعلاقتها بالامن النفسي ونوعية الحياة لدى المستفيدين من مشاريع التمويل الأصغر بشرطة ولاية الخرطوم .ولتحقيق ذلك اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي من خلال استخدام مقاييس الأمن النفسي أعداد وفاء حسن (2010)، ونوعية الحياة أعداد منظمة الصحة العالمية (1996) ودافعية الإنجاز أعداد فاروق عبد الفتاح (1981)، كأدوات لجمع المعلومات من عينة بلغ حجمها (186) فرداً منهم (160) ذكور، و (26) اناث، حيث تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وبعد جمع البيانات تمت معالجتها باستخدم بعض المعادلات الإحصائية المتمثلة في اختبار (ت) لمتوسط مجتمع واحد ، اختبار (ت) لمجموعتين مستقلتين ، معامل ارتباط بيرسون وتحليل التباين الاحادي والثنائي، التابعة للحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وقد خلص البحث بعد التحليل إلي النتائج التالية: تتسم السمة العامة لدافعية الإنجاز لدى المستفيدين من مشاريع التمويل الإصغر بشرطة ولاية الخرطوم بالإرتفاع، تتسم السمة العامة للأمن النفسي لدى المستفيدين من مشاريع التمويل الأصغر بشرطة ولاية الخرطوم بالإرتفاع. تتسم السمة العامة لنوعية الحياة لدى المستفيدين من مشاريع التمويل الاصغر بشرطة ولاية الخرطوم بالإرتفاع. وتوجد علاقة إرتباطية بين الأمن النفسي ونوعية الحياة لدى المستفيدين من مشاريع التمويل الاصغر بشرطة ولاية الخرطوم. وتوجد علاقة إرتباطية بين الأمن النفسي ودافعية الانجاز لدى المستفيدين من مشاريع التمويل الإصغر بشرطة ولاية الخرطوم. وتوجد علاقة إرتباطية بين نوعية الحياة ودافعية الإنجاز لدى المستفيدين من مشاريع التمويل الاصغر بشرطة ولاية الخرطوم. ولا توجد فروق دالةاحصائيا في دافعية الانجاز لدى المستفيدين من مشاريع التمويل الاصغر بشرطة ولاية الخرطوم تبعا للنوع والعمر والرتبة. لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في الامن النفسي لدى المستفيدين من مشاريع التمويل الاصغر بشرطة ولاية الخرطوم تبعا للنوع والعمر والرتبة. لاتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في نوعية الحياة لدى المستفيدين من مشاريع التمويل الاصغر بشرطة ولاية الخرطوم تبعا للنوع العمر والرتبة. واوصت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات أهمها: إنشاء مؤسسة تمويل أصغر بالشرطة تخدم كافة الشرائح من ضباط وضباط صف وجنود والمعاشيين من منسوبي الشرطة. وكما اقترحت الباحثة بعض المقترحات في بحوث مستقبلية. Abstract This research is aimed to discover the psychological safety it is relationship to the quality of life & achievement motivation among the beneficiaries from micro economic project in Khartoum state police. To achieve this goal the researcher used the descriptive correlation method, also she used psychological safety scale prepared by (Wafaa hasan,2010); WHO quality of life Scale(1996) and achievement motivation Scale prepared by (Farouq Abdulfatah, 1981 ) as tools for collecting data. The research sample consist of (186) individual (160) are male and (26) are female; the research date manipulated by (SPSS) through (T.test one and two sample; ANOVA one and two way and person correlation). The research result show that: the general trait of psychological safety, quality of life and achievement motivation among the beneficiaries from micro economic project in Khartoum state police is high. There is relationship between psychological safety and quality of life among the beneficiaries from micro economic project in Khartoum state; there is relationship between psychological safety and achievement motivation among the beneficiaries from micro economic project in Khartoum state also there is relationship between quality of life and achievement motivation among the beneficiaries from micro economic project in Khartoum state. In addition there are no significant statistical differences in psychological safety, quality of life and achievement motivation among the beneficiaries from micro economic project in Khartoum state attributing to gender, also there are no significant statistical differences in psychological safety, quality of life and achievement motivation among the beneficiaries from micro economic project in Khartoum state attributing to age, moreover there are no significant statistical differences in psychological safety, quality of life and achievement motivation among the beneficiaries from micro economic project in Khartoum state attributing to rank. At last the researcher puts some recommendation like: generate a special microeconomic corporation to the policemen. Also she puts some suggestion for future research.
