Item الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالمسئولية الاجتماعية لدى الأخصائيين النفسانيين بولاية الخرطوم(2016) عائشة عوض عثمان صالحمستخلص البحث هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالمسئولية الاجتماعية لدى الأخصائيين النفاسيين بولاية الخرطوم على ضوء بعض المتغيرات متمثلة في (النوع – العمر – المستوى التعليمي) ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة باختيار عينه بلغ حجمها (106) منها (15) أخصائي نفسي و (91) أخصائية نفسية بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام مقياس الاحتراق النفسي ومقياس المسئولية الاجتماعية، ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام برامج الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) وطبقت عدة اختبارات هي: اختبار (ت) لمجتمع واحد واختبار معامل ارتباط بيرسون واختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي أنوفا وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: يتسم الاحتراق النفسي لدى الأخصائيين النفسانيين بولاية الخرطوم بالانخفاض وتتسم المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى الأخصائيين النفسانيين بولاية الخرطوم بالارتفاع، توجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين الاحتراف النفسي والمسئولية الاجتماعية لدى الأخصائيين النفسانيين بولاية الخرطوم، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي بين الذكور والإناث لدى الأخصائيين النفسانيين بولاية الخرطوم، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي تعزى لمتغير العمر لدى الأخصائيين النفسانيي، بولاية الخرطوم، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي تبعاً للمستوى التعليمي (البكالوريوس، الماجستير، الدكتوراة) لدى الأخصائيين النفسانيين بولاية الخرطوم. كما تمت مناقشة النتائج وفي الختام قامت الباحثة بتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات البحثية هي: ضرورة الاهتمام بالاخصائي النفسي في جميع المجالات وخاصة العلاج النفسي، السعي لعمل مناوبات تساعد الأخصائي النفسي على معاودة عمله دون الشعور بالملل واليأس، ضرورة الاطلاع المستمر للخصائي النفسي لاكتساب الخبرات ومعرفة ما هو حديث في العلاج والإرشاد النفسي، توفير جميع معينات العلاج النفسي والإرشاد والمكافآت التي تزيد من الإنتاج ومدى تقدير الآخرين له وتقديره لذاته. Abstract This research aimed to study psychological burnout and social responsibility among the psychologists in Khartoum state according to some variables such as sex, age, education. The researcher selected sample consisted of (106) psychologists, (15) males, (91) females by simple random method. The data collected by test of psychological burnout and test of social responsibility after insuring of its psychometrics properties (stability and reliability). The data analyzed using Statistical Patkage for Social Science (SPSS) including T-test for one sample, Pearson correlation coefficient, 1-test for two independent samples, and Analysis of Variance one way (ANOVA). The research revealed the following results,The psychological burnout among the psychologists in Khartoum state is low, the social responsibility among the psychologists in Khartoum state is high, there is negative significant statistical correlation relationship between psychological burnout and social responsibility among the psychologists in Khartoum sate, there are no significant statistical differences in psychological burnout the psychologist in Khartoum according to variable of (males and females), there are no significant statistical differences in cLk the psychologist in Khartoum according to variable of age. there are significant statistical differences in psychological burnout in Khartoum according to variable of education (BSc, MS, Phd). The results are concluded. Also researcher presented some recommendations and future research suggestions as following; there is necessary to regard the psychologist in all fields specially therapy field, reduce the office charges of psychologists to reduce stresses which may lead to burnout. Sychologist must follow up the update changeable to gain experiences and modern 3ctics in therapy, and provide all sources of therapy and counseling which increase ie output and self-esteem and other respect of psychologist.Item المسئولية الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحلية شرق النيل(2015) إيمان سيد دياب الزبيرمستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث للتعرف على العلاقة بين المسؤلية الاجتماعية ودافعية الانجاز على ضوء بعض المتغيرات وهي (العمر والنوع والحالة الاجتماعية وسنوات الخبرة) استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي إلارتباطي وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة والتي بلغ حجمها(71) معلم. ولقد استخدمت الباحثة مقياس االمسؤلية الاجتماعية من اعداد كومان وزملاءه (1983) ومقياس دافعية الانجاز اعده حزيران ومهيد المتوكل والتحصيل الاكاديمي للطلاب بالمدارس، وتم استخدام المعادلات الآتية لمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا: اختبار (ت) لمتوسط مجتمع واحد. و اختبار (ت) لمجموعتين مستقلتين. ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون. ومن ثم توصل الباحثة للنتائج التالية: أن الشعور بالمسئولية لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحلية شرق النيل يتسم بالارتفاع.ان دافعية الانجار لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحلية شرق النيل تتسم بالارتفاع.توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين الشعور بالمسئولية ودافعية الانجاز لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحلية شرق النيل. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الشعور بالمسئولية بين معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحلية شرق النيل تبعا لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية. Abstract This research aimed at exploring the relationship between social responsibility and achievement motivation according to some variables (age, sex, marital status and years experience) among teachers of high secondary school stage in sharq alneel area. The researcher used descriptive method. The researcher selected the sample of the study by simple random method, it consisted of (72) teacher. The researcher used test of social responsibility prepared by koman and his colleagues (1983) and test of achievement of students. The data analyzed by Hizran and mohid Mtokil and academic achievement of students. The data analyzed by some statistical tests included T-test for one sample, t-test for tow independent samples, and pearson Correlation index. The results revealed the following: Social responsibility among teachers of high secondary school stage is high. Achievement motivation among teachers of high secondary school stage is high. There is positive significant correlation relationship between social responsibility and achievement motivation among teachers of high secondary school stage is high.
