Item الصحة النفسية لدى النساء في معسكرات نازحي الحرب بولاية شمال دارفور(2009) عواطف محمد الطاهر آدممستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الصحة النفسية لدى النساء في معسكرات نازحى الحرب بولاية شمال دارفور، في أبعاد الصحة النفسية (القلق والاكتئاب، وسوء التوافق الاجتماعى، وفقدان الثقة بالنفس). استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفى (المقارنات العليه والدراسات الارتباطية) ، وتمثل مجتمع البحث من النساء في معسكرات النازحين بولاية شمال دارفور. وقد أستخدمت الباحثة لجمع البيانات: مقياس الصحة العامة GHQ12، إعدادGoldberg and William 1988) وقد قامت الباحثة بترجمته وتكييفه على البيئيه السودانيه- إضافة إلى إستمارة البيانات ( الإستبانه). وقد تم إختيار عينة البحث بالصورة العشوائية وبلغ حجمها (74) إمرأة في كل من معسكر أبوشوك، وأبوجا، وزمزم. أما الطرق الاحصائية فقد أستخدمت الباحثة تحليل التباين الآحادى ANOVA، وإختيار (ت) للفرق بين متوسطين مستقلين ومعامل الارتباط الخطى لبيرسون وإختيار Duncan للتحليل البعدى وقد توصلت البحث إلى النتائج التالية. 1. يوجد إنخفاض دال إحصائياً في حدود0.01 في الصحة النفسية لدى النساء في معسكرات نازحى الحرب بولاية شمال دارفور في الأبعاد القلق، الاكتئاب، وسوء التوافق الإجتماعى وفقدان الثقة بالنفس. 2. توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الصحة النفسية لدى النساء في معسكرات نازحى الحرب بولاية شمال دارفور تعزى للعمر في كل من أبعاد القلق الاكتئاب، وسوء التوافق الإجتماعى ، بينما لا توجد فروق في بعد الثقة بالنفس لكل الأعمار. 3. لا توجد فروق في الصحة النفسية لدى النساء معسكرات نازحى الحرب بولاية شمال دارفور يعزى إلى الحالة الاجتماعية (متزوجات- مطلقات- غير متزوجات) بينما توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في متغير سوء التوافق الاجتماعى لدى النساء الأرامل. 4. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصحة النفسية لدى النساء في معسكرات نازحى الحرب بولاية شمال دارفور تعزى لعمل المرأة لصالح النساء العاملات بالزراعة. 5. لا توجد علاقة دالة إحصائية في الصحة النفسية وعدد الابناء بإستثناء بعد القلق والإكتئاب لصالح ذكور (ذكور + إناث). 6. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصحة النفسية لدى النساء بمعسكرات نازحى الحرب بولاية شمال دارفور يعزى للمستوى التعليمى. 7. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصحة النفسية لدى النساء في معسكرات نازحى الحرب بولاية شمال دارفور يعزى لنوع الاعتداء (ضرب- حرق بالنار- تحرش جنسى). 8. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصحة النفسية لدى النساء في معسكرات نازحى الحرب بولاية شمال دارفور يعزى لمشاهدة العنف. وفي نهاية البحث وضعت الباحثة بعض التوصيات ومقترحات للدراسات المستقبلية لإضافة بعض النواحى المعرفية ذات الصلة بمجال البحث. Abstract The aim of this Research is to assess the psychological health among of women in war displaced camps in Northern Darfur regarding anxiety, depression, social dysfunction and loss of self-confidence. The Research used a descriptive method (Causality comparison and correlation). The population of the Research targeted women in Camps of displaced people in Darfur. This Research used: General Health Questionnaire-12 (GHQ12) which was prepared by Goldberg and William (1988), then has been modified to suit Sudanese Society in addition to Basic Questionnaire. The sample of research is selected it contain randomly sample of 74 women was chosen from Abu Shok, Abuja and Zamzam Camps. Regarding the analysis, the researcher used ANOVA one-way, simple T-Test, person correlation coafficient Linear Correlation (Person), Duncan Test for. The Research result was as follows: 1.There was decrease statistical significant differences (P. Value 0.01) in the psychological health among women in war displaced camps in Northern Darfur regarding anxiety, depression, social dysfunction and loss of self-confidence. 2. There was statistical significant differences in psychological health among women in war displaced camps in Northern Darfur due to among the Research group regarding anxiety, depression, social dysfunction and loss of self-confidence. Among group under 30 years old and above 44 years old, while there was no significance among all age groups regarding self-confidence. 3. There was no statistical significant differences of the social status among the Research group regarding in psychological health among women in war displaced camps in Northern Darfur except social dysfunction, which was found to be affected among widows. 4. There was statistical significant differences in the psychological health among women in war displaced camps in Northern Darfur among women who work in agriculture. 5. There was no statistical significance differences in psychological health among women in war displaced camps in Northern Darfur according to the number and sex of their children, except in anxiety and depression, for being have both sexes or males only improves the psychological health. 6. There was no statistical significance differences in psychological health among women in war displaced camps in Northern Darfur due to education level. 7. There was statistical significance differences in psychological health among women in war displaced camps in Northern due to aggression. 8. There was no statistical significance differences in psychological health among women in war displaced camps in Northern Darfur due to violence attending. The Research recommended further studies concerning the Research subject so as to explore more knowledge.
