Item الولاء التنظيمي وعلاقته بالصلابة النفسية واساليب القيادة لدى العاملين بوزارة الصحة ولاية جنوب دارفور(alneelain, 2016) الطاهر علي الطاهر الدفعهabstract This research aimed to detect the relationship between the organizational loyalty and psychological hardness and leadership styles also the relationship between the organizational loyalty and these variable (years of experience, qualifications), alsoithe differences in the organizational loyalty attributing to gender. To achieve this goal the researcher used the descriptive correlational method the research sample consist of 300 employee from ministry of health in south Darfiir state(l44) are male (156) are female selected by simple random method. For collecting data the researcher used form of primary data, organizational loyalty scale prepared by the researcher, psychological hardness scale prepared by (Yonken & Beitz) and leadershiptstyles scale prepared by the researcher. The data manipulated by statistical package for social sciences through those tests: Sperman-brown equation, Alpha-kronbakh equati0n,- T test for one sample and T test for two sample, ANOVA, person and Sperman correlation. And the results as follow: the organizational loyalty among the employees of ministry of health in south Darfur state is high, there is positive correlation relationship between the organizational loyalty and leadership styles, also there is no relationship between the organizational loyalty and psychological hardness, while there is correlation relationship not significant between the organizational loyalty and years of experience. There are significant statistical differences in organizational loyalty attributing to gender in favor to male. There is significant interaction between psychological hardness and leadership styles reflex on organizational loyalty, as there is significant interaction between gender and years of experience reflex on organizational loyalty. There are significant statistical differences in organizational loyalty attributing to qualifications in favor to bachelor degree. _ V Eventually the researcher but some procedural recommendations according to the findings likez. promoting the organizational loyalty by participating the employees in management of the corporation also it is very important to establish office for counseling to conduct counseling to the employees and also suggest some future research like: studying the relationship between the job satisfaction and organizational loyalty .and the relationship between the organizational loyalty and vocational interests.
