Item استراتيجية (فكر – زاوج - شارك) ودورها في تطوير العملية التعليمية(كلية الدراسات العليا - جامعة النيلين, 2019-06-15) سندس عليوي رويجعالمستخلص تناولت الدراسة أثر استراتيجية (فكر – زاوج - شارك) في التعلم تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في التغيرات التي طرأت على بيئة التعلم حيث أصبحت الوسيلة التعليمة عنصر هام فيها. واصبح المتعلم محاط بمجموعة من الخبرات المعرفية التي اكتسبها من بيئة التطور التكنولوجي المعاصر مما تولدت مشكلة في طريقة التعليم التقليدي التي باتت غير مناسبة كوسيلة تعليمية. وهدفت الداسة الى التعرف على استراتيجية (فكر – زاوج - شارك) وأهميتها في تطوير التعليم كأحد وسائل التدريس الحديثة. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان إستراتيجية ( فكر – زاوج – شارك ) لها اثر ايجابي على ثقة الفرد بنفسه وقدراتة على ابتكار افكار جديدة واقناع الاخرين بها. وتساهم في التركيز على التوافق مع الآخرين. وتعمل على ترسيخ المعلومات وتسهيل التعلم لدى المتعلمين. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العناية باستخدام استراتيجية ( فكر – زاوج – شارك ) لتلائم القدرات العقلية والمعرفية للمتعلم. استمرارية اقامة دورات تدريبية للمعلمين لتزويدهم باحدث الاساليب والطرائق التدريسية . ضرورة استخدام استراتيجيات تدريسية تعمل على توفير بيئة تعلمية تعاونية داخل غرفة الصف لاثارة تفكير المتعلمين نحو المادة المدروسة . الإعداد و التدريب على اعتماد استراتيجية ( فكر – زاوج – شارك ) لدورها الايجابي التعليم. الكلمات المفتاحية: استراتيجية أولمان، الوسائل التعليمية Abstract The study tackled the effect of the (think –pair –Share) strategy in learning. The problem of research is the changes in the learning environment, where the teaching method has become an important element in it. The learner is surrounded by a range of knowledge experiences that he has acquired from the environment of modern technological development, which has created a problem in the traditional teaching method, which has become inappropriate as an educational tool. The study followed the descriptive method and concluded that the strategy of think –pair -Share has a positive impact on the individual's confidence in himself and his ability to invent new ideas and persuade others to do so. And contributes to a focus on compatibility with others. And works to consolidate information and facilitate learning among learners. The study recommended the need to take care of using the strategy (think –pair -Share) to suit the mental and cognitive abilities of the learner. Continuing the establishment of training courses for teachers to provide them with the latest methods and teaching methods. The need to use teaching strategies that provide a collaborative learning environment within the classroom to stimulate learners' thinking about the subject matter.
