    Abstract The objective of this research is to know the impact of incentive on performance of employers in Sudanese media institutions the field work was applied in National Corporation of Sudan Television. The problem of research is the deterioration of performance level in National Corporation of Television and its lack of competition. The hypothesis of research are: - 1- The existence of obvious. 2- Clear policies affects on employer performance. 3- The goal pattem of management in dealing with employer affection performance. 4- The existence of goal system of incentives affect on efficiency of employers performance. The study contains four chapters. Chapter one general frame of the research and it consist the proposed of research. Chapter two takes on concepts of incentives. Chapter three about the National Corporation of Television and chapter four deals with presentation and analysis of questionnaire, results findings. The recommendations findings reached by researcher are :- 1- The policies of material and nonmaterial incentives is clear for employer. 2- The management gives material and non material incentives.3- The management treats employers goad treatment. 4- The management do not give employer incentive equitant to their efforts. The most important recommendations are : 1- Incentives most be determined according to efforts. 2- Review the system of incentives in order to full fid employer interests. 3- Give more consideration to non material incentives. 4- Clarifying the basis of material incentives.     mi Q Abstract This study aims to examine the importance of administrative control in enhance employees performance at universities, case study "University of Elzaam Elazhari", the control has a great importance in the success of the plans and strategies at deferent stages, prior control, the inherent control and subsequent control to cover all aspects of the work planning , executing and fmal result. tlle research problem is represent in weakness of administrative control at University of Elzaam Elazhari due to deterioration civil service system of the Sudanese institutions in addition to the ineffectiveness of the majority of methods and tools to raise the level of supervisory tools at the university. The importance of the study is in control contribution ill Adjusting qualitative performance of the University of Elzaam Elazhari under affective environmental variables in administrative activity. The study is based on the following Hypotheses there was a positive relationship between administrative control and efficient functionality. There is al relationship between the lack of effectiveness of administrative control and some of the problems faced by the regulatory process in University of Elzaam Elazhari. There was a positive relationship between the effectiveness of administrative control and control methods used in the University of Elzaam Elazhari. The research came out following results and recommendations: There was relationship between the administrative control al1d performance efficiency at the University of Al-Azhari Elazhari, use of modern regulatory tools by the university such as operations research, computers working on the efficiency of the control systems at the university. The study recommended the following: Must working in the development of the capacity of workers and increase their efficiency by increasing the effectiveness of administrative control. And also the need for design a control system commensurate with the nature of the work of the university must also periodically evaluate the system to consolidate the strengths and correct weaknesses. n ~

    أثرالرضا الوظيفي على آداء العاملين (دراسة حالة وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي )

    مستخلص تناولت الدراسة أثر الرضا الوظيفي على آداء العاملين ، وتكمن مشكلة البحث في الإجابة علي السؤال الرئيسي التالي ما هو اثر الرضاء الوظيفي على اداء العاملين في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، والتي تتفرع منه الاسئلة التالية: ما هو أثر الرضا الوظيفي علي الاداء الوظيفي؟ ما هو أثر التدريب علي والاداء الوظيفي المحقق؟ ما مدي تناسب بيئة العمل بالوزارة؟ تنبع اهمية البحث في دراسة البيئة الداخلية لوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي واثرها في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين ومدي قدرة العاملين علي انجاز ما يوكل اليهم من مهام. ويهدف البحث الي محاولة الوقوف علي بيئة العمل الداخلية لوزارة التعليم العالي ودورها في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي، محاوله اكتشاف مدي مشاركة العاملين في اتخاذ القرار واثره علي تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي، ضمان توفر المساواة في منح الحوافز. ومن أهم الفرضيات هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين عمل الترقيات وأداء العاملين، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين مستوي التدريب المحقق وأداء العاملين، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرواتب وأداء العاملين. يتبع الباحث في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة ويستخدم الاستبانة والمقابلات الشخصية وفحص السجلات لجمع بياناته. وللحصول على نتائج دقيقة قدر الإمكان تم استخدام برنامج التحليلي الاحصائي (SPSS)، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها لا تتناسب رواتب العاملين مع طبيعة العمل، الراتب الشهرى لا يحقق المتطلبات الأساسية للحياة ولا يتناسب مع الوضع الاقتصادي العام في المجتمع، البرامج التدريبية المطبقة كافية لتزويد العاملين بالتأهيل المطلوب وحاجة العاملين للتدريب. Abstract The study examined the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the employees. The problem of research is to answer the following question what are the most important factors influencing the performance of employees in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and from which the following many questions. The research burden stems from the study of the incoming environment of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its impact on job satisfaction the employees and the extent of the ability of the employees to accomplish all the tasks, and the purpose of the research is try to stand on the work of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its role in achieving job satisfaction, attended to discover the extent of participation of decision makers and its impact on satisfaction Function, ensuring equal incentives. One of the most important hypotheses is the relationship between the exponentiation and performance the researcher followed the methodology of description, decomposition, questionnaire and interviews Person. In order to obtain results as far as possible, the Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS). One of the most important result is that the salaries did not match with work. Erections are carried out according to job performance evaluation the researcher also recommended the need to increase the salaries as well as to encourage the organization and staff to know the modern technologies through good training

    تقييم اداء العاملين في القطاع العام دراسة حالة السودان

    Abstract Objectives : 1/ To identify the ways, methods and the means of evaluating the Public Sector Performance, problems and obstacles in the Su- dan in particular as well As in arab courtries and the countries technologically developed in general. 2/ To conclude some results reflecting the actual state of the study covering the views and the trends of the Siniors and juniors at the various sectors in the Sudan. 3/ Endeavour to reform the evaluation system of the labor Per- fonnance in the Public sector and the civil service sectors such as the ministries, service and Productive institutions, the Schools and the Universities. the speciality of the posts in evaluation as the speciality of every other activity should be considered. 4/ The thesis adopts the descriptive analytic method as well as the historical and comparative method. the field study concentrat- ed on the civil service in Sudan considering all of its sectors and activities within two forms, one of which was devoted to the su- pervisional posts and the other to non - supervisional ones. Hypotheses : 1/ Most of the seniors lack the sources where they get their in- formation while evaluating the Performance of their juniors. S 2/ Direct seniors did not receive sufficient training on evaluat- ing the performance. 3/ There is no clear differentiation between the productive in- stitutions, the service and govermnental ones when evaluating the performance. 4/ The recent evaluation system in Sudan is not quite effective _ not significant because it lacks much. 5/ Some certain posts are not subject to the evaluation process currently applied to evaluate the occupational performance. 6/ There should be clear concentration on the actual perfor- mance elements, while evaluating, other than those relating to personal characteristics and relations with others. 7/ The current evaluation system lacks spiritual and material incentives and rewards for those who achieve distinguished per- formance. 8/ Many of the seniors believe that the evaluation of the per- formance is of no use but is inevitable duty.. 9/ The seniors in the higher departments of the governmental bodies do not offer much concern to the follow - up of the results of their evaluation. 10/ Those seniors, also, do not use the information collected through the reports on performance perfectly. 11/ Those occupying the higher leading posts do not submit their basic achievements during the evaluation period to their di- rect chief so as to evaluate them as stipulated by the public ser- vice regulation, 1995. 12/ The directors of the governmental units do not set up gov- emmental committees to revise the reports on the performance of the staff occupying minor posts and they do not empower such committees to amend the reports according to the provisions of the public service regulation, 1995 . 13/ Most of the juniors do not know the results of their perfor- mance and they, consequently, do not know the negative and pos- itive points in their perfonnance. 14/ Seniors do not discussthe results of the evaluation with their juniors. 15/ The result of the evaluation of the performance is consid- ered only for the annual allawances and promotion. 16/ The current evaluation system of the occupational perfor- mance did not realise the required objectives. The results of the study came to be consistent with the said hypotheses. many of recormnendations were set so that they may constitute abase for an integrated system to evaluate the per- formance in the public sector. I The thesis is made in eight chapters : The first is for the introduction as well as for the description of the study sample the data collection and the plan of the thesis.The second and the third chapters are devoted for the theoretical background of the thesis.The fourth chapter is on the evaluation of the performance in the Sudan.The fifth and the sixth and the seventh are about the field study, the eighth tackles the identification of the hypotheses and display the results and the recommendations.
