Item دور المنظمات الطوعية في التنمية الاجتماعية من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية (دراسة حالة منظمة دارفور لتنمية الموارد البشرية ) ولاية شمال دارفور(جامعة النيلين, 2022) محمد يونس موسي حمدنااللهمستخلص البحث تناول هذا البحث دور المنظمات الطوعية في التنمية الاجتماعية. هدف البحث: على معرفة الأرضيات التي قامت عليها المنظمات غير الحكومية في السودان وفي منطقة الدراسة منطقة (شمال دارفور) وكذلك الظروف التي نشطت فيها، ومن ثم معرفة مدى صلاحيتها للقيام بعمليات التنمية ماديا ومعنويا استخدم هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي لدراسة منطقة شمال دارفور كما تم الاعتماد على المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة لتحقيق فهم متعمق لمجتمع الدراسة كما استخدم الاستبيان و الملاحظة لجمع البيانات توصلت البحث لاهم النتائج: ان عمل المنظمات ذو اهمية خاصة في ظل الاوضاع التي تعاني منها بعض مناطق و ارياف المنطقة شمال درافور. أوصى البحث: بضرورة التنسيق والتعاون بين منظمات المجتمع المدني العاملة في مجال التنمية الاجتماعية حتى تكتمل الجهود في خدمة المجتمعات و تفادي الازدواجية في تقديم الخدمات . Abstrac This research deals with the role of voluntary organizations in social development. Research objective: To know the grounds on which non-governmental organizations were built in Sudan and in the study area (North Darfur) as well as the conditions in which they were active, and then to know the extent of their suitability to carry out development operations financially and morally. This research used the descriptive approach to study the North Darfur region as it was approved On the social survey through the sample to achieve an in-depth understanding of the study community, the questionnaire and observation were also used to collect data. The research reached the most important results: The work of the organizations is of particular importance in light of the conditions that some regions and rural areas of North Darfur suffer from. The research recommended: The need for coordination and cooperation between civil society organizations working in the field of social development in order to complete efforts in serving communities and avoid duplication in providing services.Item دور المنظمات غير الحكومية في التنمية الاجتماعية دراسة تحليلية وصفية – ولاية الخرطوم أم درمان – قرية الفتح(جامعة النيلين, 2020) عمار حسن محمدمستخلص تناول هذا البحث المنظمات غير الحكومية ودورها في التنمية الاجتماعية، تمثلت مشكلة البحث في الدور الذي تقوم به المنظمات غير الحكومية للأخذ بتلك المجتمعات وتنميتها بصورة عامة والتركيز على الدور الذي قامت به منظمة كافا للتنمية في الناحية الاجتماعية. تنبع أهمية هذا البحث من الدور الكبير الذي تطلع به هذه المنظمات، ليست فقط لكون دورها مكملاً للدور الحكومي وإنما لكون هذه المنظمات تحمل بعض المفاهيم الجديدة بالتطبيق على البحث، ولكونها أيضا تقدم الخدمات للفئات المحتاجة من جهة أخرى. الأهمية العملية: تسليط الضوء على النشاط الاجتماعي الطوعي الذي تقوم به المنظمات غير الحكومية لدعم الجهود الرسمية في التنمية والخدمات والذي من شأنه أن يعمق الوعي بأهمية المنظمات غير الحكومية ودورها في تنمية المجتمع. الأهمية العلمية: يمثل البحث دعما حقيقيا لمسيرة العمل الاجتماعي الطوعي من خلال تسليط الأضواء على افاق هذا العمل وعلى أوجه السلب والإيجاب في ممارسة المنظمات الطوعية. إستخدم هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة منطقة الفتح (1) كما إستخدم الاستبيان والمقابلة لجمع البيانات. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: معرفة الأرضيات التي قامت عليها المنظمات غير الحكومية في السودان وكذلك الظروف التي نشطت فيها، ومن ثم معرفة مدى صلاحيتها للقيام بالتنمية ماديا ومعنويا. كذلك التحقق من جوانب التنمية الاجتماعية التي قامت بها المنظمات غير الحكومية ومدى كفايتها في سد احتياجات المجتمع السوداني. الكشف عن المؤسسات التقليدية غير الرسمية التي تلعب دوراً في تنمية المجتمع المحلي السوداني. توصل الدراسة لأهم النتائج منها والتوصيات: يعتبر عمل المنظمات الطوعية ذا أهمية خاصة في ظل الفقر والعوز الذي تعاني منه بعض مناطق الارياف في السودان. إن منظمات العمل الطوعي تقدم العديد من الخدمات في التعليم والصحة وهذه يظهر من خلال البحث الميداني. أما أهم التوصيات فمتمثلة في: ضرورة الاهتمام بعمل المنظمات الطوعية وتوفير السياسات المناسبة والوقوف على المشاكل التي تعيق عمل المنظمات الطوعية. Abstract This research dealt with non-governmental organizations and their role in social development. The research problem was represented in the role that NGOs play in introducing and developing these societies in general, and focusing on the role played by the Kafa Development Organization in the social aspect. The importance of this research stems from the great role that these organizations play, not only because their role is complementary to the government role, but because these organizations carry some new concepts in application to the research, and because they also provide services to needy groups on the other hand. Practical importance: Shedding light on the voluntary social activity carried out by NGOs to support official efforts in development and services, which would deepen awareness of the importance of NGOs and their role in community development. Scientific importance: The research represents real support for the process of voluntary social work by shedding light on the prospects of this work and the positive and negative aspects of the practice of voluntary organizations. This research used the descriptive and analytical method to study the Al-Fath area (1). It also used the interview, questionnaire and interview to collect data. This study aims to: To know the grounds on which NGOs were built in Sudan, as well as the conditions in which they were active, and then to know their suitability to undertake development financially and morally. As well as checking the aspects of social development carried out by non-governmental organizations and their sufficiency in meeting the needs of Sudanese society. Exposing the informal traditional institutions that play a role in the development of the Sudanese community. The study concludes with the most important results and recommendations: The work of voluntary organizations is of particular importance in light of the poverty and destitution that some rural areas in Sudan suffer from. The voluntary work organizations provide many services in education and health, and this is shown through field research. As for the most important recommendations, they are represented in: The necessity of paying attention to the work of voluntary organizations, providing appropriate policies, and identifying the problems that hinder the work of voluntary organizations.Item دور المنظمات الطوعية في التنمية الاجتماعية (دراسة وصفية تحليلية لنشاط منظمة بلدنا للتنمية بولاية الخرطوم)(جامعة النيلين, 2019) إبراهيم بشارة عبد الله محمدالمستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور المنظمات الطوعية في التنمية الاجتماعية بالتطبيق على منظمة بلدنا للتنمية بولاية الخرطوم تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال التالي ما هي الأدوار التي تقوم بها المنظمات الطوعية في عملية التنمية الاجتماعية ومساهمتها في توفير الخدمات الأساسية هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على البرامج والخدمات التي قدمتها منظمة بلدنا للتنمية في مجتمع البحث والتعريف بأهمية العمل الطوعي بالمجتمع طرحت الدراسة عدة تساؤلات منها إلى إي مدى تساهم البرامج والمشروعات التي تنفذها المنظمات الطوعية في التنمية الاجتماعية؟ هل تواجه هذه المنظمات مشكلات تعوق دورها؟ وكذلك استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كما استعانت بجمع البيانات وفي ذلك استخدمت المقابلة وتم استخدام العينة العشوائية المنتظمة لاختيار عينة البحث خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: لقد أسهمت البرامج والمشروعات التنموية التي قدمتها المنظمة في تطوير المجتمع ولكنها لم تحدث البرامج تغيراً في الأوضاع الاجتماعية للمستفيدين. وأخيراً قدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات منها ضرورة إجراء دراسات لتحديد احتياجات المجتمع وأولوياتها. ضرورة التنسيق والتعاون بين منظمات المجتمع المدني العاملة في مجال تنمية المجتمعات، والاعتماد على نظام التمويل. وكذلك إتباع سياسات تنمية المستدامة كأساس لبناء وتنمية المجتمعات المحلية. الكلمات المفتاحية: منظمة - منظمة طوعية – تنمية – تنمية اجتماعية د Abstract The study dealt with the role of voluntary organizations in social development, by applying to Baladna Development Organization in Khartoum State. The problem of the study was in the following question: What are the roles that voluntary organizations play in the social development process and their contribution to providing basic services? The study aimed to identify the programs and services provided by Baladna Organization for development in the research population, and to define the importance of voluntary work in the society. The study raised several questions, including: To what extent do the programs and projects implemented by voluntary organizations contribute to social development? Are these organizations facing problems impeding their role? The study also used the descriptive analytical method, as well as the use of data collection, and in that the interview was used and a simple random sample was used to choose the research sample. The study concluded several results, including: Development programs and projects presented by the organization have contributed to the development of society. The programs also made a difference in the social conditions of the beneficiaries. Finally, the study made several recommendations, including the necessity of conducting studies to determine the needs and priorities of society. The necessity of coordination and cooperation between civil society organizations working in the field of community development, and reliance on the financing system. As well as adopting sustainable development policies as a basis for building and developing local communities. Key words: Organization – Voluntary organization – Development – Community development .Item الأثر الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والبيئي للتعدين الأهلي دراسة حالة- "وحدة دلقو الإدارية" الولاية الشمالية(جامعة النيلين, 2019) نسرين بابكر سيد حسن خيريالمستخلص تناول هذا البحث ظاهرة التعدين الأهلي عن الذهب، وتم اخذ منطقة دلقو المحسي بالولاية الشمالية كدراسة حاله عن الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية التي أدت الي أنتشار تلك الظاهرة،كما تناول البحث التعدين ااهلى في السودان ومن ثم تحديد الابعاد الاجتماعية للتعدين الاهلى ، والابعاد الاقتصادية والبيئية، ولقد تمت صياغة المشكلة وتحديد الأهمية والأهداف والتساؤلات وتحديد المنهج ووسائل جمع البيانات بصورة تخدم وتحقق أهداف الدراسة وذلك في سته فصول. سعى البحث إلى تحقيق عدة أهداف أهمها: التعرف علي الآثار الاجتماعية للتعدين عن الذهب في منطقة الدراسة، والتعرف علي تأثير النشاط الاقتصادي علي التعدين الأهلي في المنطقة الكشف عن تأثير التعدين الأهلي علي البيئة في منطقة الدراسة ،الوقوف علي اثر التعدين على الاوضاع الأمنية لمنطقة الدراسة ومدي انتشار الجريمة. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلى، للوقوف على وصف ظاهرة التعدين بالنسبة لاهالي المنطقة من جميع ابعادها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية في مجتمع دلقو المحس. اتخذ الباحث في هذا البحث عده تساؤلات أهمها: يتطلب البحث الإجابة علي سؤال رئيسي يتفرع لعدة أسئلة فرعية وهو يتمثل في ماهي الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئة للتعدين الأهلي؟ أتضح من خلال البحث الميدانية ظهور مجموعة من الأمراض في منطقة دلقو بعد ظهور التعدين مثل الكوليرا والسرطانات واأمراض الربو وغيرها، ويعتبر الكولير من أكثر الأمراض انتشاراً خاصة في الأونة الأخيرة، وايضاً شهدت منطقة الدراسة عدداً من الجرائم مثل السرقة والقتل، كما توصلت الدراسة الي عدة توصيات منها الاهتامم بقضية التعدين وحصرها على فئة عمرية معينة، كما يجب علي الجهات المختصة تنظيم قطاعات العاملين في تعدين الذهب في جمعيات أهلية منظمة ترعي شؤونهم. Abstract The study dealt with the phenomenon of the mining of gold. The region of Delco in the northern state was studied as a study of the social, economic and environmental effects that led to the spread of this phenomenon. It also dealt with the study of mining in the Sudan and then determining the social dimensions of Ahli mining, economic and environmental dimensions. The problem was formulated and the importance, objectives, questions, methodology and means of data collection were identified to serve and achieve the objectives of the study in six chapters. The study sought to achieve several objectives, the most important of which are: To identify the social effects of mining on gold in the study area, and to identify the effect of economic activity on the local mining in the region. To find out the impact of civil mining on the environment in the study area. Spread of crime. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method to identify the phenomenon of mining for the people of the region from all its social, economic and environmental dimensions in the Delco society. In this research, the researcher took several questions: The study requires answering a key question that is divided into several sub-questions: What are the social, economic and environmental impacts of civil mining? The study revealed the emergence of a range of diseases in the area of Delco after the emergence of mining such as cholera, cancer and asthma and other diseases, and is considered the most common cholera, especially recently, and also witnessed the study area a number of crimes such as theft and murder, Including the interest in the issue of mining and limited to a certain age group, and the competent authorities should regulate the sectors of gold mining workers in the associations of civil society to take care of their affairs.
