Item مهارات الخدمة الإجتماعية في مجال رعاية المسنين دراسة حاله دار المسنات بالسجانة(جامعة النيلين, 2019) عزيزة عبد الكريم ادم عبد الكريمالمستخلص تناول هذا البحث مهارات الخدمه الإجتماعيه في مجال رعاية المسنين، تمثلت مشكلة البحث في دراسة مشكلات وإحتياجات المسنين ودور الأخصائي الإجتماعي في التعامل معها ومواجهتها، هدف البحث إلى توضيح مهارات الخدمة الإجتماعيه في مجال رعاية المسنات، والتعرف على البرامج والخدمات التي تقدمها الدار للمسنات ،معرفة المشكلات الأكثر تأثيرا على المسنات. وإرتكز البحث على عدد من التساؤلات من أهمها : ماهي إسهامات الخدمه الإجتماعيه في مجال رعاية المسنات؟ وماهي أبرز المشكلات التي تواجه المسنات داخل الدار وكيف يساهم اللأخصائي الإجتماعي في حلها؟ وماهي البرامج والخدمات التي تقدمها الدار للمسنات؟ وإستخدم الباحث لأغراض البحث المنهج الوصفي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، كما إستخدم الباحث أدوات الملاحظه، والمقابله، المقننه والمقابله غير المقننه. وإختار الباحث العينه القصدية، وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج والتي من أهمها : ،هي ان معظم مشكلات وإحتياجات المسنات بدار المسنات بالسجانه تتمثل في الجوانب الصحيه والتفسيه والإجتماعيه، وأيضا، جميع المسنات يفضلن العزله وعدم التفاعل مع بعضهن البعض ،كما توصلت إلى أن الدار توفر لهم جميع الخدمات الأساسية للمسنات وخدمات الرعاية الإجتماعية التي إتسمت بالجودة . وأصى الباحث بتفعيل دور الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين داخل دار المسنات بالسجانه وزيادة البرامج الدينيه و الإجتماعية وربط المجتمع المحلي بالمسنات . Abstract This research dealt with social worker skills in the field of care for the elderly, the research problem was to study the problems and needs of the elderly and the role of the social worker in dealing with them and facing them, the aim of the research is to clarify the skills of social work in the field of elderly care, and to identify the programs and worker provided by the home for elderly women, know the problems Most affecting older women. The research was based on a number of questions, the most important of which are: What are the contributions of social worker in the field of elderly care? What are the most prominent problems facing older women inside the home and how does the social worker contribute to solving them? What are the programs and worker provided by the home for older women? The researcher used for the purposes of the research the descriptive method and the case study approach, as the researcher used the tools of observation, interview, codified and unregulated interview. The researcher chose a intentional sample, and the research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: that most of the problems and needs of older women in the home of elderly women in the prison are In the health, psychological and social aspects, and also, all elderly women prefer isolation and non-interaction with each other, and also found that the home provides them with all the basic worker for elderly women and social care worker that were characterized by quality. The researcher recommended activating the role of social workers inside the elderly home in the prison, increasing religious and social programs, and linking the local community with the elderly.Item معوقات أداء الأخصائي الإجتماعي الطبي في المستشفيات الحكومية (دراسة حالة: مستشفى التجاني الماحي للطب النفسي – مستشفى طه بعشر – مستشفى الأكاديمي الخيري بولاية الخرطوم)(جامعة النيلين, 2019) خالد ناصر الباقرإدريسمستخلص الدراسة تناولت الدراسة معوقات أداء الأخصائي الإجتماعي الطبي ، وذلك بدراسة ميدانية بولاية الخرطوم في مستشفى التجاني الماحي ومستشفى طه بعشر ومستشفي الأكاديمي الخيري، وتتجسد مشكلة الدراسة من خلال ملاحظة الباحث أثناء عمله في إحدى المستشفيات وأن هنالك العديد من المعوقات التي تؤثر على أداء الأخصائي الإجتماعي الطبي داخل المستشفيات الحكومية مما دعى الباحث إلى القيام بهذا الدراسة لمعرفة تلك المعوقات أو الصعوبات التى تواجه الأخصائي الإجتماعي الطبي في المستشفى. وهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الفعلي الذي يقوم به الأخصائي الإجتماعي الطبي في المستشفى وكعضو في الفريق العلاجي، والتعرف على المعوقات التى تعيق عمل الأخصائي الإجتماعي الطبي في ممارسة دوره في المستشفيات الحكومية. وأنطلق الدراسة من تساؤل رئيسي، هل هنالك معوقات على أداء الأخصائي الإجتماعي الطبي في المستشفيات الحكومية؟، ثم تفرع إلى العديد من التساؤلات: ما هو الدور الفعلي الذي يقوم به الأخصائي الإجتماعي الطبي بإعتباره عضو في الفريق العلاجي داخل المستشفيات الحكومية؟ هل توجد صعوبات تؤثر على دور الأخصائي الإجتماعي الطبي داخل المستشفيات الحكومية؟. هذه الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية إستخدم فيها الباحث منهج المسح الإجتماعي الشامل للأخصائيين الإجتماعيين بداخل المستشفيات ومنهج دراسه الحاله، وأيضا إستخدم أداتي الإستبانة والمقابلة. وقد تم إختيار عينة الدراسة بصورة قصدية (عمدية) من خلالها قصد الباحث ثلاثة مستشفيات هي: (التجاني الماحي، طه بعشر، ومستشفى الأكاديمي الخيري). توصل الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: أن الأخصائي الإجتماعي الطبي جزء من الفريق العلاجي وله العديد من الأدوار مع الفريق العلاجي والمشاركة في وضع خطة العلاج، أكدت الدراسة أن هناك معرفة من قبل الإدارة بأهمية وجود الأخصائي الإجتماعي الطبي داخل المستشفى، عدم وجود برامج تدريب وتأهيل أثناء الخدمة وضعف القدرات الفردية والمؤسسية، وعدم وجود أخصائيين إجتماعيين في مجال الخدمة الإجتماعية في المستشفيات. Abstract The Study examined the impediments of the role of social worker as well afield study of Khartoum in Bahri, The research problem emerged from the researcher’ notice within his work that there are some of the impediments that effect on the social specialist performance in the governmental hospitals, the researcher tries to do this research to identify the impediments or the difficulties that facing the social specialist in the hospital. The Research aims to know the real role done by the social specialist in the hospital and as a member of the medical team, and to recognize the impediments the Social specialist’s work in practicing his role in the governmental hospitals. The research came from a main question, are there impediments on the performance of the social specialist in the governmental hospitals, then the research divided to many questions: what is real role that the social specialist doing as member of the medical team inside the governmental hospitals? Is there difficulties influenced on the role of the social specialist inside the governmental hospitals? The researcher used the analytical and descriptive method, as well as, the researcher used the social survey, case study, questionnaire and interview. The research sample was the purposive sample through selecting three hospitals (Eltjani Elmahi, Taha Basher, the charity Academic hospital). The research reached to the some results, the most important of the are that the social specialist is a part of the medical team with many active roles, in addition to his participation in set out the medical plan. It can also be interested in the theory of self-study. The study used a descriptive analytical approach to study the status of variables and the basic and secondary factors. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that the economic situation is weak among the inmates who are convicted of the crimes of the checks that play a real role in committing these crimes. The study found that there are reform and rehabilitation programs in a well-thought-out manner that are consistent with the nature of this group, which is characterized by awareness, knowledge and culture. The study recommended spreading awareness and knowledge through different media To limit the deal with checks and raising awareness of how the optimal use, interest in the development of special laws for crimes of checks, and not considered as criminal offenses, plans and programs of reform fit educational and cognitive levels. المستخلص تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ظل التغيرات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية قد تزايدت الإحتياجات الأسرية وأصبح الضغط واضح علي رب الأسرة مما أدي لمتطلبات عالية في الأونة الأخيرة منصرف الأسرة ودخله أصبح ذات فارق واضح، جعلت رب الأسرة يكثر من اللجوء إلي عمل غير شرعي يجعله قادرا علي تلبية كافة إحتياجات الأسرة ومن هذه الأعمال غير الشرعية تحرير الشيك ، تستمد الدراسة أهميتها من تقديم دراسة يمكن أن تفيد الباحثين والمهنيين في مثل هذا النوع من الدراسات أيضا يمكن أن تسأهم في أسراء الذات النظري للدراسة عليه يمكن الأهمية منها، تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف علي جرائم الشيكات في ظل المتغيرات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والتعرف علي المتغيرات الأسرية التي تؤدي إلي إرتكاب جرائم الشيكات، إستخدمت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي الوصفي لدراسة وضع المتغيرات والعوامل الأساسية والثانوية، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن الأوضاع الإقتصادية ضعيفة لدى النزلاء المحكومين في جرائم الشيكات تلعب دوراً حقيقياً في إرتكاب هذه النوعية من الجرائم، تبين من الدراسة بأن هنالك برامج إصلاحية وتأهيلية موضوعة بطرق مدروسة تتماشى مع طبيعة هذه الفئة التي تمتاز بوعي ومعرفة وثقافة عالية، أوصت الدراسة بنشر الوعي والمعرفة عن طريق وسائل الإعلام المختلفة للحد من التعامل مع الشيكات والتوعية بكيفية الإستخدام الأمثل، الإهتمام بوضع قوانين خاصة لجرائم الشيكات وعدم إعتبارها جرائم جنائية، وضع خطط وبرامج إصلاحية تناسبItem فاعليـــــة وكفاءة التأميـــــــن الصحــــــي فـي تخفيــــف الفقــــــــر ( دراســـة ميدانيــة للأســر المستفيــدة بمحلــية نيــالا – بولايــة جنــوب دار فـــور)(جامعة النيلين, 2019) أحمـد علــي محمد البحــريالمستخلـــص تناول البحث فاعلية دور التأمين الصحي في تخفيف الفقر دراسة ميدانية الأسر المستفيدة بمحلية نيالا ولاية جنوب دارفور، هدف البحث إلى التعرف على فاعلية دور التأمين الصحي في تخفيف الفقر للمستفيدين بمنطقة الدراسة، ومساهمة التأمين الصحي كأحد آليات الضمان الاجتماعي في تحسين الخدمات الصحية والعلاجية بمنطقة الدراسة، وكذلك مساهمته في تخفيض تكاليف العلاج للأسر المستفيدة. ارتكز البحث على مجموعة من التساؤلات أهمها: هل للتأمين الصحي دور في تخفيف حدة الفقر للأسر المستفيدة بمنطقة الدراسة؟ وهل التأمين الصحي أحد آليات الضمان الاجتماعي الفاعلة في تحسين الخدمات الصحية والعلاجية بمنطقة الدراسة؟ استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي مستعيناً بعدد من الأدوات البحثية منها الاستبيان والمقابلة والملاحظة. توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج من الدراسة الميدانية أهمها: مساهمة التأمين الصحي في تخفيف حدة الفقر للأسر الفقيرة بمحلية نيالا بتمليكه بطاقات العلاج وذلك بتقليل تكاليف الدواء والمقابلات والعمليات الأخرى، وكذلك مساهمته في توطين العلاج بمحلية نيالا مما يقلل من نفقاته للأسر الفقيرة، بالإضافة إلى أن التأمين الصحي آلية فعالة في تخفيف الفقر للأسر بمحلية نيالا. أوصى البحث بزيادة عدد المراكز الصحية للمساهمة في تقليل نفقات العلاج والسفر له، وزيادة إدخال الأسر الفقيرة بمحلية نيالا تحت مظلة التأمين الصحي، والعمل على توفير الأدوية خاصة للأمراض المزمنة بصيدليات التأمين الصحي بمحلية نيالا. Abstract The study investigated the effectiveness of healthcare insurance role on poverty alleviation an applied study on beneficiary families’ sample in Nyala Province, South Darfur State. The research aimed at; identifying the effectiveness of healthcare insurance role on alleviating poverty for the beneficiaries at the study area, and to what extent healthcare insurance programs are effective in alleviating poverty, to what extent healthcare insurance as one of social insurance mechanisms contributes to improving healthcare services at the study area, as well as to what extent it contributes to reducing medical service costs for beneficiary families.. The research focused on several questions, the most important are: Is healthcare insurance has a role on alleviating poverty for beneficiary families at the study area? Is healthcare insurance one of the effective social insurance mechanisms in improving healthcare and medical services at the study area? Does healthcare insurance contribute to reducing medical service costs for beneficiary families? The research adopted the descriptive analytical and historical methods using study tools of questionnaire, interview and observation The applied study of research revealed many results, the most important include: healthcare insurance contributes to alleviating poverty for poor families in Nyala province by granting medical service cards through reducing costs of medication, doctor visit and surgery operations, healthcare insurance also contributes to medical service localization in Nyala province reducing expenses for poor families, in addition healthcare insurance is an effective mechanism for alleviating poverty for families in Nyala province. The research recommended to: Increase the number of healthcare centers in order to reduce cost of travel for medical service, increase including poor families in Nyala province under healthcare insurance umbrella, providing medicines especially for chronic diseases at healthcare insurance pharmacies in Nyala province.Item عمل المرأة أثره علي التنشئة الإجتماعية للأطفال (دراسة تطبيقية للنساء العاملات بمدارس أم درمان قطاع الأمير ولاية الخرطوم)(جامعة النيلين, 2019) فاطمة هارون ادم هارونمستخلص الدراسة تناول البحث موضوع عمل المرأة وأثره علي التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال . وجاءت مشكلة البحث إلى أي مدي يمكن أن يؤثر عمل المرأة علي التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال. كما هدف البحث علي معرفة أثر عمل الأم علي التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال ، التعرف علي الأساليب المناسبة للتنشئة ، ولمساعدة الأم في التوفيق بين العمل وتربية الأبناء ، إلقاء الضوء علي الصعوبات الي تواجه المرأة العاملة في تنشئة الأبناء ، وكذلك التعرف علي مدي مساهمة المرأة العاملة في الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والأسرية لتحقيق الاستقرار في المجتمع من خلال مساهمتها في رفع المستوي المعيشي للأسرة. وكانت أهم فرضيات البحث أن هنالك تأثير سلبي لعمل المرأة علي التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال ، واستخدمت المنهج الإحصائي الوصفي التحليلي . وقد استخدمت التحليل الإحصائي لتحليل بيانات البحث بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ( SPSS) في تحليل البيانات من أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها البحث أن عمل المرأة ليس لديه أثر سلبي علي التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال كما توصلت البحث الي أن الحوجة المادية هي الدافع الأساسي لخروج المرأة للعمل . من أهم توصيات البحث ، زيادة فرص العمل للمرأة وإتاحة مزيد من مستويات التعليم والتدريب المختلفة لزيادة مهاراتها وكفاءتها حتي تساهم في تحسين الوضع الاقتصادي للأسرة. Abstract The study dealt with the issue of women’s work and its impact on the socialization of children. The study problem centered on the extent to which women’s work can affect the socialization of children. The aim of the study is to determine the impact of the mother’s work on the socialization of children, to identify appropriate methods of upbringing, to help mothers reconciling work and raising children, to highlight the difficulties faced by working women in raising children, as well as to identify the contribution of working women in the economic and social aspects to stabilize society through their contribution to raising living standards of the family. The hypothesis of the study was: there is a negative impact of women’s work on the social upbringing of children. The researcher used a descriptive analytical approach. Statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze data. The most important findings were that the work of women had no negative impact on the socialization of children, and financial need is the main motivation for women to go out to work. The study recommended increasing employment opportunities for women and providing more education and training to increase their skills and competence in order to contribute to improving the economic status of the family.
