Item معوقــات التنمية السياحية في الســـودان (خلال الفترة من 2000 – 2018م)(جامعة النيلين, 2019) نجدة عبد الله محمد حسينمستخلص الدراسة قطاع السياحة هو من القطاعات الحيوية التي يعتمد عليه في أداء دور محوري وريادي في الاقتصاد السوداني وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وحاليا يمكن النظر إليه كأحد أهم الموارد الاقتصادية غير المستغلة، تمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن ما يتمتع به السودان من إمكانات مادية وبشرية وبيئية وقدرات سياحية يؤهله لأن يكون بلداً سياحياً بالمستوي المطلوب غير أن غياب الإرادة والتخطيط التنموي لهذا القطاع في السودان ومحدودية العمل على تنمية وتطوير مقوماته جعله هامشيا ولا يؤدي دوره الحقيقي، وحددت أسئلة البحث كالآتي: ما هو واقع قطاع السياحة في السودان من خلال الأثر بالنظر إلى مقومات ومعوقات هذا القطاع؟، ما هي أهم محددات التنمية السياحية في السودان؟. تكمن أهمية البحث في كون القطاع السياحي يمكن أن يصبح بديلاً تنموياً فعال في الكثير من الدول المتقدمة، إذ تساهم السياحة في تنويع مصادر الدخل، وتنشيط باقي القطاعات الاقتصادية، هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أهمية السياحة في الرفع من معدلات النمو، ودعم التنمية في ظل شح الموارد الطبيعية، وكذلك التعرف على واقع السياحة والتنمية السياحية في السودان مع المعوقات من خلال إبراز القدرات والإمكانات السياحية في السودان (مواقع الجذب السياحي في السودان). افترض البحث أنه على الرغم من القدرات والإمكانات السياحية في السياحية ما زال هذا القطاع غير مرن للاستجابة لعوامل تنميته وبالتالي محدودية الأثر في الاقتصاد السوداني واستدامة التنمية الاقتصادية فيه. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المتكامل. وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدة نتائج منها: عدم الاستقرار السياسي والأمني يؤثر سلباً على التنمية السياحية في السودان، الإمكانيات الطبيعية الهائلة وتعدد القبائل واختلاف ثقافاتها وهويتها يعتبر عنصر هام وجاذب للسياحة في السودان. وعلى ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها: وضع التنمية السياحية كهدف عام للدولة وحشد كل الموارد المتاحة في سبيل تحقيقها، خلق مناخ جاذب للسياح وذلك بتحقيق الأمن والاستقرار في السودان ككل ومناطق الجذب خاصة. Abstract The tourism sector is one of the vital sectors that depend on it to play a pivotal and pioneering role in the Sudanese economy and achieve the objectives of sustainable development. Currently, it can be considered as one of the most important economic resources. The problem of research is that Sudan's physical, human, environmental and tourism potentials qualify it to be a country. However, the lack of will and development planning for this sector in Sudan and the limited work on the development of its components made it marginal and does not play its real role. The research questions were identified as follows: What is the reality of the tourism sector in Sudan through the impact given the What are the main determinants of tourism development in Sudan? The importance of research is that the tourism sector can become an effective development alternative in many developed countries, where tourism contributes to diversify sources of income, and stimulate the rest of the economic sectors, the aim of the research to identify the importance of tourism in raising growth rates, and support development in the light of scarcity Natural resources, as well as to identify the reality of tourism and tourism development in Sudan with obstacles by highlighting the capabilities and potential of tourism in Sudan (tourist attractions in Sudan). The research hypothesized that despite the tourism capabilities and capabilities in tourism, this sector is still inelastic to respond to its development factors and thus the limited impact on the Sudanese economy and the sustainability of economic development therein. The study used the integrated analytical descriptive approach. The study came out with several results, including: political and security instability negatively affect tourism development in Sudan, the enormous natural potential and the multiplicity of tribes and different cultures is an important and attractive element for tourism in Sudan. In light of the results, the study recommended several recommendations, including: Developing tourism development as a general objective of the state and mobilizing all available resources in order to achieve it.
