Item أثر السياسات الزراعية في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي في السودان ( خلال الفترة من 2010 – 2017م)(جامعة النيلين, 2019) سارة الطيب رحمة محمدالمستخلص تناول البحث أثر السياسات الزراعية في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي في السودان ( خلال الفترة من 2010 – 2017م) تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في الاجابة على التساؤلات التالية:هل يساهم ضعف التمويل الزراعي ونقص التكنولوجيا في عدم تحقيق الامن الغذائي؟هل اتباع سياسية زراعية رشيدة وانتهاج استراتيجية واضحة يؤدي الي توفير الامن الغذائي؟تمثلت أهمية البحث يساهم في اثراء المعفة العلمية في مجال الاقتصاد الزراعي كما يسلط الضوء على خصوصيات السياسة الزراعية في السودان بالاضافة الي المساهمة العلمية كمرجع يستفيد منه الطلبة والباحثين في مجال السياسات الزراعية.يهدف البحث الي الاتي:ايضاح مفهوم الساسيات الزراعية واهميته.التعرف على الامن الغذائي وماهيتها. التعرف علي السياسات الزراعية في السودان واهميته في تحقيق الامن الغذائي .أختبر البحث عدد من الفرضيات منها يساهم ضعف التمويل الزراعي ونقص التكنولوجيا في عدم تحقيق الامن الغذائي ، اتباع سياسية زراعية رشيدة وانتهاج استراتيجية واضحة يؤدي الي توفير الامن الغذائي في السودان ، مساهمة السياسة الزراعية في تحقق الامن الغذائي في السودان ، يستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليل وذلك لجمع وعرض وتحليل البيانات واختبار صحة الفروض ، توصل البحث الي عدد من النتائج منها الانتاج الغذائي العائلي وتوافره عند الأسر الزراعية يمثل حق الانتفاع المباشر بالغذاء ، تتأثر المقدرة الشرائية للغذاء بشدة بسعر الغذاء الذي يتأثر بدوره بتوافر الغذاء في البلد، توجد عدة متغيرات هي الانتاج الغذائي الاستيراد و التصدير علي المستوي القومي يحدد بامكانية الاستفادة من الارض و انتاج المحاصيل وحل المشاكل الادارية والاجتماعية والسياسية الخاصة بالامن الغذائي ، توصل البحث الي عدد من التوصيات منها ضرورة توفير تأمين وجود الغذاء لمقابله ادني الاحتياجات الضرورية عادلة لفترة عام واحد ولمقابلة النقص المتوقع لمدة ثلاث اشهر ، لابد من دراسة عناصر السياسة الزراعية المقترحة ووصفها وصف دقيق ، معرفة الفئات التي تضار والتي تستفيد من السياسات موضع التنفيذ Abstract The research tackled the impact of agricultural policies on achieving food security in Sudan (during the period 2010 - 2017). The problem of the study is to answer the following questions: Do poor agricultural financing and lack of technology contribute to the lack of food security? The importance of research contributes to enrich the scientific exemption in the field of agricultural economy and highlights the specificities of agricultural policy in Sudan in addition to scientific contribution as a reference for the benefit of students and researchers in the field of agricultural policies. To clarify the concept of agricultural policies and its importance. Identify the agricultural policies in Sudan and its importance in achieving food security. Food security In Sudan, the research uses the descriptive method of analysis in order to collect, present and analyze data and test the validity of the hypotheses, the research reached a number of results, including family food production and availability of agricultural households represents the right of direct access to food, affected by The purchasing power of food is strongly influenced by the price of food, which in turn is affected by the availability of food in the country.
