    الاجتماعي علي تحسين مستوي المعيشة للعاملين بوزارة التعليم العالي

    المستخلص تناولت الدراسة أثر التأمين الاجتماعي علي تحسين مستوي المعيشة للعاملين بوزارة التعليم العالي ) دراسة ميدانية علي عينة من العاملين بوزارة التعليم العالي 2019م). وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في معرفة أثر التأمين الاجتماعي علي تحسين مستوي المعيشة للعاملين بالتعليم العالي. وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف علي اهداف ومزايا التأمين الاجتماعي، وعلي المخاطر التي يغطيها التامين الاجتماعي، والخدمات التي يقدمها التامين الاجتماعي للعاملين. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل بيانات عينة مأخودة من وزارة التعليم العلي والبحث العلمي. وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهما: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مزايا التأمين الاجتماعي وتحسين مستوى المعيشة للعاملين بوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي. وايضا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مزايا التأمين الاجتماعي وتوفير الرعاية الطبية والصحية للعاملين بوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي. وكذلك توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مخاطر التأمين الاجتماعي واستمرار دخل العاملين بوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي . واوصت الدراسة بتعديل لائحة التأمين الاجتماعي لسد الثقرات الموجودة بها. والاستفادة من تجارب الدول العالمية الاخرى في تحسين الضمان الاجتماعي. وأن يكون الاستقطاع الشهري لدى العاملين عبارة عن اسهم سنوية لها فوائد وأرباح للعامل في نهاية الخدمة. وتعديل لائحة التأمين الاجتماعي في الرعاية الطبية ليغطي نفقات العلاج بشكل شامل. Abstract The study examined the impact of social insurance on improving the standard of living of workers in the Ministry of Higher Education (a field study on a sample of workers in the Ministry of Higher Education 2019). The problem of the study was to know the effect of social insurance on improving the standard of living of higher education workers. The study aimed to identify the goals and benefits of social insurance, and the risks covered by social insurance, and the services provided by social insurance for workers. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to analyze sample data from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The study reached several results, the most important of them are: There is a statistically significant relationship between the benefits of social insurance and the improvement of the standard of living for workers at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Also, there is a statistically significant relationship between the benefits of social insurance and the provision of medical and health care for workers in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. There is also a statistically significant relationship between social insurance risks and the continued income of workers at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The study recommended the amendment of the Social Insurance Regulations to bridge the existing pitfalls. And benefit from the experiences of other world countries in improving social security. And that the monthly deduction for employees is annual shares that have benefits and profits for the worker at the end of the service. Amending the Social Security Regulations for Medicare to cover treatment costs in a comprehensive manner.
