Attempts to reduce morbidity and mortality in breast cancer are based on efforts to identify novel biomarkers to support prognosis and therapeutic choices. This study has focused on S- 100 protein as a potentially promising group of markers in cancer development and progression.
A retrospective cross sectional study was conducted at Radiation and Isotope Center, 50 tissue sections from breast cancer patients were collected and a systemic immunohistochemical investigation was performed.
