Item الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بالمدينة المنورة في العهد النبوي الشريف ) 1هـ إلى 11هـ / 622م إلى 632م((جامعة النيلين, 2017) أبوبكر على مصطفى جلال الدينمستخلص البحث: يتناول هذا البحث موضوع الأوضاع الاجتماعية والاقتصادية بالمدينة المنورة في العهد النبوي الشريف ، وتنبع أهمية هذا البحث من خلال أهمية الفترة الزمنية التى يتناولها من تاريخ المدينة الاجتماعي، وكيف تمكن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من توحيد إدارة هذا المجتمع بوضع دستور موحد) وثيقة المدينة( يشمل جميع أطراف المجتمع بالمدينة وتوحيد جهودهم في أمر حماية المدينة وردع الأخطار الخارجية التى تتعرض لها من قبل الأعداء ، أما الجانب الاقتصادي فقد إنتهج النبى )صلى الله عليه وسلم( سياسية مبتكرة في تطوير مقومات الاقتصاد ومصادر دخل الأفراد والمجتمع من المهاجرين والأنصار حيث كانت لهم معاملات تجارية مع اليهود بالمدينة، وذلك بوضع معايير إسلامية تُحِد النشاط التجاري والصناعي والزراعي والرعوي ذلك مما أدى إلى إرتقاء وسمو الوضع الاقتصادي بالمدينة المنورة خلال تلك الحقبة الزمنية المحددة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى الدراسة الوافية والتحليلية للأوضاع الاجتماعية والاقتصادية بالمدينة في العهد النبوي الشريف، والتعرف على أثر اليهود الاجتماعي والاقتصادي على المجتمع بالمدينة المنورة. إستخدم الباحث المنهج التاريخي بجانب المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ويتألف البحث من مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة وقائمة بالمصادر والمراجع والملاحق وخلص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها، أن الوثيقة التى أصدرها النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم بعد هجرته تعد دستوراً اجتماعياً ذا قيمة عالية، وذلك بتحقيق السيطرة على مجتمع المدينة ووضع أسس قانونية يعتذى بها فى التعامل مع الذميين فى المجتمعات الإسلامية ، ومن أهم توصيات البحث: على الباحثين فى مجال التاريخ الاسلامي التطرق إلى الجوانب الأخرى من تاريخ المدينة المنورة فى مختلف العصور ، و إيجاد دراسات أعمق فيها. Abstract This research is about the social and economical situations in Al- Madina Almonawra during the prophetic era. The importance of the research stems from the importance of this period in the social history of Al-Madina Almonawra and its elements which are ethnically and religiously divergent. The importance of the study also relates to the question of how the prophet Mohammed peace be upon him managed to unite the will of that society under one constitution (Al-Madina Document) that includes all the different parts of that society, and unifying all their efforts to protect Al-Madina Almonawra against the dangers that it encountered from the enemies. As for the economic side, the prophet peace be upon him followed an innovative policy to develop the components of the economy and the sources of income for all the groups of the society from the Mohajreen and Ansar who had commercial transactions with the Jews in Al-Madina Almonawra. This is through putting down Islamic standards for the agricultural, industrial, and commercial activities. This led to development of the economical situation in Al-Madina Almonawra during that period. This research aims at the realistic study and analytical study of the social and economical situation in Al-Madina Almonawra during the prophetic era and to know about the social and economical effect of the Jews on the Muslims in Al-Madina Almonawra. The researcher used the historical approach as well as the descriptive analytical approach. The research consists of three chapters, an introduction, a conclusion, list of references, and appendixes. The research has come up with many results but here are the most important ones: The document that the prophet issued after his migration is considered a political constitution with a high value because it helped a lot in controlling the society in Al-Madina Almonawra and put down principles for dealing with the non-Muslims in the Islamic societies. The researcher should address other aspects of the history of Al-Madina Almonawra in different eras and conduct deep studies
