Item بناء نظام إلكتروني (بالتطبيق على مستشفى الفعج البشير التخصصي)(جامعة النيلين, 2018-05) عبير عبداللطيف محمد إبراهيمالمستخلص الهدف من هذا النظام الطبي هو استغلال القطاع الصحي لتكنولوجيا الاتصالات والمعلومات ضمن العالم الرقمي بتطبيقات كثيرة من أهمها إدارة المعلومات الطبية , من خلال جمعها وتخزينها الى جانب معالجتها اتوماتيكيا والبحث عنها واسترجاعها، هذا ما يوفره النظام الغلكتروني والذي يحتوي على المعلومات والبيانات الطبية الخاصة بكل مريض. تتمثل مشكله النظام الحالي كونه يتعامل بالنظام التقليدي مما يؤدي الى بطء في إجراء العمليات الخاصه بالمستشفى و صعوبه في تخزين البيانات واسترجاعها. هذا النظام عباره عن نظام إلكتروني يعمل على إدارة مستشفى الفعج البشير التخصي بحيث يوفر الكثير من الوقت والمال والجهد . حيث تم إستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة (UML) في تحليل النظام وتم تطوير الموقع عبر الإنترنت باستخدام لغات برمجة الويب مثل (HTML), (PHP) و(CSS) باستخدام قواعد البيانات MYSQL)) قي تخزين البيانات والتعامل معها. من حيث المنهجية تم استخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة UML في تحليل أجزاء النظام. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث انه حل مشكلة ضياع الزمن وسام في إدارة المستشفى بكفاءة عالية. وقت خرجت الباحثة بعده توصيات منها تطوير النظام وربطة بتطبيق أندرويد حتى يمكن التعامل معه من أي مكان وفي اي زمان. Abstract The purpose of the computerized medical system is to exploit the health sector of information and communication technology in the digital world with many applications, including the management of medical information, through collection and storage, as well as automatic processing, search and retrieval, provided by the computerized system, which contains the information and medical data for each patient. The problem of the current system is that it deals with the traditional system, which leads to slow in the operations of the hospital and the difficulty in data storage and retrieval This system is a computerized system that manages the people's hospital so that it saves a lot of time, money and effort. The UML analysis was also used to analyze the system & an online site was developed using Web programming languages such as HTML, PHP, CSS and using MYSQL databases to store and handle data. One of the most important findings of the research is that it solved the problem of loss of time and decoration in the management of the hospital with high efficiency. At the time the researcher came out with recommendations, including the development of the system to development this system to by Android application to easy to use from anywhere and anytime.Item بناء نظام ادارة شئون الخدمة بوزارة الشئون الاجتماعية و الثقافية والاعلام ولاية جنوب دارفور(جامعة النيلين, 2016) هنادي جمعة ادمملخص البحث يتضمن هذا البحث معالجة مشكلة ادارة شئون العاملين بوزارة الشئون الاجتماعية والثقافية والاعلام التي تكمن في النظام اليدوي الذي يعتمد علي التعامل التقليدي باستخدام الورق في كل المكتبات وعملية الحفظ والارشفة التي تتم أيضا بالملفات الورقية مما يؤدي لفقدان سالمستندات والبطء في انجاز الواجبات واهدار الوقت في البحث عن الملف مما يؤدي الي دفع سير العمل وعدم التأمين والسرية للبيانات . كما تضمن البحث والتحليل لادارة شئون العاملين باستخدام طريقة من أعلي لأسفل الذي يشتمل علي تحليل كافة الحقوق والواجبات . Abstract This includes research to address the problem of personnel management at the Ministry of Social Affairs, cultural and media, which lies in the manual system which depends on the handle the traditional use of paper in all libraries and the process of conservation and archiving, which are also files paperwork leading to the loss of documents and slowness in completing the duties and wasting time searching for the file which would lead to the payment workflow and lack of insurance and confidentiality of the data. And building a computerized system to develop a mechanism to assist in the of training courses where the Department to develop opportunities for scientific missions internally and externally so that the acquisition of expertise and skills of the people and create a regulatory mechanism to link and update the training courses automatically. The Department of Rehabilitation, Training and Capacity Building is of clear and explicit importance. It is in the qualification of a cadre in the administrative work, development and capacity-building in it, it and communicating it to the trainees in a number of different ways. One of the results of the research is that the system facilitates the access to the nutrition of training courses directly from the trainees speed in the transfer of data and decision-making efficiently. Among the recommendations are the provision of physical, human and technical aids to implement the program on the ground to benefit from the results obtained and taken into account. Extend the use of this system to all departments in the ministry concerned and work on expanding the system to include the evaluation process all aspects related to the training courses.Item تطوير نظام فرع شؤون الضباط – رئاسة شرطة ولاية الخرطوم(جامعة النيلين, 2013) عثمـان حــامد عثمـان عبدالرسـولملخص البحث تناول هذه البحث بناء نموذج لتطوير نظم المعلومات ومعالجة مشاكل النظم اليدوية بالتطبيق علي اجراءات العمل بفرع شؤون الضباط بشرطة ولاية الخرطوم، حيث تتمثل مشكلة البحث الرئيسية في عدم قدرة فرع شؤون الضباط برئاسة شرطة ولاية الخرطوم الاستفادة من نظم المعلومات الحاسوبية في العمليات الادراية بالفرع بما يتوافق مع التطور التكنولوجى الحديث . هدف هذا البحث الى ايجاد نموذج مقترح لتطوير نظام فرع شؤون الضباط برئاسة شرطة ولاية الخرطوم واعتمد البحث على منهج تحليل وتصميم النظم باستخدام نموذج الكيان والعلاقة بين الكيانات والكينونات (ERD) ونموذج. توصل البحث الى عدد من النتائج تم بموجبها قيام نظام معلومات بمكتب فرع شؤون الضباط برئاسة شرطة ولاية الخرطوم تؤثر ايجابيا علي فعالية الاجراءات المتبعة مما يحقق الكفاءة في الاداء والاستخدام الامثل لاساليب وادوات التقنية الحديثة ، حيث تم انشاء قاعدة بيانات باستخدام (SQL Server 2008) كمخزن للبيانات وواجهات تطبيقية باستخدام (Microsoft Visual Studio 2008) لعمليات الادخال ، التعديل والاضافه ،البحث ، الحذف وعرض وطباعة التقارير بالصورة المطلوبة وتسهيل عملية ارشفة البيانات . اختتم البحث والتوصيات والمراجع . Abstract this research to build a model for the development of information systems and addressing the problems of manual systems applied on work procedures Affairs Branch officers Khartoum state police, where is the problem of the major search in the inability Affairs Branch officers, headed by the Khartoum State police take advantage of the computer information systems in processes the administrative branch in accordance with the modern technological development. The goal of this research to find a model for the development of a proposed system Affairs Branch officers under the chairmanship of Khartoum State Police Search and adopted the approach of systems analysis and design using the entity model and the relationship between the entities and entities (ERD) and model. The research found a number of results has been under the System Information Office of Affairs Branch officers, headed by the Khartoum State police positively affect the effectiveness of the procedures, which achieves efficiency in performance and optimal use of the methods and tools of modern technology, where the database was created using (SQL Server 2008) as a store of data The application interfaces using (Microsoft Visual Studio 2008) for operations input, modification and additive, search, delete, view and print reports as required and facilitate the process of archiving data. Concluded search and recommendations and references.Item بناء نظام الكتروني لادارة وتتبع الشحنات البريدية المحلية والدولية لشركة بريد السودان سودابوست ( SUDAPOST(جامعة النيلين, 2014-04) ردا الفاتح ميرغنى اسماعيلملخص البحث هذا البحث يقوم بعملية التتبع الالكتروني للبريد والطرود بعد إرسالها للجهة المعنية ومعرفة المعلومات المتعلقة بالشركة عبر الموقع الالكتروني. يهدف هذا البحث إلي تصميم نظام الكتروني يقوم بكافة العمليات المتعلقة بإج ا رءات التتبع عبر الانترنت وهو عبا رة عن نظام معلومات للعملاء والموظفين يقوم بحفظ بياناتهم في قاعدة بيانات النظام ومعالجتها وقد تم تحليل النظام باستخدام التحليل ألكائني )التوجه نحو الكينونة( وصممت قاعدة البيانات ب MYSQL ، وصمم النظام باستخدام لغة PHP ولغة Scriptcase يقوم النظام بحفظ معلومات العملاء ،كما يتم تسجيل بيانات الشحنات البريدية بعد إرسالها ومتابعتها لحين وصولها الى جهتها المعنية،ومن ثم يقوم بإج ا رءات الدفع عبر فرع الشركة وحساب قيمة الشحنة عبر النظام الآلي ،كما يتم استخ ا رج التقارير للجهات المعنية لتمكنهم من وضع الاست ا رتيجيات السليمة في الوقت المطلوب وبالدقة المطلوبة مبنية علي معلومات وتقارير دقيقة يقدمها النظام . xiv Abstract This research depends on a process of tracking mail and parcels sent to the destination after the relevant knowledge and information relating to the company via the website. This research aims to design an electronic system that performs all operations related to online tracking procedures, which is a system of information to customers and employees saves their data in a database system and treated it. The system was analyzed by using entity analysis (orientation Being) The data base is designed by using MYSQL, and the system is designed by using PHP language and Scriptcase. The system saves customer's information and recorded the data of shipments mailing after sending and follow-up until it reaches its destination, then the procedures of payment via the company's branch and calculate the value of the shipment via the automated system, and is extracted reports to the concerned authorities to enable them to develop sound strategies in a timely and accurate required based on accurate information and reports which provided by this system.Item بناء نظام الكتروني لنتائج الدراسات العليا (حالة تطبيقية كلية علوم الحاسوب)(جامعة النيلين, 2014) إسلام سيف الدين مختار حميدة﴿ المستخلص ﴾ تناول هذا البحث دراسة لنظام النتيجة بكلية الدراسات العليا كلية علوم الحاسوب وتقانة المعلومات ومن ثم الوقوف علي عدد من المشاكل منها بطء في الإجراءات اليدوية التي تستخدم لاستخراج النتيجة مما يؤدي إلي ضياع كثير من الوقت والجهد .ومنها كانت فكرة البحث التي تقدم بناء نظام الكتروني يقوم بإجراء جميع العمليات الخاصة بالنتيجة حسب الطريقة المستخدمة بالكلية وكذلك التمكين من استخراج تقارير مختلفة عن الطلاب و المواد والخطة الدراسية لكل برنامج وأيضا تقارير إحصائية خاصة لكل نتيجة و إجراء عمليات البحث المختلفة وذلك من خلال تصميم قاعدة بيانات ضخمة تضم كل البيانات الخاصة بالنتيجة. وأيضا تناول هذا البحث مقدمة عن الأنظمة وأنواعها ونبذة تعريفية عن كلية الدراسات العليا وناشئتها كما تناول طرق معالجة النتيجة .والطريقة المستخدمة بكلية الحاسوب . وحيث تم استخدام الكينونة في تحليل هذا النظام وتم تنفيذ ذلك عن طريق لغة البرمجة(php)وقاعدة بيانات Mysql . وكان من اهم النتائج زيادة الكفاءة وتقليل نسبة الاخطاء في معالجة النتائج مما يوفر الوقت والجهد.ووصت الدراسة بتطوير العمل علي بيئة الاندرويد واستخدام تقنيات الاتصال والرسائل القصيرة والبريد الالكتروني الالي او التلقائي لاعلان نتائج الطلاب. Also addressing the findings and recommendations for researchItem : بناء نظام خبير لاختبار الذكي لتشخيص الشخصية متعددة الاوجه بالتطبيق علي (مستشفي عبد العال الادريسي )(جامعة النيلين, 2014-03) داليا محمد أدم محمدملخص البحث يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم السجل الطبي الالكتروني والذي يتناول بدوره تعريف السجل الطبي الالكتروني وأنواعه وسمات الحقل . ويختتم البحث بتطبيق لمفهوم السجل الطبي الالكتروني من خلال عمل موقع الكتروني يقوم على مفهوم الصفحات الديناميكية ويمر التطبيق بمراحل التحليل والتصميم والبرمجة ، ويحتوي الموقع على مستويات صلاحية لكل فئة من المستخدمين وتم استخدام خوارزمية md5 في تشفير كلمات المرور . تم تحليل البحث باسلوب التحليل الكائنى (نموذج الكينونه والتعلق) والأداة المستخدمه في البرمجه هى php مع قواعد البيانات my sql . The site include privilege levels for every set of users , and uses MD5 algorithm to encrypt passwords .Item التعرف علي الصوت باستخدام خوارزمية إنحراف الزمن الديناميكي (Dynamic Time Warping)(جامعة النيلين, 2012-11) خالد احمد محمد إسماعيلالمستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث لبناء نظام للتعرف علي بصمة الصوت الإنساني ، وذلك عبر مقارنة إشارة صوتية من متكلم مع قاعدة بيانات أصوات الأشخاص الذين تمت عملية تسجيل عينات من أصواتهم. هذا النظام يتكون من خطوتين رئيسيتين ، التعرف علي صوت المتكلم والتحقق من ذلك، حيث يمكن التعرف علي من الشخص الذي تحدث ، كما تم وضع امكانية أن يتم ادخال صوت ليتم التحقق منه بعملية رفضه أو قبوله ، وقد صممت الخوارزمية بإستخدام تقنية إنحراف الزمن الديناميكي Dynamic Time Warping والتي تعتبر إحدي تطبيقات البرمجة الديناميكية. وأيضاً تم استخدام تقنية Mel-Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients والتي تهدف لاستخلاص الصفات الاساسية لاشارة صوت المتكلم ، والتي تعتبر من اهم العوامل في تحقيق تمييز عالي الدقة، وتستخدم تلك الخطوة في تنقية للصوت. في هذا البحث تم إنشاء قاعدة بيانات لمجموعة أصوات لعشرين شخص ، وذلك بأخذ خمسة عينات لكل فرد بحيث يسجل كل منهم عينة بنطق اسمه خمسة مرات، وذلك في مرحلة تدريب النظام . تم تنفيذ النظام ببرنامج ماتلاب v7.0 وإستخدام برنامج الدلفي Delphi لعمل واجهة وشاشات البرنامج ، وقد تم اختبار خوارزمية التعرف علي قاعدة البيانات التي تم انشائها بواسطة الباحث ، وقد حققت نسبة نجاح بلغت 90% ، وبلغت نسبة الرفض الخطأ 8% و القبول الخطأ 2% في مرحلة التدريب. Abstract: The objective of this research is to recognize the speaker from his voice, by comparing signal from an unknown speaker to a database of known speakers that have been registered in the system. The proposed system consists of two main steps, speaker identification and speaker verification. The speaker identification is the process of determining the registered speaker who provides a given speech, and the speaker verification is the process of rejecting or accepting the identity of the speaker which is implemented by using dynamic time warping (DTW) which is considered as one of the dynamic programming applications. Also MFCC used to analyzed and extract the features of signal voice. The system has been designed through Matlab 7.0, and Delphi used for user interface. As the result the system has been successfully tested for a group of 20 persons and every one of them must register his own name 5 times. The system successful rate is 90% , with false rejection rate 8% and false acceptance rate 2%.Item بناء نظام إلكتروني لإداره شئون الخريجين بالجامعات السودانية تطبيق على ( جامعة أمدرمان الأهلية )(جامعة النيلين, 2017-08) ايمان محمد الحسن سليمان حوليالمستخلص تكمن فكرة هذا البحث في بناء نظام إلكتروني لإداره شئون الخريجين لجامعه امدرمان الاهليه وذلك لحل مشاكل النظام اليدوي بحيث يوفر بيئة متكامله توفر نقطة تواصل بين الخريجين و الجامعة بعد التخريج. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف منها تطبيق نظام الكتروني والذي يؤدي إلى حفظ البيانات وسرعة الحصول على اى معلومة مطلوبة عن الخريج في اى وقت وتوفير فرص للوظائف للخريجين وذلك لما لهم من اولويه بذلك المنهج المستخدم في هذا البحث هو وصفى حيث يقوم بوصف كل عنصر من عناصر النظام بصوره تفصيليه كما تم استخدام لغه التحليل الكائنىUML في التحليل التى تعطى وصفا تفصيلا للكينونات وخصائصها وعلاقاتها وكذلك من الادوات المستخدمه في البحث لتصميم النظام مجموعه من اللغات وهىPHP وHTML5 وتم ربطها مع قاعده البيانات MYSQL وتوصل البحث الى مجموعه من النتائج صمم هذا النظام طبقاً لاحتياجات الجامعة والخريجين وقد روعي في هذا التصميم سهولة الاستخدام وسرعة الوصول للبيانات بطريقه مرنه لحصر الخريجين، والمساهمة في تأمين فرص عمل للخريجين و تنمية مهاراتهم بتحديد دورات تساهم وتساعد على توظيفهم . وهنالك العديد من توصيات مثل تبني النظام وتنفيذه وتطويره وتوفير الإمكانات اللازمة له ليحقق أهداف الخريجين وربط ادارة الخريجين بالجامعات والمؤسسات الخدمية لاتاحة اكبر فرص ممكنة للتدريب و للوظائف مع امكانية تطوير النظام ليدعم فكرة الحكومة الإلكترونية . There are many recommendations, such as the adoption and implementation of the system and its development and the potential for it to achieve the objectives of the alumni and linking the Department graduates in universities and tertiary institutions to allow for the greatest possible opportunities for training for jobs with the possibility of the development of the system to support the idea of e-government.Item تطوير نظام الشحن الجوي لشركة تاركو للطيران(جامعة النيلين, 2017-07) البشير فضل الله بشير منصورمستخلص البحث تعتبر عملية الشحن الجوى أحد أهم المجالات المهمه في الحياة ,حيث تعرف بعملية نقل البضائع من مكان لأخر. النظام المستخدم في شركة تاركو للطيران عبارة عن نظام محوسب يقوم بعملية إدخال البيانات وإستخراج التقارير عبر الموظف,حيث لا يتيح النظام للعميل التفاعل معه من عملية إدخال البيانات وإجراء عملية الشحن والاستعلام عن عملية معينة أو عن الرحلات أو عن الدول والفروع التى يتم التعامل عن طريقها وكذلك المستندات المطلوبة في عملية الشحن,بناء على ما سبق تم بناء نظام تفاعلى مع العميل والموظف,حيث يمكن النظام العميل التعرف على جميع مراحل الشحن وإتمام عملية الشحن ,وكذلك الموظف إستخراج جميع التقارير التى تساعد في عملية إتخاذ القرار.
