Abstract

مستخلص البحث تعتبر عملية الشحن الجوى أحد أهم المجالات المهمه في الحياة ,حيث تعرف بعملية نقل البضائع من مكان لأخر. النظام المستخدم في شركة تاركو للطيران عبارة عن نظام محوسب يقوم بعملية إدخال البيانات وإستخراج التقارير عبر الموظف,حيث لا يتيح النظام للعميل التفاعل معه من عملية إدخال البيانات وإجراء عملية الشحن والاستعلام عن عملية معينة أو عن الرحلات أو عن الدول والفروع التى يتم التعامل عن طريقها وكذلك المستندات المطلوبة في عملية الشحن,بناء على ما سبق تم بناء نظام تفاعلى مع العميل والموظف,حيث يمكن النظام العميل التعرف على جميع مراحل الشحن وإتمام عملية الشحن ,وكذلك الموظف إستخراج جميع التقارير التى تساعد في عملية إتخاذ القرار.
