Item نظام إلكتروني لإدارة المعاهد و مراكز التدريب (بالتطبيق على مركز RAY للتدريب)(جامعة النيلين, 2022-12) ريان مصطفى عيسىالمستخلص تمثل المعلومات عنصراً هاما ومورداً استراتيجياً يعتمد عليها المتدربين وذلك بالاعتماد على نظام معلوماتي يساعد إدارة المعاهد التدريبية في اتخاذ القرار وإدارات الدورات التدريبية والتسجيل الذي بسرعة وبأقل جهد ،لذلك كان لابد من عمل نظام متكامل يعمل على إدارة مركز التطوير المهني المستمر . تكمن المشكلة في إستخدام المركز للطريقة التقليدية في إدارة البيانات وذلك بإستخدام الورق مما يؤدي إلى ضياع الزمن والجهد في عملية البحث عن المعلومات وحفظها وصعوبة متابعة سير العمل في المركز وصعوبة اتخاذ القرارات بسبب عدم وجود رؤية واضحة لإدارة المركز. حيث يهدف النظام الي حوسبة الانشطة والعمليات و تقديم تقارير ومعلومات ذات جودة عالية لمتخذي القرار في مركز التطوير المهني المستمر. تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي بإستخدام لغة (UML) في تحليل النظام واستخدام لغة الفيجول بيسك دوت نت(Vb.net) وقواعد البيانات من نوع (Microsoft SQL Server) . تم الحصول على عده نتائج من أهمها ان النظام يوفر الكثير من الوقت والجهد والمال في إدارة بيانات الدورات والمدربين والمتدربين وساعد في عملية اتخاذ القرارات بكفآءة وفعالية عالية وبأقل مجهود ممكن. وتوصي الدراسة بتطوير الموقع من خلال تطبيق أندرويد يستطيع المتدرب من خلاله البحث عن الكورسات بسهوله والتسجيل فيها من خلال الموبايل. Abstract Information represents an important element and a strategic resource on which the trainees depend, by relying on an information system that helps the management of training institutes in decision-making and the departments of training courses and registration, which is quickly and with minimal effort. The problem lies in the center's use of the traditional method of data management, using paper, which leads to a waste of time and effort in the process of searching for and preserving information, the difficulty of following up on the workflow in the center, and the difficulty of making decisions due to the lack of a clear vision for the center's management. The system aims to computerize activities and processes and provide high quality reports and information to decision makers in the Continuing Professional Development Center. The descriptive analytical method was used using the language (UML) in analyzing the system and using the Visual Basic.net language (Vb.net) and SQL databases. Several results were obtained, the most important of which is that the system saves a lot of time, effort and money in managing the data of courses, trainers and trainees, and helped in the decision-making process with high efficiency and effectiveness with minimal effort. One of the recommendations that came out of the research is to link the site through an Android application, through which the trainee can search for courses easily and register for them through the mobile phone.Item تطوير تطبيق اندرويد لخدمات الطالب الجامعي دراسة حالة (مجمع الشهيد الزبير)(جامعة النيلين, 2021-03) احمد مصطفي حامد محمدالمستخلص يشهد العالم تطوراً هائلاً في تقنية المعلومات فأصبح توفر المعلومات والتزايد المستمر لمستخدمي الأجهزة المحمولة والهواتف الذكية من أغلب أفراد المجتمع من المتطلبات الأساسية لبناء مجتمع المعرفة. يهدف هذ البحث الى تطبيق مفاهيم الادارة الالكترونية من خلال تطوير تطبيق أندرويد لخدمات الطالب الجامعي بالتطبيق على مجمع الشهيد الزبير, فعلى الرغم من تطور الانظمة الخدمية والتفاعلية من ناحية توفيرها للوقت والجهد والمال اختصارها لبعض الاجراءات الروتينية المعقدة في غالب الاحيان فقد تبين للباحث ان : النظام الحالي يدوى وبالتالي يقلل من سرعة اداء العمل. ويتم فى اغلب الاحيان توثيق بيانات الطلاب فى مستندات ورقية ، ونجد ان هذه المستندات الورقية بها عدد من المشاكل ، مثل إمكانية ضياعها أو فقدانها وإمكانية تمزقها. وهي هدر الوقت والجهد في البحث عن ملفات معينة. النظام عبارة عن تطوير تطبيق اندرويد لخدمات الطالب الجامعي ويتيح التطبيق مجموعة من الخيارات التي تساعد فى تحسين تقديم الخدمات (السكن، الكفالة، التأمين) في المجمع من اول مرحلة لتقديم حتى مرحلة القبول في السكن وتلقى الخدمات بالمجمع من كفالة وتامين وغيرها من الخدمات ، ويتم تخزين كل العمليات التي تحدث داخل قاعدة بيانات واحدة لتمكن إدارة المجمع (المدير) من إستخراج التقارير اللازمة ومساعدته في اتخاذ القرار وتقديم افضل الخدمات. Abstract The world is a tremendous development in IS and becomes the availability of ongoing information and growing users of mobile devices and smart phones from most of the community members to build a knowledge society. This research aims at implementing the concepts of electronic administration by developing Android application for university student services to apply on the Zubair complex. Despite the development of service and interactive systems in terms of providing time, effort and money shortcut for some complex routine measures. Hands and thus reduces the speed of work. Students are often documented in paper documents, and these paper documents have a number of problems, such as their loss, loss and impact. It is wasting time and effort in searching for certain files. The system is the development of Android application for university student services. The application provides a range of options that help improve service deliv ery (housing, guarantee, insurance) in the complex from the first stage to provide acceptions and services in the complex and other services, and are stored All operations occur within a single database to manage the complex (manager) to extract the necessary reports and help making and provide the best services.Item نظام لإدارة الحلول الهندسية بمنهجية قاعدة المعرفة (بالتطبيق على قسم الدعم الفني لشركة كوشايت)(جامعة النيلين, 2016-08) محمد مجذوب بخيت محمد توممستخلص البحث يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الإدارة الإلكترونية والفوائد التي تقدمها للمؤسسات بمختلف احجامها الوظيفية والإدارية والسلاسة التي توفرها في إدخال البيانات وعرضها واسترجاعها كما يوضح هذا البحث أيضا الفضل الذي تتميز به الإدارة الإلكترونية على الإدارة التقليدية أو اليدوية كما يوضح أيضا إسهامات مجالات الذكاء الإصطناعي في بناء الأنظمة الإدارية بالطريقه التي توفرلمن يستخدمها السهولة في عرض البيانات واسترجاعها بالدقة المطلوبة كما تقلل من نسبة الأخطاء التي يمكن أن تقع في الإدارة التقليدية أو اليدوية . وقد تم من خلال هذا البحث بناء نظام ذكي بمنهجية قاعدة المعرفة يسمح للمستخدم بإدارة الحلول الهندسية لقسم الدعم الفني من خلال فرز الأعطال وتصنيفها واسترجاعها بدقة كما يوفرهذا النظام لمدير النظام من إدارة الصلاحيات لبقية المستخدمين بحيث لا يمكن لأي مستخدم الدخول إلى شاشة غير خاضعة لصلاحيته ، كما يوفر لمدير النظام مراقبة الأجهزة والمراحل التي تمر بيها من فحص وصيانة وتسليم واستخراج التقارير بناء على خيارات تعطي دقة في استرجاع البيانات من خلال البحث عنها ببيانات مفتاحية . تم بناء هذا النظام استنادا على بيئة التطوير (visual studio.Net) واستخدام لغة (C#) المطورة من قبل شركة (مايكروسفت) واستخدمت قواعد البيانات (oracle) في تخزين واسترجاع البيانات الخاصة بالنظام . تم من خلال هذا البحث التوصل إلى عدة نتائج منها سهولة البحث عن البيانات من خلال بيانات مفتاحية وسهولة إدارة الحلول الهندسية ومراقبة المراحل التي تمر بها الأجهزة ، وسهولة إدارة الموظفين من خلال إرسال المهام لهم من خلال النظام ، كما يتيح النظام أرشفة الخطابات المستلمة ليسهل إسترجاعها لاحقا . Abstract This research aims to shed the lights on the important of the electronic management and the benefits that introduce it to the institutes and foundations by the different sizes in functionality and management and the flexibility that available in storing data and monitor it , so this research explain how the electronic management have a benefits more than the manual management and explain the important of artificial intelligence scopes in building the management systems and the availability for users to monitoring specific data and reducing faults that’s existence in manual management . So throw this research it was building an intelligence system that allowing for users to managing maintenance solutions throw detecting the corruptions of devices and classifying it depending on it type of devices and corruptions , so this system allowing for system administration to monitoring devices and sending tasks to other users sharing the systems . It was building this system depending on the developing environment that following to Microsoft ‘visual studio .Net’ and using C# language and for storing data using the ‘oracle’ database . Throw this research it was gained many results such as the flexibility to searching about data and monitoring the faces of devices and allowing to sending tasks between users
