Item (تطوير نظام إلكتروني للتخليص الجمركي)(جامعة النيلين, 2017-05) موسى الزبير بابكر عبدالعزيزملخص البحث تتلخص فكرة البحث في إعادة إجراءات نظام التخليص الجمركي للواردات بمختلف أنواعها بالإداره العامة للجمارك السودانيةإلكترونيت، وذلك بالتعامل المبسط والسهل بين الموردين وموظفي الجمارك ومختلف الجهات ذات الصلة بالجمارك السودانية. كما تطرق الباحثون إلى أهمية الجمارك ودورها في خدمة المواطن ونشاطاتها المختلفة من مكافحة التهريب وتسهيل الاجراءات الجمركية، كما تناول التخليص الجمركي ودوره في إنعاش خزينة الدولة والمساهمة بنسبة كبيرة في الميزانية العمومية للدولة. كما تناول الباحث الجانب العملي من مرحلة التحليل والتصميم و العمليات التي تقوم بها الجمارك تجاه الموردين والمواطنين بل على مستوى المؤسسات والهيئات. وفيه أيضاً تحليل النظام وكيفية الاجراءات التي تنتهجها الجمارك من تسجيل للموردين والاحتفاظ ببياناتهم وتسهيل إجراءاتهم في استيراد المنتجات والسيارات وغيرها، وإخراج ما يلزم من فواتير وتقارير لتحقيق أهداف البحث المتمثلة في: 1- رفع مستوى الأداء بالجمارك السودانية، وذلك من خلال إنسياب المعلومات بين الإداره والموظفين بصوره إلكترونية. 2- تبسيط وتسهيل الإجراءت الجمركية على جميع الاطراف. 3- تقليل زمن انتظار الحاويات والشاحنات بالمواني الجمركية. 4- استخراج الفواتير والتقارير اللازمة بسهولة ويسر. 5- توظيف الطاقات البشرية بالجمارك بالصورة المثلى. 6- مواكبة التطورات الحديثة. (د) Abstract The main aim of this research is the computerize of the customs clearance system for the all kinds of imports in the general administration of the Sudanese customs, by the flexible dealing between imports and customs employees and the authorities which related to the Sudanese customs. The researchers also deal with the important of customs and its role in serving the citizen, its alternative activities such as combat smuggling and facilitating of customs procedures, In addition to the customs clearance and its role in invigorating the treasury of a country and the contribution by a numerous amount in the general budget of a country. The researchers also take up a practical side from the stage of analysis, designing an operations which dealt by customs with importers and citizens even on the range of constitutions and corporations. It deals also with the system analysis and the procedures followed by customs in clerk an information importers, saving their information and facilitate their procedures in importing the products, automobiles and so on; to take out the bills and reports to achieve the objectives of this study, they are: 1- To improve the level of performance for the Sudanese customs through the exchange of information between the management and the employees electronic. 2- To facilitate the procedures of customs. 3- To reduce the waiting time of containers and trucks in ports of customs. 4- To take out the essential bills and reports by easy way. 5- To employ the human resources in a customs with appropriate way. 6- Accompanying up to date inventions.Item نظام إلكتروني لإدارة مكتبة دراسة حالة كلية الدلنج التقانية(جامعة النيلين, 2017-07) فضل حسن احمد حمدانمستخلص البحث هذا البحث لنظام معلومات إدارة مكتبة والذي يقوم بحل المشاكل التي تواجه النظام الحالي والتي تتمثل في أن النظام الحالي نظام يدوي يهدر الكثير من والوقت والجهد وصعوبة استخراج التقارير. النظام الإلكتروني يهدف إلي معالجة معظم المشاكل الموجودة بالإدارة في النظام اليدوي القديم تأتي أهمية هذا البحث في زيادة ورفع كفاءة الإدارة الإدارية والخدمية كذلك تتجلي هذه الأهمية في توفير إمكانيات أفضل من حيث السرعة والدقة والجهد والحصول علي التقارير المطلوبة.وأيضا إمكانية تبادل المعلومات بين المكتبة ومستخدمينها بطريقة سهلة وميسرة والمساعدة في عملية دعم اتخاذ القرار وعمل قواعد بيانات لحفظ المعلومات. اتبع البحث المنهجية الكائنية في التطوير حيث استخدم اسلوب علاقات الكينونات في نمزجة النظام كما استخدم ADF و قواعد بيانات oracle 10g. أهم نتائج هذا البحث كانت في تحليل وتصميم وبرمجة نظام إدارة مكتبة كلية الدلنج التغانية واستخراج تقارير تمد الإدارة بالمعلومات الصحيحة وتساعد الإدارة العليا في عملية دعم اتخاذ القرار. توصي الدراسة بتطوير النظام ليعمل عل الاجهزة الذكية التي تدعم الاندرويد باستخدام ADF_MOBILE كما توصي ايضا بتكامل التطبيق مع التطبيقات الاخري بالكلية. Abstract This search for Management Information System, which investigated the problems facing the current system, which is that the current system is a manual system take much time and effort and the difficulty of the reports extraction. The importance of this research is to increase and raise up the management efficiency of administrative and service as well as manifested this importance in the provision of better possibilities in terms of speed, accuracy, and effort. And also the possibility of exchanging information between the library and it’s users in an easy way, accessible and help in the process of decision support and business databases to store information. In new system we use the Oracle ADF too and Oracle data base 10g The most important results of this research was to analyze, design and program the of Aldalanaj college of Technology library system and extract reports that provide management with the correct information and help senior management in the process of decision support. The Search recommended with developing of the system and fill the gab, according to which the diversity of reporting formats and increased by ad-hoc basis and the introduction of the system to work within the system of Aldalanaj college of TechnologyItem استخدام المرشح الإلكتروني في التوظيف الإلكتروني بالتطبيق على لجنة الإختيار- ولاية الخرطوم(جامعة النيلين, 2013) فتح الرحمن عوض العليم شمس الدين عليالمستخلص تعاني مؤسسات التوظيف الحكومية والخاصة من عملية صعوبة إختيار الموظفين في الوقت الذي أصبح فيه إختيار الموظف يعتمد على معايير ونظم محددة وعدم وجود قواعد بيانات توفر معلومات كافية عن طالبي الوظائف وهذا ما يجعل الإختيار الأمر أكثر تعقيداً. يهدف هذا البحث لبناء نظام إلكتروني لإدارة عملية التوظيف من خلال الجهة الحكومية الرسمية المسئولة عن هذه العملية، حيث يتيح هذا النظام من خلال شاشاته المختلفة والتي صممت بطريقة قياسية لتحقيق أقصى فائدة إدخال جميع البيانات إلى قاعدة بيانات واستخدامها في عملية التوظيف من حيث الإعلان عن الوظائف والإمتحانات الإلكترونية وإدخال نتائج المعاينات وإجراء عملية الترشيح الإلكتروني وهذا ما يجعل عملية التوظيف بحيادية بعيدة عن المحسوبية وتحقيق مفهوم الحكومة الرشيدة. وإن هذا النظام له فعالية في رفع كفاءة وضبط الجودة وتقليل الأعباء وزيادة الدقة في عملية التوظيف بلجنة الإختيار ومساعدة المسؤولين في عملية إتخاذ القرار بشأن تحديد الوظائف. واستخدمت طريقة التحليل الموجة نحو الكينونة في تحليل النظام. وصمم النظام بواسطة HTML واستخدام لغة PHP في البرمجة وCSS في التنسيق ولغة برمجة قواعد البيانات MYSQL لتصميم قاعدة البيانات. وكان من أهم النتائج أن النظام يتمتع بالمرونة في عملية إدخال البيانات وذلك من خلال استخدام مفهوم القاعدة الذهبية للإدخال، وسهولة البحث والتعديل وسهولة استخراج التقارير ودخول آمن للنظام والدخول للنظام من أي مكان وفي أي زمان ما دام هناك إتصال بالإنترنت مما يساهم في تسهيل تسجيل الخريجين بلجنة الإختيار وتسريع عملية التقديم للوظائف والتوظيف. Abstract Suffer institutions of government and private employment of personnel selection process difficult at a time when the employee depends on the selection criteria and specific systems, and not found database contain data of job seeker's that make the selection very complex. Therefore, the goal of this research to build an electronic system to manage the recruitment process through the government official responsible for this process, as it allows this system through interfaces different which is designed in a standard way to achieve the maximum benefit of entering all the data into a database and used in the recruitment process in terms of advertising jobs electronic-exams and enter the results of inspections and conduct the nomination process mail and that's what makes recruitment process neutrally the far from favoritism and realizing the concept of good government. Although, this system has effective in raising the efficiency and quality control and reduce the burden and increase the accuracy in the recruitment process selection committee and help officials in the decision-making process on the identification of jobs. The method of analysis used being oriented in the analysis of the system. The system is designed by HTML and programming language PHP and CSS in coordination and programming language MYSQL databases for database design. One of the most important results that the system is resilient in the data entry process and through the use of the concept of the golden rule of entry, and ease of search and amendment and easily extract reports and secure login to the system and access the system from anywhere and at anytime as long as there is internet connection which contributes to facilitate the registration of graduates Commission selection and speed up the application process for jobs and employment.Item نظام إلكترونى لإدارة المعدات الطبية بالتطبيق على شركة جاد غريب(جامعة النيلين, 2017-07) فاطمة خليل بابكر محمدمستخلص البحث: يهدف البحث الى تحليل وتصميم نظام الكترونى متكامل لشركة جاد غريب للمعدات الطبية لتحقيق السرعة المطلوبة لانجاز العمل بكفاءة عالية وبتكلفة مالية مناسبة .ولتحسين عمليات إتخاذ القرار على كافة نوعياتها ومستوياتها عن طريق توفير المعلومات المنتقاه والملائمة في الشكل السليم والتوقيت الصحيح لمساعدة في تقرير مسار الأداء والفعل،و لتحسين وإدارة المعدات الطبية بصورة آمنة ، المتعرف على معلومات عن الانشطة الجارية من حيث معدلات التنفيذ والتوقعات المستقبلية ولتبسيط سبل واساليب اعداد التقارير والمساعدة فى ربط الاهداف العديدة التى تتواجد فى الشركة . تم استخدام المنهج الوصفى التحليلى مع تحليل باستخدام لغة (PHP) لما لها من مميزات جعلتها الخيار الافضل بالنسبة للمبرمجين من مميزاتها السهولة والسرعة فى الاستخدام والموثوقية وقابلية التوسيع حيث أن الشفرة البرمجية للمترجم مفتوحة فإنك تستطيع تغيير ما تريده مباشرة لتحصل على النسخة التي تناسبك من المترجم. ولاهمية قواعد البيانات وانظمة ادارتها لما لها من فوائد تخزين البيانات ومعالجتها وسرعة الوصول لها واسترجاعها والمعلومات هى الاساس فى عمل اي مؤسسة لذلك استخدمنا لغة ماى اس كيو ال لمالها من مميزات فى قواعد البيانات .ونتيجة لاستخدام النظام الالكترونى توصل الباحث الى تحقيق السرية التامة فى البيانات والدقة فى النتائج التى يوفرها النظام وتوفير الوقت والجهد. وامكانية تطبيق نظام الموبايل لتعم الفائده. Abstract The aim of the research is to analyze and design an integrated electronic system for Jad Gharib medical equipment company to achieve the speed required to achieve the work efficiently and at the appropriate financial cost. To improve decision making processes of all types and levels by providing the information selected and appropriate in the right form and timing to help in determining the course of performance and action, And to improve and manage medical equipment in a secure manner, which is familiar with ongoing activities in terms of implementation rates and future expectations, simplifying reporting methods and helping to link the company's many goals.
