This paper aimed at finding out the importance of teaching mathematics education in the Educational Institutions of Upper Nile State , how its curriculum being designed as well as the objectives that achieved by , and the roles played by teachers in developing teaching methods which depends on their professional development in teaching ability performances . The researcher recalled back the history of mathematics, and development stages of mathematics education including the most important mathematics educators influenced on teaching mathematics.
