    شخصيّة المرأة المؤمنة و حريّة الإعتقاد والجوانب المالية = The rights of the insured woman and the freedom of belief and finical aspects

    المستخلص : فإن الشخصية المرسومة بهدي الله تعالى ، تتكامل وتتوازن بالضرورة في مجموعها من ناحية وفي علاقتها بالشريعة من ناحية أخرى ، فالله عز وجل واضع الشريعة هو بارئ الشخصية الإنسانية وخالق نزعاتها المختلفة ، ولذا كانت لغة الدين - إن الدين عند الله الإسلام - مقبولة لدى مختلف جوانب الشخصية ، وكانت تعاليمه متسقة معها جميعا ، فهو من ثم لا يخاطب في الإنسان قوة دون أخرى ، فيقع من ثم في صراع مع القوة التي يهملها . تمثلت أسئلة البحث : ما المقصود ببناء شخصية المرأة ؟ وهل هناك آيات تدل على بناء شخصية المرأة المؤمنة قد وردت في القرآن الكريم ؟ وما أقوال العلماء والمفسرين الواردة في تفسير آيات بناء شخصية المرأة المؤمنة في ضوء ما جاء في القرآن الكريم ؟ نبعت أهمية البحث : قدم القرآن الكريم نماذج مختلفة لشخصية المرأة أُمّاً وأُختاً وزوجة وعمل على بنائها . وعناية القرآن الكريم البالغة بأمر المرأة على اختلاف أحوالها وعلاقتها . وأن الله سبحانه وتعالى كرَّم المرأة ولم يحرمها شيئاً من حقوقها . يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحقيق الآتي : بيان عناية الإسلام بالمرأة والاهتمام بشؤونها ، وكفالة حقوقها . والكشف عن عناية القرآن الكريم البالغة بأمر المرأة على اختلاف أحوالها وعلاقتها . وبيان صفات المرأة المؤمنة كما صورها القرآن الكريم . من الفروض التي يختبر صدقها هذا البحث ما يلي : كيف نبيِّن عناية الإسلام بالمرأة والاهتمام بشؤونها ، وكفالة حقوقها . لماذا اعتنى القرآن الكريم العناية البالغة بأمر المرأة على اختلاف أحوالها وعلاقتها . كيف نبيّن صفات المؤمنة كما صورها القرآن الكريم . يتبع الباحث في هذا البحث المنهج التفسيري . من خلال هذا البحث توصل الباحث الي عدة نتائج منها : أن الحريّة هي الملكة الخاصة التي تميز الإنسان من حيث هو موجود عاقل يصدر أفعاله عن إرادته هو لاعن أية إرادة أخرى غريبة عنه ، وتعني إنعدام القسر الخارجي ، والحرية هي التي تميز الإنسان عن غيره ، أما النفقة فهي مشتقّة من النّفاق أي الرواج ، حيث يقال : نفقت الفرس والدابَّة نفوقاً أي ماتت ويُقال نفق البيع نفاقاً بالفتح أي راج ، ونفقت السلعة تنفق نفاقاً أي غلت ورغب فيها ، فالنفقة مصدر مشتق من النفوق أي الهلاك. ومن خلال النتائج والاطارالنظري توصل الباحث لعدة توصيات منها : ضرورة تمكن الانسان من ممارسة أفعاله وأقواله وتصرُّفاته بإرادة واختيار من غير قسر ولا إكراه ولكن ضمن حدود معينة ، وقد أجمع العلماء على اعتبار الميراث مورداً من موارد التملك للمرأة سواء كانت ابنة أو زوجة أو أم حتى لو كانت جده . Abstract: On the other hand, God Almighty, the creator of the Shari'a, is the creator of the human personality and the creator of its various tendencies, and therefore the language of religion - the religion of God is Islam - acceptable in various aspects of personality, And his teachings are consistent with all of them, he then does not address the human force without others and then fall in conflict with the force that neglects The research questions were: What is meant by building a woman's personality? Are there any verses indicating the building of the woman's self-confidence in the Holy Quran? What are the sayings of scholars and interpreters in the interpretation of the verses of building the personality of the believing woman in the light of what is stated in the Holy Quran? The importance of the research stems from the fact that the Holy Qur'an presented different models of the woman's personality, mother, sister, and wife, and the care of Qur'an, for women of different conditions and relationship, and that God Almighty honored the woman and did not deprive her of any of her rights. This research aims to achieve the following: Statement of Islam's attention to women and concern for their affairs, and ensure their rights. And to reveal the care of the Holy Quran, the adult order of women of different conditions and relationship. And the description of the qualities of the insured woman as depicted in the Holy Quran. One of the hypotheses that this study is validated is the following: How to show the care of Islam and concern for women, and ensure their rights. Why did the Holy Quran care about the great care of women in different situations and their relationship? How to describe the qualities of the believer as portrayed by the Qur'an? This research is followed by an interpretive approach. Through research, the researcher reached several conclusions, including: that freedom is the special queen that characterizes man in terms of being a sane who issues his actions from his will is to denounce any other will alien to him, meaning the absence of external coercion, which distinguish man from others, It is derived from hypocrisy, which is the prevalence, where it is said: The horse and the animal have died of any death, and the tunnel of sale is said to be hypocritical, i.e., Raj, and the money spent is spent hypocrisy, which is desired and desired. Through the results and the theoretical framework, the researcher reached several recommendations, including the need to enable man to practice his actions and his words and actions with the will and choice of non-coercion and coercion, but within certain limits, scientists have unanimously agreed that the inheritance is a resource from the acquisition of women, whether a daughter or wife or mother, even if Grandmother.
