Item تطبيق لرفع البلاغات عبر الصور وخدمة حساب تكاليف أجهزة المنازل بالتطبيق على (الشركة السودانية لتوزيع الكهرباء المحدودة)(جامعة النيلين, 2022-12) رؤى عبدالرحمن الحاج الخضرالمستخلص : يتناول هذا البحث رفع البلاغات عبر الصور للشركة مع توضيح الموقع الجغرافي لرافع البلاغ وكذلك يحتوي على خدمة حساب إستهلاك الأجهزة المنزلية للكهرباء . تكمن المشكلة في أن النظام الحالي نظام بطئ لرفع البلاغات بسبب إنشغال الموظفين بالمكالمات – كذلك فإن موقع البلاغ غير واضحآ لدى الشركة بالحد الكافي ، ولا يتمكن فنيو ومهندسو الكهرباء من فهم نوع العطل بدقة الا بعد رؤيتها – النظام الحالي لا توجد به آليه تمكن المستخدم من معرفة تكاليف الأجهزة الكهربائية. والهدف الأساسي من هذا البحث هو رضا الزبون،و ايضآ الإستفادة من معرفة مشكلة البلاغ من خلال الصورة وسهولة معرفة طرق علاجها - وكذلك يسهل معرفة مكان البلاغ بوضوح ، كما يتيح خدمة معرفة حساب استهلاك الأجهزة الكهربائية . والمنهجية المتبعة في المشروع المنهج العلمي التطبيقي و المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و منهجية التحليل والتصميم الموجه نحو الكائنات . والأدوات التي تم إستخدامها هي قواعد البيانات (MY SQL) لتصميم قواعد البيانات اللازمة وإنشاء العلاقات و ربط الجداول ، وايضآ تم إستخدام لغة البرمجة الويب وتطبيقات الويب (PHP) لتنفيذ العمليات اللازمة على البيانات وحفظها . وكانت أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها هي تسريع البلاغات والاستجابة لها - وسرعة التعرف على مواقعها وفهم نوع الأعطال، مما يقلل زمنها ، ومن النتائج ايضآ إستخدام التطبيق عند الإتصال بالانترنت و إنشاء مستخدمين وعرض البيانات المتعلقة بهم والرجوع للبلاغات السابقة بالنسبة لمدير النظام وعمل تقارير . نوصي بإضافة قطاعات جغرافية بحيث تكون كل ولاية على حدة ويحدد المستخدم ولايته ، كذلك يمكن أن يكون هنالك تطبيق خاص بالمهندسين والفنيين الكهربائين فيما بينهم يستطيعون من خلاله رفع ومعرفة الأعطال بالتفصيل الدقيق. Abstract This research deals with uploading reports via pictures to the company, with clarifying the reporter's website, as well as Contain the service of calculating the electricity consumption of household appliances, The problem is that the current system is a slow system for raising reports because employees are busy with the calls. Also the location of the report is not clear enough with the company, and electrical technicians and engineers are not able to accurately understand the type of fault until after seeing it - the current system does not have a mechanism that enables the user to know costs of electrical appliances, The main objective of this research is the customer’s satisfaction, as well as the benefit of knowing the problem of the report through the image and the ease of knowing the methods of its treatment - as well as facilitating the knowledge of the location of the report clearly, as it allows the service of knowing the consumption of electrical appliances, The methodology used in the project is the applied scientific method, and it includes the descriptive and analytical approach, as well as the method of analysis and design. And the tools that were used are databases (MY SQL) to design the necessary databases, create relationships, and link tables. Also, the web programming language and web applications (PHP) were used to perform the necessary operations on the data and save it,The most important results that were reached were the improvement of reporting reports - and the speed of identifying and know their locations and understanding the type of Faults, and among the results also the use of the application when connecting to the Internet, creating users and display the data which it related to them and refer to previous reports for the system administrator and make reports,We recommend adding geographical sectors so that each state is separately and the user defines his state, as well as there can be a special application for electrical engineers and technicians between them through which they can raise and know the faults in precise detail.Item تصميم وتنفيذ نظام إجراءات الصحة العامة (دراسة حالة ولاية الخرطوم)(جامعة النيلين, 2020) محمد علي محمد سعيد الطاهرالمستخلـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــص نظراً للتحول التكنلوجي الكبير والتطوير السريع والذي احدث ثورة حقيقية في عالم الاداره والانتقال من النمط التقليدي الي الخدمات الكترونية نبعت فكرة تطوير نظام الصحة العامة في ولاية الخرطوم موضع الدراسة . يهدف هذا البحث الى تصميم وتنفيذ نظام إجراءات الصحة العامة وذلك عن طريق توفير معلومات عن اماكن الاطعمة والمشروبات والمهن ذات الصلة بالصحة العامة واحصائيات بعدد العاملين في كل المجالات حيث يساعد هذا النظام الالكتروني في تقليل الجهد والزمن في تكملة الاجراءات . استخدام منهجية التحليل الوصفي واستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة للتحليل واستخدم لغة php مفتوحة المصدر لتنفيذ هذا البحث . اشارت النتائج الاولية الي انه توجد حاجه نظام لإدارة العمل بطريقة محوسبة لذا تم تصميم نظام للتعامل مع كل الجهات ذات الصله بالصحه العامه حيث يوفر الموقع درجة عالية من الاحصائيات تتضمن الملف الطبي للمستفيدين , وشفافية في الاداء , ومرونه وسرعة في الاجراءات وايضا تقليل الوقت والجهد للمواطن حيث يمكن المواطن أو مالك العمل التقديم المباشر عن طريق الشبكة العنكبوتية لخدمات الترخيص الخاصة بالاطعمة والمشروبات والمهن ذات الصله بالصحة العامة بكل سهولة ويسر ويمكن الاطلاع علي كل الخطوات والاجراءات حتي استلام الرخصة الصحية للعقار او العامل. وكانت التوصيات بربط العمل بالرقم الوطني وسجلات الاجانب والمواصفات والمقاييس والدفع الالكتروني , بالاضافة الي جعل النظام يعمل كتطبيق علي الهواتف الذكية . Abstract Due to the great technological change and rapid development, which brought about a real revolution in the world of administration and the transition from the traditional pattern to electronic services, the idea of developing a public health system in the state of Khartoum. This research contributes to the design and implementation of a system of public health procedures by providing information on food and beverage locations, occupations related to public health, and statistics on the number of workers in all fields, as this electronic system helps reduce effort and time in completing the procedures. A descriptive analysis methodology was used, a standard modeling language was used for analysis, and an open source php language was used to carry out this research. The preliminary results indicated that there is a need for a system to manage the work in a computerized manner, so a system was designed to deal with all parties related to public health, as the site provides a high degree of statistics including the medical file of the beneficiaries, transparency in performance, flexibility and speed in procedures, as well as reducing the time and effort of the citizen Where the citizen or business owner can apply directly through the Internet for licensing services for foods, beverages and professions to public health with ease and all steps and procedures can be viewed until receiving the health license for the property or worker. The recommendations were to link the work to the national number, foreigners' records, specifications and standards, and electronic payment, in addition to making the system work as an application on smart phones.Item بناء نظام البلاغات دراسة حالة (قسم امدرمان جنوب)(جامعة النيلين, 2019-10) طارق عبد الله الامين احمدالمستخلص يهدف هذا البحث الي إنشاء نظام الكتروني للبلاغات بقسم شرطة امدرمان وذلك لتقديم سهولة في الاجرءات اللازمة بدقة وسرعة وجعل المعلومات اكثر امنا ومن المشاكل التي تناولها عملية الاجراءات التقليدية للبلاغات عدم مواكبة التقنية وتتمثل اهمية البحث في المساعدة علي اجراء البلاغات بطريقة سهلة وسلسة وتوفير المعلومات للاقسام الواقعة في دائرة منطقة الاختصاص واستخدم هذا البحث لغة النمذجة الموحدة Unified Modeling Language(UML)في التحليل والتصميم و استخدام قواعد بيانات اوراكلOracle 11g كما تم استخدام فورم بلدر Builder 6i Form لتصميم الشاشات واستخدام Report builder في انشاء التقارير ومن النتائج إنالنظام اليدوى لايؤدى دورا متكاملا فى الإجراءات الشرطية فىالاقسام فيما يلي البلاغات ، وأن النظام الالكتروني هوالأفضل فىالتعامل مع الإجراءات الشرطية بالنسبة للبلاغات ونوصي مستقبلا بالعملعليتطويرمنظومة الكترونية شرطية متكاملة وتعميم هذه التقنية باستخدام الموبايل. Abstract This research aims to establish a computerized system for complaints in Omdurman's Police Department. And, to facilitate required procedures in quick and accurate way. Also, to make information more secure than before, because there were many problems raised in traditional system proceeded by this one, in addition to its out-of-date. The importance of this research is to provide easy-to-use way for complaint procedures and information to nearby-police stations. We used Unified Modeling Language (UML) methodology for system analysis. And also we used the following tools and technologies: - Oracle 11g for creating database, - Builder 6i Forms for designing interfaces, and - Report Builder for creating reports. The obvious result as we have examined the manual system was not worked in integrated way for complaint procedures and the computerized system was designed by us will be much better. We highly recommended to work on developing integrated systems and generalize it by developing mobile apps for police departments.
