Item أثر الانفاق الزراعي العام والقروض الحكومية على الاستثمار الزراعي في اليمن للفترة (2014-2005) م(كلية الدراسات العليا - جامعة النيلين, 2019-07-15) أحمد عبده فرحان الدهنيالمستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس العلاقة بين الانفاق الزراعي العام، والقروض الحكومية على الاستثمار الزراعي في اليمن خلال الفترة (2005- 2014)م، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للبيانات الصادرة عن الجهاز المركزي للإحصاء، وكذا البيانات المالية المنشورة عن الاقراض الزراعي من موقع البنك الزراعي والتعاوني على صفحة الانترنت وتم تعديلها بالأسعار الثابتة، واظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة سلبية بين الانفاق الزراعي العام والاستثمار الزراعي ب(30.6%)، ووجود علاقة ايجابية بين القروض الزراعية والاستثمار الزراعي ب(48%)، ان القطاع الخاص الزراعي له الدور الريادي في اليمن، حيث تبين ان هناك تناقص لإجمالي النفقات الزراعية مقارنة بإجمالي النفقات الحكومية بلغ ادناه 0.64% في العام 2012م، في حين كان اقصاه 1.059 % خلال العام 2005م . الكلمات المفتاحية: (الإنفاق العام، القروض الزراعية، الاستثمار الزراعي) ABSTRACT: The study aims to estimate the relationship between general agricultural expenditure and government loans on agricultural investment in Yemen during the period (2005-2014). The analytical descriptive method was used for data issued by the Central Statistical Organization, and the published financial statements on agricultural lending were used from the Agricultural and Cooperative Bank website. Result shows that a positive relationship between agricultural loans and agricultural investment by (48%) and a negative relation between agriculture expenditure and investment by (30.6%). The private agricultural sector has a leading role in Yemen as there was a decrease in the total agricultural expenditure compared to the total government expenditure, which is lowest amount to 0.64% in 2012, while it was in maximum of 1.059% in 2005.
