Item التنمية السياحية وأثرها على التغيرات الإجتماعية مدينة بورتسودان(جامعة النيلين, 2016) أمل الطاهر علي عيسىالمستخلص تناول البحث موضوع التنمية السياحية وأثرها علي التغيرات الإجتماعية بالتطبيق على مدينة بورتسودان، تمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن التنمية السياحية أدت إلي إحداث تغيرات اجتماعية في مدينة بورتسودان بشكل ملحوظ وكانت التنمية في الجانب الاقتصادي أكثر من غيرة الشيء الذي قد يؤثر على مستقبل المجتمع إذا ما سبقت التغيرات المادية التغيرات في الجوانب الأخرى. هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف على دور التغيرات الاجتماعية وأثرها على التنمية السياحية والوقوف على التغيرات التي طرأت عبر السياحة والكشف عن أثر التنمية على عادات وتقاليد المجتمع والوقوف على دور التنمية السياحية في التنمية الاجتماعية. تمثلت أهمية البحث في تقديم دراسة تفيد المهتمين بالتنمية السياحية، ومحاولة تقديم حلول تفيد في أحداث التنمية المتوازنة في مجتمع البحث، طرح البحث عدة تساؤلات حول مدى تأثير التغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية على التنمية السياحية أما في منهجية البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي وفى جمع البيانات تم استخدام الاستبيان والملاحظة كأدوات لجمع البيانات، كما تم استخدام العينة العشوائية القصدية أهم نتائج البحث تمثلت في التغيرات الاجتماعية المتعلقة بالتطور الاقتصادي واستغلال البيئة الطبيعية يساهم في تقدم التنمية. صندوق أعمار الشرق والإسهامات الحكومية لها دور إيجابي في التنمية السياحية في بورتسودان، واقع التنمية السياحية يحتاج إلي المزيد من التخطيط لمواكبة متطلبات السياحة المعاصرة لتحقيق التنمية. من أهم التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث ضرورة الاستمرار في إحداث التغيرات الاجتماعية خاصة تطوير الاقتصاد والاهتمام بالبيئة السياحية وخدمات الترفيه والاعتماد على التضامن بين الجهد الرسمي والجهد الشعبي في إحداث التطورات في المجتمع وربط التغيرات الاجتماعية في جانبا لتنميه السياحية بالتخطيط الشامل حيث يؤثر إيجابا علي كفاءة القطاعات وخاصة الخدمات الأساسية . Abstract The research treat the tourism development .and its effect upon social. alteration applied on the city of Port Sudan. the research problem oared in that the tourism development .lead to an occurrence in social change in the town of Port Sudan which was clear so it might. affect the fueve of the society if the subusticial al tevation breceded the social changes .the studies aimed to know the role of the social .alteration and its effect upon the tourism development and to know the changes that occurred through the tourism development and revealing the effect of the tourism development upon the habits and society tradition and stewing upon the role of the tourism development .in the social .development the important aspect .of the subject is to introduce beneficial study to the pioneer of the tourism development .trying to present good solutions in making a balanced development in the research community. The research raised some questions about .how the social economical and political alteration affect the tourism development. In the procedural research the descriptive analytic method and procedural historical ,and in collecting data the explanation has been used as observation as factors for collecting data and using the random and emotional sample the important results, the social changes that related to the economical progress and utilizing the natural environment which distribute in the development .progress the east fund and the contribution of the government has positive role in the tourism development in Port Sudan but the tourism development need more planning escorting the need of modern tourism for the realization of development the important recommendation as an output of the research. The necessity of making the social alterations especially the progressing of the economic and care of tourism environment and amusement services. and depending upon solidarity between the official and popular effort in making the social changes in both to serve the tourism development by planning to gain an effect upon the qualifications especially the basic services.Item التغيرات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية ودورها في الإنتماء لجماعات النيغرز (دراسة حالة ولاية الخرطوم الخرطوم محلية جبل اولياء )(جامعة النيلين, 2015) أحمد عبدالمكرم علي محمدمستخلص البحث تمثلت قضية البحث في التغيرات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية ودورهافي الإنتماء لجمعات النيغرزس هدف البحث إلي التعرف علي دور التغيرات الإجنماعية والإقتصادية في الإنتماء لجماعات النيغرز ونوع س المشكلات التي تسببها مجموعات النيغرز والكشف عن مدي تأثيرمجموعات النيغرز علي أمن وإستقرار المجتمع . اما في المناهج فقد تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي كما تم إستخدام العينة القصدية عبر الإستخدام الإختيار العشوائي اما في ادوات جمع البيانات فقد تم إستحدام المقابلة والإستبيان والملاحظة ، وتم طرح سؤال رئيسي حول مشكلة البحث تمثل في : هل تؤثر التغيرات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية علي السلوك الإجرامي أهم النتائج: أن التغيرات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية أثرت سلبياًعلي ظهور مجموعات النيغرز وسلوكها الإجرامي ، أن مجموعات النيغرز هم ضحايا للظروف والمشكلات الإجتماعية المتمثلة في التفكك الأسري والطلاق والهجرة وعدم التلائم مع الظروف المدنية المعاصرة للتغيرات الإجتماعية و الإقتصادية. التغيرات الإجتماعية التي لم يتم التخطيط لها وبخاصة في مجال التكنولوجيا وإنتشار القنوات الفضائية والوسائط الإلكترونية الأخري دور سلبي في تنامي مجموعات النيغرز وإستعارة الأساليب الإجرامية المتطورة. عدم توافق القانون وملائمته لبعض القيم الثقافية وطرق تطبيق القانون وعدالته يساهم سلبيا في الجريمة وخاصة المواجهات مع الأجهزة الشرطية والأمنية كمايقود ذلك إلي عدم الإعتراف بالجهات القانونية من سقبل مجموعات النيغرز. Abstract Abustracti0n lemma The research of social and economic changes and role she in flwoes for Negroes groups - the research aimed to identify the impact of social and economic changes on the criminal behavior and the size of the problems caused by groups that Negroes and the disclosure of the impact of Negroes on the sets security and stability of society. - In search methodology was used descriptive analytical method and historical approach was also used intentionality sample through random selection. The most important outcome of the research: - That the social and economic changes had a negative impact on the appearance of Negroes groups and criminal behavior, - Negroes groups that are victims of circumstances and social problems of divorce and family disintegration, migration and incompatibility with civil conditions for migrants from the countryside to the cities. - Social changes random Pollack planned, particularly in the field of technology and the spread of satellite television and osther electronic media a negative role the growth of criminal conduct and metaphor sophisticated criminal methods. - Do not agree law and suitability of some of the cultural values and methods of application of the law and fairness contribute negatively in crime, especially confrontations with police and security devices also lead to non-recognition of the legal approaching by Negroes groups
