Item اثر النزوح على الاستقرار السياسي في ولاية غرب دارفور في الفترة ( 2022-2003م )(جامعة النيلين, 2022) محمد حسن ارباب عبدالرحمنالمستخلص تناولت الدراسة أثر النزوح على الاستقرار السياسي في ولاية غرب دارفور في الفترة ما بين 2003-2022م،، ولقد قامت الدراسة على تساؤلات أهمها: أثر النزوح على الاستقرار السياسي في ولاية غرب دارفور؟ والأسباب التي تؤدي إلى النزوح؟ ، وما هي الجهود المبذولة لحل مشاكل النزوح والحد منها وتلبية احتياجاتهم ، وانطلقت الدراسة من فروض الأساسية مفادها ان للنزوح أثر واضح على الاستقرار السياسي في المنطقة، وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في الوقوف على أوضاع النازحين والاستماع لمتطلباتهم، ومن ثم معرفة المشاكل والآثار الناجمة عن ظاهرة النزوح التي تهدد الاستقرار السياسي في ولاية غرب دارفور، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى وصف حالة المجتمعات النازحة والآثار والأبعاد التي يخلفها النزوح والتي بدورها تهدد عملية الاستقرار السياسي ، واستخدمت الدراسة كل من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ودراسة الحالة ، ولقد توصلت الدراسة لعديد من النتائج أهمها هو تأثير النزوح في ولاية غرب دارفور على استقرارها السياسي من خلال استقلال النازحين من قبل الحركة المسلحة وأحزاب المعارضة والمنظمات الدولية ، كما أوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها الاسراع في تدشين مشاريع العودة الطوعية عبر عقد شراكات بين المؤسسات الوطنية والمنظمات الدولية والمحلية، والعمل على تقديم تعويضات للنازحين لمواصلة حياتهم، وأيضاً فرض هيبة الدولة وتفعيل دور الأجهزة القانونية والعدلية وإخراج كافة الحركات المسلحة والمعارضة من الولاية والحد من الصراعات التي تنشأ بين الأهالي مما يؤدي إلى الاستقرار السياسي والأمني بالولاية. Abstract This study dealt with the displacement impact on political stability in West Darfur during the period 2003-2022, . The study questions represented in what is the impact of displacement on political stability in West Darfur State? , what the reasons that lead to displacement? ,and what are the efforts made to solve and reduce displacement problems that meet their needs , the study was based on the assumptions that displacement has a clear impact on political stability in the region , and the importance of the study represented in identifying the conditions of the displaced , listening to their requirements, knowing the problems, and their effects that resulting from the phenomenon of displacement that threatens political stability in West Darfur State , the effects and dimensions left by displacement, which in turn threaten the process of political stability , Describe the situation of the displaced communities, The study has come up with several results, the most important are: there are impacts of displacement in West Darfur state affected its political stability through the independence of the displaced by the armed movement, opposition parties and international organizations , The study recommended several recommendations, the most important , are: to expedite the launch of voluntary return projects through partnerships between national institutions , international , local organizations, and work to provide compensation for the displaced to continue their lives, as well as imposing the prestige of the state , activating the role of legal , justice agencies , removing all armed and opposition movements from the state, and reducing the conflicts that It arises among the people, which leads to political and security stability in the state.Item اثر النزوح على الاستقرار السياسى في ولايه غرب دارفور في الفتره(2003-2022)(جامعه النيلين, 2022) محمد حسن ارباب عبدالرحمن
