Item الهجرة الأثيوبية الوافدة إلي ولاية الخرطوم دوافعها واثارها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية دراسة حالة منطقة الديوم الشرقية في الفترة من 2018- 2019م(جامعة النيلين, 2018) مبارك احمد عبدالله حمدونالمستخلص تناول البحث الهجرة الأثيوبية الوافدة دوافعها واثارها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على ولاية الخرطوم. ظلت مشكلة هذا البحث في أنه ظلة الهجرة الأثيوبية الوافدة إلى السودان عن طريق الهجرة الدولية إلى ليبيا وأوروبا ،والتي برزت كأحد المشاكل السكانية لا سيما مع تزايد الضغط السكاني للمشاركة في الخدمات واختلال سوق العمل حيث تكمن مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على السؤال التالي ما هي أهم الآثار والنتائج الناجمة عن هذه الظاهرة ؟اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الكمي الاحصائي والمنهج التاريخي ، هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الهجرة الأثيوبية الوافدة دوافعها واثارها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على ولاية الخرطوم. تتكون الدراسة علي أربعة فصول الفصل الاول تناول منهجية الدراسة والفصل الثاني الاطار النظري والدراسات السابقة ، والفصل الثالث تناوله الدوافع والاثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المترتبة علي الهجرة ، والفصل الرابع تناول الدراسة الميدانية للدراسة والتي خرجت بعدة نتائج من أهمها : ان الدافع من الهجرة الاثيوبية الي السودان عدم وجود فرص عمل وارتفاع تكاليف المعيشة وقلة الدخل (العامل الاقتصادي ) ، اثبتت الدراسة ان معظم المبحوثين يوضحون ان الهدف من الهجرة الي السودان هو البحث عن العمل ، بينت الدراسة ان معظم المبحوثين يحولون اموالهم خارج نطاق الدائرة المصرفية (اثر اقتصادي). على ضوء النتائج السابقة تم التوصل بعدة توصيات من أهمها : العمل علي توفير الإمكانيات والبيانات والاحصاءات بما يمكن للمخططين والباحثين دراسة هذه الظاهرة جميع أبعادها الجغرافية والإقتصادية والإجتماعية والثقافية والسياسية من خلال تكوين قاعدة بيانات ومعلومات خاصة لهذه الظاهرة. العمل علي وضع بعض الخطط الإقتصادية المتعلقة بظاهرة الهجرة الوافدة لاسيما العمالة والتي تخدم برامج التنمية كالتركيز علي التخصصات التي يحتاجها سوق العمل مع تقليص تلك العمالة المهاجرة الغير فعالة في عمليات التنمية. Abstract The study dealt with Ethiopian emigration's motives and its economic and social effects on the state of Khartoum. The problem of this research lies in the fact that the Ethiopian immigration to Sudan through international migration to Libya and Europe, which emerged as one of the population problems, especially with increasing population pressure to participate in services and labor market imbalance. The problem of research is to answer the following: And the results of this phenomenon The study adopted the statistical quantitative approach and the historical approach, the aim of the research is to identify the Ethiopian emigration and its economic and social effects on the state of Khartoum. The study consists of four chapters of the first chapter dealing with the methodology of the study and the second chapter theoretical framework and previous studies, the third chapter dealt with the motives and effects of economic and social implications of migration, and chapter IV dealt with the field study of the study, which came out several results, the most important: The motivation of Ethiopian migration to Sudan, The study found that most of the respondents show that the goal of migration to Sudan is to look for work, the study showed that most of the respondents transfer their money outside the Egyptian Department (Economic impact). In light of the previous results, several recommendations have been reached. The most important of these recommendations are: To work on providing the possibilities, data and statistics so that planners and researchers can study this phenomenon in all its geographical, economic, social, cultural and political dimensions by creating a database and special information for this phenomenon. To work on the development of some economic plans related to the phenomenon of immigration, especially employment, which serve development programs such as focusing on the specializations needed by the labor market while reducing those migrant workers not active in development processes.
