Item أثر سعر الدولار الجمركي على حركة التجارة الخارجية في السودان (2005- 2016م)(جامعة النيلين, 2018) أيمن كمال أحمد الحاجالمستخلص هدف البحث إلى دراسة أثر سعر الدولار الجمركي على بعض متغيرات التجارة الخارجية منها الصادرات والواردات وسعر الصرف والناتج المحلي الإجمالي والميزان التجاري. تكمن أهمية البحث في دراسة السياسات التجارية الحمائية ومدى تأثيرها على متغيرات التجارة الخارجية في السودان في الفترة (2005 – 2016م)، بالإضافة إلى الأهمية العلمية المتمثلة في أثراء المكتبة العلمية وإضافة للعلم والمعرفة والأهمية العملية المتمثلة في الاستفادة من نتائج البحث في اتخاذ القرارات للمؤسسات ذات الصلة بالمجال. وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في دراسة ما تأثير سعر الدولار الجمركي على بعض متغيرات التجارة الخارجية في السودان ومن أهمها الصادرات والواردات والناتج المحلي الإجمالي وسعر الصرف والميزان التجاري. افترض الباحث فيما يتعلق بفرضيات البحث وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سعر الدولار الجمركي والصادرات والواردات والناتج المحلي الإجمالي وسعر الصرف والميزان التجاري. اعتمد الباحث على بيانات السلاسل الزمنية والمصادر الثانوية للبيانات من التقارير السنوية للبنك المركزي ووزارة المالية والاقتصاد الوطني وهيئة الجمارك السودانية. اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج القياسي للتوصل إلى العلاقة الكمية التي تربط المتغيرات تحت الدراسة مع بعضها البعض وتفسير هذه العلاقات بين المتغيرات وذلك باستخدام برنامج (spss) برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية. أهم النتائج التي توصل لها البحث، وجود علاقة عكسية بين الدولار الجمركي والصادرات وهذه العلاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية، وجود علاقة طردية بين الدولار الجمركي والواردات وهذه العلاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية، وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدولار الجمركي والناتج المحلي الإجمالي وهذه العلاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية. وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سعر الدولار الجمركي وسعر الصرف وجود علاقة عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سعر الدولار الجمركي والميزان التجاري. وأهم التوصيات تتمثل في ضرورة الوضع في الاعتبار سياسات سعر الصرف التي تؤثر بشكل مباشر في تحديد قيمة الدولار الجمركي والعمل على استقرار سعر الدولار الجمركي في المستقبل. تخفيض أسعار الدولار الجمركي على الواردات السلع الضرورية للبلاد كالسلع الاستهلاكية والغذائية ومنتجات بترولية وغير بترولية ضرورية لحاجة البلاد لها، ورفع أسعار الدولار الجمركي على واردات السلع الكمالية وغير الضرورية التي لا تضيف شيئاً للاقتصاد السوداني. ABSTRACT The objective of the research is to study the effect of the customs dollar on some indicators of foreign trade including exports, imports, exchange rate, and GDP and Trade balance. The importance of research in the study of protectionist trade policies and their impact on the indicators of foreign trade in Sudan between the period 2005-2016 in addition to the scientific importance of enriching the scientific library and the addition of knowledge and knowledge and the practical importance of benefiting from the results of research decisions of relevant institutions In the field. The problem of research in the study was the impact of the dollar on some customs indicators of foreign trade in Sudan, the most important of which are exports, imports, GDP, exchange rate and Trade balance . In terms of research hypotheses, the researcher assumed a statistically significant relationship between the price of the customs dollar, exports and imports, GDP, exchange rate and Trade balance. The researcher relied on time series data and secondary sources of data from the annual reports of the Central Bank, the Ministry of Finance and National Economy and the Sudanese Customs Authority. The researcher followed the method of analytical descriptive method and the standard approach to reach the quantitative relationship between the variables under study with each other and the interpretation of these relations between the variables using the program (spss) program statistical package for social sciences. The most important results: There is an inverse relationship between the customs dollar and exports and this relationship is statistically significant. The existence of a positive relationship between the dollar customs and imports and this relationship is statistically significant. The existence of a positive relationship of statistical significance between the dollar customs and GDP and this relationship is statistically significant. The presence of a positive relationship between the price of the dollar and the customs exchange rate. The most important recommendations: The need to consider exchange rate policies that directly affect the determination of the value of the customs dollar and work to stabilize the price of the customs dollar in the future. Reducing the prices of the customs dollar on imports The essential commodities of the country, such as consumer goods, food, petroleum and non-petroleum products, are essential to the country's need for them, and raising the prices of the customs dollar on imports of luxury and unnecessary goods that add nothing to the Sudanese economy.
