Item الأبعاد الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لهجرة أساتذة الجامعات السودانية دراسة حاله جامعتى الخرطوم والنيلين (م2014 -2000)(جامعة النيلين, 2016) أسماء محمد الحسن سليمانالمستخلص تناولت الدراسة مشكلة الكوادر المؤهلة المتمثلة فى هجرة أساتذة الجامعات السودانية الى الدول العربية والاروبية وغيرها من الدول مما نتج عنه اثار اقتصادية واجتماعية وسياسية ونفسية وايجابية وسلبية وبماأن الدولة لايمكن أن تحرم اساتذة الجامعات من الهجرة الى الخارج حسب القوانيين . تناولت الدراسة الابعاد الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لهجرة الأساتذة فى الجامعات السودانية (جامعتى الخرطوم والنيلين)الهجرة اسبابها واشكالها ودوافعها والابعاد الإجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية واهتمت بدراسة هجرة العقول البشرية واثرها فى التنمية فى السودان.ومدى مساهمتها فى الاقتصاد السودانى وبعض المشاكل الاجتماعية التى تواجه المجتمع السودانى تناول خطورة هجرة الكفاءات العلمية وهجرة الكفاءات السودانية العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والدراسة الميدانية . اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى التحليلى استخدمت بعض المصادر الأولية فى جمع البيانات وهى ( الاستبانة –الملاحظة -) بلاضافة الى بعض المصادر الثانوية المختلفه التى تمثلت فى الكتب والمراجع ، والبحوث والدوريات ، كما استعانت الدراسة بعض الاستطلاعات الراى العام وبعض المقالات من الشبكة العنكبوتية . أهم نتائج الدراسة 1-هجرة الكفاءات العلمية السودانية أفقدت السودان فرصة الاستفاده من جهودهم فى التنمية. 2-تستفيد الدولة اقتصاديا من خلال التحويلات المالية والضرائب المساهمه الوطنية للسودانيين العاملين بالخارج. 3 -تجذب الهجرة الخارجية الشباب ذوى الكفاءات العلمية. 5 -رفع المستوى الحضارى حيث يكسب المهاجر بعض الافكار والقيم والعادات . 6 -تطوير عمل االسفارات السودانية بالتنسيق مع جهات ذات صله ليشمل تقديم المنشورات القانوية والاجتماعية والأقتصادية . أهم نتائج الدراسة : 1-حل مشكلات عضو هيئة التدريس من الناحية الأقتصادية والاجتماعيةوالسياسية 2-الاستفادة من الدراسات متعدده فى معالجات لتنظيم . -3تطوير عمل السفارات السودانية بالتنسيق مع جهات ذات صلة ليشمل تقديم المنشورات القانوية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية. ه Abstract The study addressed the problem of qualified personnel of the migration of professors Sudanese universities to Arab countries and European and other countries, resulting in social, political, psychological and positive and negative economic impacts and Pmaon state can not deprive professors of emigration by Laws. The study addressed the social and economic dimensions of the migration of teachers in the Sudanese universities (Universities of Khartoum and the Two Niles) immigration causes, forms and motives, social, economic and psychological dimensions and focused on studying the migration of human minds and their impact on development in Alsudan.omdy contribution in the Sudanese economy and some of the social problems facing the Sudanese community addressed the seriousness of the brain drain scientific and the migration of the Sudanese competencies of social and economic factors and field study. The study followed the descriptive analytical method used some of the primary sources of data collection, a (resolution -almlahzh -) Bladavh to some secondary sources over different represented in books, references, research journals, also used the study some polls public opinion and some articles from the Web. The most important results of the study 1-migration of Sudanese scientific talent deprived the Sudan the opportunity to benefit from their efforts in development. 2-economically benefit the state through fiscal transfers and taxes national contribution to the Sudanese working abroad. 3. Foreign immigration attract young people with scientific talent. 5. raise the level of civilization where immigrant earns some ideas, values and habits. 6. develop the work of the Sudanese Aambassarat in coordination with the relevant parties to include the provision of Aleghanoah, social and economic publications. The most important findings of the study: 1-solving faculty member of the economic andAlajtmaihwalssayash body problems 2-to take advantage of multiple processors in studies for the organization. 3-develop the work of the Sudanese embassy in coordination with the relevant parties to include the provision of publications Aleghanoah, social and economic.
