    Abstract The use of Data Mining techniques provides users in all fields the ability to extract and focus on essential information in databases. Data Mining techniques are based on the construction of forecasts and the detection of behavior and trends which allows to make good decisions and in due time, The study examined the design of a prediction system using data mining techniques applying statistical methods to predict customs exports through the Sudanese Customs Electronic System, The problem of the study is that the customs authority does not use the decision support systems, which leads to the lack of optimal independence of the data in decision making, which drains many efforts and misses many opportunities. The Customs Authority has a large database of exports and imports, The study aimed at providing an applied study in the field of data prospecting to support the decision makers of the Sudanese customs authority by constructing a prediction system using data mining techniques to forecast goods exported through the Sudanese Customs Electronic System using four statistical methods to reach the best method among them, The study was based on the scientific approach in analysis and design. The Unified Modeling Language (UML) was used in System documentation, Java language in application creation , Oracle (11g) in the databases and SPSS Program in Statistical Analysis , The results of the study showed that the statistical methods are very successful in supporting decision-making, and that the method of least squares is the highest value in the value followed by the method of simple linear regression and then the method of moving averages and finally the method of related ratios. The study recommended the need to rely on the prediction in the preparation of plans and programs that help in support of national income in addition to the need to investigate the reasons for the low interest in the use of data mining techniques in Sudan Customs Authority that will increase the efficiency of decision-

    Abstract _ The study aimed to design simulation model to detect and diagnose faults distribuo n electrophoresis in loads of 11kv and 33kv moment they occur and storage types of malfunctions rare to know it in the future, using schemes fault detection to facilitate comparisons used in the diagnosis, and comes by producing programs smart, contribute to the conversion circuit breakers or relays are used to relay smart. ' package Matlab was used to fit it smart systems and programs for the training of artificial neural networks used in the system, and produce charts that support the hypothesis researcher- ' The study concluded that set of results including the adoption of power as the primary source for data entry into the algorithm of the smart system because it is considered appropriate value after the holidays in the diagnostic process. ' Fault Diagnosis contributes to the speed of decision-making in the use of appropriate tools to correct malfunctions. ' become a relay system which uses the smartphone which is based schemes detect and diagnose faults called smart relay. ' Most of the electrical distribution failures are touches failures.Therefor the study recommended that: _ ' implementation of the model for the development of commercially relays used for become relays smart. ’ The use of computers with high specifications on the level of memory and processor smart because the software package works in large tracts of RAM and take time in processing. ~ Using smart models such as genetic algorithm and fuzzy logic in the development of electrical distribution equipment digital relays converters.     Abstract This study was to address the issue of spatial analysis and planning of health services in kassala state using the techniques of geographic information system(GIS) ,and design special health information system using Devlnfo. The main objective of this study is to analyze the current spatial distribution of health services and their suitability for spatial planning standards that meets the needs of the community in the kassala state , as well as providing a proposal for a better spatial distribution and efficient health services in the study area that could help stakeholders and decision makers to take appropriate steps to develop this vital service . The methodology of study followed the descriptive and analytical approach based on the results of the census carried out by the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics in 2008 , and the resultsiof a comprehensive field survey carried out by author for public health services , hospital and health centers , including the health center and phannacies in the study area , in addition to the current structural plan of the city’s a basis to identify planning areas , and calculating the area and the population distribution . The analysis and evaluation of the current spatial distribution of health services was undertaken by comparing the standards of planning for health services in some neighboring countries , and through the use of the impact of natural distribution of area and population . The result of the analysis showed that health services, especially with regard to primary health care centers and pharmacies in the study area suffer from poor and inadequate distribution , causing pressure on the service and adversely affect the level of health of the population . The study identified the places that lack of these services , and provided aplanning proposal for the establishment of new health centers in the study area. in specific locations . The study recommended a number of recommendations , the most important was the establishment of a general hospital in the region , since the existing governmental general hospital in kassala state is the only hospital in the governorate of kassala state , which is not subject to horizontal expansion in accordance with the planning standards and suffering from the pressure of service by up to approximately twice the currently available capabilities . In addition , the study recommended the necessity of the development of these centers in terms of their physical , administrative , human needs , and technical and medical equipment to ease pressure on the centers and provide better service to citizens. The study also recommended the rationalization of the licensing of new pharmacies in areas with a large number of pharmacies , in order to promote the opening of pharmacies in areas of need for service and to achieve more efficient spatial distribution . Finally , the study recommended the development of the database on pharmacies in the Ministry of Health in order to facilitate follow — up, supervision and planning . where the existing archive is primitive and dose not achieve the minimum required level for future planning .
