    تناول البحث أهمية تأمين السيارات والدور الذي يلعبه كأكبر فرع بالنسبة لفروع التأمين الأخرى ، يهدف البحث إلى التركيز على أوضاع شركات التأمين ومدي تطبيقها للمعايير ، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في التركيز على تأمين السيارات دون غيره من الأنواع الأخرى للتأمين ومدى إلتزام شركات بالمعايير الموضوعة لمعدلات الإحتفاظ والخسائر . من خلال الدراسة تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج: لايوجد إلتزام بالمعايير بالإضافة إلى أن التركيز على نوع واحد يؤدي بالشركات إلى الإنهيار ، يوصي البحث بأنه يجب أن تكون هناك عقوبات رادعة في حالة وجود مخالفات وعلى شركات التأمين أن تقبل أنواع مختلفة من التأمين لعمل موازنة في محفظة المؤمن.

    According to the numerous, variety and similarity of the symptoms of the diseases, there was more develop in medical science, this led to increase the number of medical professions over the world, and follow by increasing of medical errors. Insurance market introduces professional civil liability insurance policies in line with huge development of medical science and its errors. The problem of the research acts in; who takes the responsibility of medical errors, this responsibility criminal or civil, contractual or not contractual, did civil liability insurance courage the doctors to be neglect and fall in errors or minimize that errors and whether the compensation will pardon from medical error liability, the researcher put many hypotheses summarized in; the doctor has contractual civil liability, the insurance not courage the doctors to be neglect and fall in errors and the compensation will not pardon from medical error liability.
