    mi Q Abstract This study aims to examine the importance of administrative control in enhance employees performance at universities, case study "University of Elzaam Elazhari", the control has a great importance in the success of the plans and strategies at deferent stages, prior control, the inherent control and subsequent control to cover all aspects of the work planning , executing and fmal result. tlle research problem is represent in weakness of administrative control at University of Elzaam Elazhari due to deterioration civil service system of the Sudanese institutions in addition to the ineffectiveness of the majority of methods and tools to raise the level of supervisory tools at the university. The importance of the study is in control contribution ill Adjusting qualitative performance of the University of Elzaam Elazhari under affective environmental variables in administrative activity. The study is based on the following Hypotheses there was a positive relationship between administrative control and efficient functionality. There is al relationship between the lack of effectiveness of administrative control and some of the problems faced by the regulatory process in University of Elzaam Elazhari. There was a positive relationship between the effectiveness of administrative control and control methods used in the University of Elzaam Elazhari. The research came out following results and recommendations: There was relationship between the administrative control al1d performance efficiency at the University of Al-Azhari Elazhari, use of modern regulatory tools by the university such as operations research, computers working on the efficiency of the control systems at the university. The study recommended the following: Must working in the development of the capacity of workers and increase their efficiency by increasing the effectiveness of administrative control. And also the need for design a control system commensurate with the nature of the work of the university must also periodically evaluate the system to consolidate the strengths and correct weaknesses. n ~

    مستخلص تهدف هذه الدراسة لبحث أهمية الرقابة الإدارية في رفع أداء العاملين بالجامعات جامعة الزعيم الأزهري كدراسة حالة، وللرقابة أهمية كبيرة في نجاح الخطط والاستراتيجيات من خلال المراحل المختلفة، الرقابة السابقة، الرقابة الملازمة والرقابة اللاحقة لتغطي جميع جوانب العمل تخطيطا وتنفيذا ونتيجة نهائية. تدور الدراسة حول عدة محاور لمشكلة البحث تتمثل في الآتي: ضعف الرقابة الإدارية بجامعة الزعيم الأزهري نسبة لتردي الخدمة المدنية بالمؤسسات السودانية بالإضافة إلى عدم فعالية غالبية الأساليب والأدوات الرقابية لرفع مستوى العاملين بالجامعة. أهمية الدراسة تتمثل في إسهام الرقابة في ضبط الأداء النوعي لجامعة الزعيم الأزهري في ظل المتغيرات البيئية المؤثرة على النشاط الإداري. ارتكزت الدراسة على الفرضيات الآتية: توجد علاقة طردية بين الرقابة الإدارية وكفاءة الأداء الوظيفي. توجد علاقة بين عدم فاعلية الرقابة الإدارية وبعض المشاكل التي تواجهها العملية الرقابية بجامعة الزعيم الأزهري. هنالك علاقة طردية بين فاعلية الرقابة الإدارية والوسائل المتبعة في الرقابة بجامعة الزعيم الأزهري. وقد خرج البحث بالنتائج والتوصيات الآتية: توجد علاقة بين الرقابة الإدارة وكفاءة الأداء في جامعة الزعيم الأزهري. استخدام الجامعة للأدوات الرقابية الحديثة مثل بحوث العمليات ، الحاسبات الالكترونية يعمل على كفاءة النظم الرقابية بالجامعة. أوصت الدراسة بالآتي: ضرورة الاهتمام بتنمية قدرات العاملين وزيادة كفاءتهم وذلك بزيادة فاعلية الرقابة الإدارية. وأيضا ضرورة تصميم نظام رقابي يتناسب مع طبيعة عمل الجامعة كما يجب تقييم النظام بشكل دوري لتأصيل نقاط القوة وتصحيح نقاط الضعف.
