مواهب فتح الياس الشلالي2017-07-252017-07-252009http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/4185مستخلص البحث يهتم هذا البحث { القوة القانونية للمبادئ الموجهة فى الدساتير السودانية } بإن يثبت ان المبادئ الموجهة هى جزء من الحقوق والحريات وهى حقوق ملزمة للدولة السودانية لأنها تحتوى على حقوق تم النص عليها فى معاهدات ومواثيق دولية وقع السودان عليها ، كما انها توجد فى الدساتير مرتبطة بنصوص أخرى لها القوى القانونية كذلك تم النص عليها فى اتفاقية السلام الشامل ضمن الحقوق والحريات وفى دستور الجنوب نص عليها كمبادئ اساسية وليس موجهة . ABSTRACT This research deals with { Guiding Objectives and Principles in the Sudanese Constitutions } by affirming that Guiding Objectives and Principles are part of the rights and freedoms which the Sudanese State is obliged to respect, upheld and promote because they include rights enshrined in international human rights treaties, covenants and instruments ratified by the Republic of the Sudan. Further more they are found in the constitutions connected with other provisions which have the power of law . They also enshrined in the Comprehensive Peace Agreement within the rights and freedoms. They are enshrined in the Interim Constitutional of Southern Sudan,2005 not as ،Guiding Objectives and Principles, but as ،Fundamental Principles, .قانون عام
