For achieving that, the Researcher adopted the descriptive correlative approach through building measurements of mental alertness and the emotional balance as tools for data collection of a sample which reached (125) employees. The sample was selected by simple random method. After having collected the data, they were processed by some of the statistical equations, namely (T) Test for the average of one population, Pearson correlation coefficient and unilateral and bilateral analysis of SPSS. After analysis, the Research concluded to the following results: The metal alertness in the armed forces personnel is characterized by being high. The emotional balance in the armed forces personnel is characterized by being high. There is significantly statistical relationship between the level of metal alertness and emotional balance among the arm forces personnel. There are significantly statistical differences in the mental alertness attributed the age variable. There are significantly statistical differences in the mental alertness attributed the age educational level among the armed forces personnel. There are significantly statistical differences in the mental alertness attributed the social status among the armed forces personnel. The results provided by the theoretical frame and previous studies were also discussed. The Researcher launched many recommendations, the most important of which was the identification of the factors that affect the emotional balance of the armed forces personnel and benefiting from their results in raising the level of the emotional balance of the armed forces personnel and for the research proposals.الاتزان الانفعاليThesis
