ياسر تاج السر الحاج أبو هريرة2021-03-072021-03-072016http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/16145هدفت الدراسة الي محاولة دراسة اثر سلوك سعر الصرف علي توازن الميزان التجاري و تحديد مدي فعالية نظام اسعار الصرف المعتمده في التخفيض من العجز في الميزان التجاري و محاولة البحث عن الوسائل والاليات للحد من اثار السلبيه لتقلبات اسعار الصرف علي الميزان التجاري. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل ماهو أثر سعر الصرف علي الميزان التجاري؟ ومنها تتفرع الاسئله , ماهي العوامل المؤثرة علي سعر الصرف؟ , ماهو اثر تخفيض سعر الجنيه علي العجز في الميزان التجاري؟, ماهي طرق معالجة تقلبات سعر الصرف؟ واتبعت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي للبيانات باسلوب الانحدار الخطي باستخدام برنامج spss وتوصلت الي النتائج منها أن هناك علاقة طردية بين سعر الصرف والميزان التجارى, (الميزان التجارى يعتبر من أحد أهم مكونات ميزان المدفوعيات), أن أى حلل يحدث فى الميزان التجارى ينعكس ذلك سلباً أو إيجاباً على ميزان المدفوعيات. واوصت الدراسة أنه يجب على الدولة الاعتماد على الصادرات وخاصة غير البترولية وذلك لخلق عملية فائض فى الميزان التجارى وتقليص حجم الواردات,يجب إتباع السياسات المناسبة للمحافظة على إستقرار سعر الصرف مثل سعر الصرف المستقر أو الثابت, (لابد من المحافظة على زيادة الصادرات وتقليل حجم الواردات), لابد من بذل المزيد فى الجهد والعمل غلى إيجاد حلول مناسبة للمشاكل الإقتصادية التى يعانى منها الإقتصاد السودانى ومنها العجز فى الميزان التجارى وتدهور سعر الصرف. The study aimed to study the effect of exchange rate behavior on the balance of trade balance and determine the effectiveness of the exchange rate system adopted in reducing the deficit in the balance of trade and try to search for means and mechanisms to reduce the negative effects of exchange rate fluctuations on the trade balance. The problem of the study was the question of the impact of the exchange rate on the trade balance What are the factors that influence the exchange rate? What is the effect of the devaluation of the pound on the deficit in the trade balance? What are the methods of dealing with exchange rate fluctuations? The study followed the analytical method of data in linear regression method using the spss program and reached the results that there is a positive relationship between the exchange rate and the trade balance. The trade balance is considered one of the most important components of the balance of the payments. Any analysis that occurs in the trade balance reflects negatively or positively on the balance of the profits. . The study recommended that the state should work to rely on exports, especially non-petroleum, in order to create a surplus in the trade balance and reduce the volume of imports. The appropriate policies should be followed to maintain the stability of the exchange rate such as fixed or fixed exchange rate.
