محمد أحمد عبد الله محمد2021-06-022021-06-022021http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/16382بحث مقدم لنيل درجة الدكتوراة في إدارة الأعمالالمستخلص هدف هذا البحث إلي تشخيص المشكلة موضع البحث بطريقة علمية ومن ثم الوصول إلي أسبابها وتقديم نتائج وتوصيات مقبولة تؤدي إلي تطوير الأداء بالقطاع موضع البحث والمجال الإداري بشكل عام، وكذلك التعرف علي عوامل البيئة الخارجية ودورها في تقييم وتقويم الأداء وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالمنظمة، وذلك بغرض المساهمة في بلورة الأسس العلمية التي تقوم عليها عملية تقييم البيئة الخارجية وتشخيص حجم الفرص والمخاطر التي أثرت علي الأداء والميزة التنافسية بالمنظمة، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في وجود معوقات ناتجة عن عوامل البيئة الخارجية للمنظمة مما أدت إلي تدني مستوي الإنتاج وتوقف العديد من المصانع المنتجة بالبلاد، هذا إلي جانب ضعف القدرة التنافسية في أغلب المنظمات بالقطاع الصناعي، حيث تتكون فروض البحث من ثلاثة فرضيات رئيسية تتفرع منها مجموعة من الفروض وتشمل الفروض الأساسية؛ علاقة الميزة التنافسية بالأداء، وعلاقة الميزة التنافسية مع البيئة الخارجية، وعلاقة البيئة الخارجية بالأداء، وأتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ودراسة الحالة، بإستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية{SPSS}، وتوصل البحث إلي النتائج الأتية: وجود علاقة إحصائية بين الميزة التنافسية والأداء وهذا يشير إلي أن الميزة التنافسية بالمنظمة تتحقق من خلال فعالية الخطط والأهداف المحددة مع طبيعة النشاطات التي تقوم بها ومدي حجم الفرص والمخاطر من حولها، ايضاً هناك علاقة بين الميزة التنافسية والبيئة الخارجية، وخلص البحث إلي أن المنظمة أجتهدت في الإستفادة من الفرص المتاحة لها ولكنها تأثرت بزيادة حجم المخاطر من حولها، وكذلك كشف البحث عن وجود علاقة احصائية بين البيئة الخارجية والأداء، ووضح حجم الدور الأساسي للبيئة الخارجية في تقييم فاعلية الأداء بالمنظمة، هذا إضافة إلي العلاقة الإرتباطية بين الخصائص الديموغرافية للعينة ومتغيرات البحث، ومن أهم التوصيات التي تم استعراضها في البحث هو ضرورة الإستعانة بقيادات مؤهلة علمياً لرسم السياسات ووضع الخطط والأهداف الإستراتيجية بالمنظمة، واتباع الطرق والأساليب العلمية في تنفيذها، كما أوصي البحث الجهات المهتمة بأمر الصناعة بتفعيل دور اللجان الإستشارية المتخصصة لمراجعة الإجراءات والقيود المتبعة، ومحاولة تذليل كافة العقبات المسببة لضعف النمو بالقطاع الصناعي. In addition to the lack of competitiveness in most organizations in the industrial sector, where the research hypotheses consist of three main hypotheses, from which a group of hypotheses are branched and include the basic assumptions; The relationship of competitive advantage to performance, the relationship of competitive advantage with the external environment, and the relationship of the external environment to performance. The study followed the analytical descriptive approach and case study, using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences {SPSS} program.
