:أمل عبدالله مبروك خيرالله2020-03-082020-03-082019http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/15694بحث تكميلي لتلبية مطلوبات الحصول على درجة الدكتوراة في إدارة الأعمال DBAالملخص إهتمت الدراسة بموضوع تدوير مخلفات المنتجات الورقية في مجال التعبئة والتغليف في السودان كأحد المواضيع الهامة والحديثة في عصرنا الحالي حيث تغير المفهوم التقليدي في التعامل مع النفايات بالسعي للإستفادة منها بدلاً عن التخلص منها بطرق ضارة للبيئة، تتمثل مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على سؤال دور تدوير المخلفات الورقية بأبعادها الإستراتيجية والتكنولوجية ومواردها المالية والبشرية وأيضاً ثقافة المجتمع وثقافة المنشأة في تحقيق الأهداف الإنتاجية للمنشأة، تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على الدور الذي يمكن أن يؤديه تدوير المخلفات الورقية بأبعاده المذكورة في تحقيق ما تصبو إليه المنشأة من أهداف إنتاجية مثل تقليل التكلفة و زيادة المبيعات وجودة الإنتاج وتحقيق رضا العاملين وكذلك تحمل المنشأة لمسئوليها الإجتماعية نحو المجتمع بالحفاظ على البيئة من التلوث والإشتراك في التضامن المجتمعي لتحقيق الرفاء الإجتماعي لأفراد المجتمع. فرضية الدراسة هي وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تدوير المخلفات الورقية بأبعادها المذكورة وتحقيق الأهداف الإنتاجية لمنشآت التعبئة والتغليف في السودان، وفي سبيل التحقق من ذلك تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بحيث تم وصف الظاهرة وجمع البيانات من مصادرها الأولية المعتمدة على أدوات المقابلة الشخصية والإستبيان والثانوية المعتمدة على المراجع والكتب والدراسات السابقة ومواقع الشبكة العنكبوتية ومن ثم القيام بتحليلها للوصول إلى نتائج وتوصيات منطقية ومقبولة. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وجود دور إيجابي فعال لتدوير المخلفات الورقية بأبعادها المذكورة في تحقيق الأهداف الإنتاجية للمنشأة، وأن تدوير مخلفات الصناعات الورقية يمكن أن يكون جاذباً للمنشآت التعبئة والتغليف في السودان الراغبة في تحقيق أهدافها الإنتاجية المختلفة. أهم ما أوصت به الدراسة وجوب رفع ثقافة إعادة التدوير ودعم الدولة لصناعة تدوير المخلفات الورقية بتسهيل إستجلاب المعدات والآليات وقطع الغيار، منح الأفراد والأسر والجمعيات قروض وتساهيل بنكية للحصول على المكابس وتركيبها كنقاط تجميع للمخلفات الورقية ودخول رؤوس الأموال والمستثمرين في صناعة تدوير المخلفات الورقية . Abstract The study focused on the topic of recycling waste paper products in the field of packaging in Sudan as one of the important and modern topics of our time as the traditional concept of dealing with waste changed by seeking to benefit from it instead of disposing of it in ways that are harmful to the environment. The research problem is to answer the question of the role of recycling paper waste with its strategic and technological dimensions and its financial and human resources as well as the community culture and culture of the establishment in achieving the productive goals of the establishment, This study aims to identify the role that waste paper recycling can play in its mentioned dimensions in achieving the desired production goals such as reducing cost, increasing sales and production quality, and achieving employee satisfaction, as well as the establishment’s social responsibility towards the community by preserving the environment from pollution and participating in solidarity Community to achieve the social well-being of members of society. The hypothesis of the study is the presence of a statistically significant relationship between the recycling of paper waste in its mentioned dimensions and achieving the production goals of packaging facilities in Sudan. In order to verify this, an analytical descriptive approach has been used so that the phenomenon has been described and data is collected from its primary sources based on personal interview tools, questionnaire and approved secondary References, books, previous studies and websites should then analyze them to reach reasonable and acceptable results and recommendations. One of the most important results of the study is the presence of an effective positive role for recycling paper waste and its mentioned dimensions in achieving the establishment's production goals, and that recycling paper waste can be attractive to packaging establishments in Sudan wishing to achieve its various productive goals.
