حنان المرضي خليفة جلالين2022-12-272022-12-272022http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/18480بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجستير في علم النّفسمستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث للتَّعرف على العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي والصحة النفسية لدى المعلمات بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية أمدرمان إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، تم إختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، بلغ حجم العينة (60) معلمة. إستخدمت الباحثة مقياس الرضا الوظيفي من أعداد أحمد خليفة وأحمد الشامي (2009) ومقياس الصحة النفسية -أعداد كولد بيرقد ترجمة على وادي (1999)،تم استخدام المعالجات الإحصائية (SPSS):إختبار (ت) لمتوسط مجتمع واحد، ومعامل الارتباط العزمي معادلة أنوفا ( تحليل التباين الاحادي). توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج الآتية: يتسم الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمات بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية أمدرمان بالارتفاع. تتسم الصحة النفسية لدى المعلمات بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية أمدرمان بالارتفاع. توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين الرضا الوظيفي والصحة النفسية لدى المعلمات بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية أمدرمان. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمات بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية أمدرمان تعزي لمتغير العمر لصالح 30 سنة. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمات بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية أمدرمان تعزي لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة.وفي الختام قدمت الباحثة عدداً من التوصيات من أهمها: تقديم سمنارات وورش عمل لتدريب المعلمات الخريجات الجدد في مراكز التربية الخاصة لتحسين مستوى الرضا الوظيفي والصحة النفسية لهن ،كما قدمت مقترحات لبحوث مستقبلية،وتم تثبيت المراجع التي إعتمدت عليها الباحثة في كتابة هذا البحث. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرضا الوظيفي- الصحة النفسية-المعلمات-مراكز التربية الخاصة- محلية أمدرمان. Abstract This research aims identify the relationship between job satisfaction and mental health among female teachers working in special education centres in Omdurman locality. The researcher used the descriptive correlation method. The research sample consists of (60) teacher , they were selected through simple random sample The researcher used the job satisfaction scale prepared by Ahmed Khalifa and Ahmed- Alshami(2009), and the mental health scale prepared by Cold Birgad,translated by Ali Wadi(1999). The data was analyzed by the Computer Applying the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) using the following Tests: (T) Test for one sample, Pearson correlation Coefficient, and Alpha Coronbackh and ANOVA test. The results are as follows: The general trait of job satisfaction among female teachers working in special education centres in Omdurman locality is high .The general trait of mental health among female teachers working in special education centres in Omdurman locality is high .There is positive significant correlation between job satisfaction and mental health among female teachers working in special education centres in Omdurman locality. There are Statistical Significant differences in the job satisfaction among female teachers working in special education centres in Omdurman locality according to age in favor of age 30 years old. There are no Statistical Significant differences in the job satisfaction among female teachers working in special education centres in Omdurman locality according to years of experiences. Finally, the researcher presents numbers of procedural recommendations such as: Presenting seminars and training workshops for special education recent graduates teachers to improve the level of job satisfaction and their mental health also, suggestions for further studies and references were cited at the end of the research.
