The study utilizes annual data from World Bank, and Mo Ibrahim Foundation. The study conducted system dynamic GMM estimation to examine the impact of business environment and other controlling variables on FDI in Africa. The results show that business environment play an important role in attracting foreign investors besides economic growth, financial development, inflation, and political stability.
