محمد بلة محمد أدم2023-03-222023-03-222023http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/19051بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة ماجستير العلوم في إدارة الأعمالالمستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى عدة أهداف منها: معرفة أثر إسلوب الأسئلة الحرجة على إدارة الأزمات،معرفة أثر إستخدام أسلوب تحليل جوانب القوة والضعف على إدارة الأزمات.تمثلت أهمية الدراسة فيمايلي: تسعى إلى توضيح دور أساليب التخطيط الإستراتيجي في إدارة الأزمات. تقديم النتائج والتوصيات التي تعزز من دور أساليب التخطيط الإستراتيجي في إدارة الأزمات،أفترضت الدراسة عدة فرضيات منها: يؤثر إستخدام إسلوب الأسئلة الحرجة على إدارة الأزمات، يؤثر إستخدام أسلوب تحليل جوانب القوة والضعف على إدارة الأزمات، يؤثر أثر إستخدام أسلوب تحليل بيانات العمل على إدارة الإزمات.ومن خلال الدراسة الإستكشافية التي قام بها الباحث على أكاديمية هاي لفل ودراسة بعض حالات الأزمات التي مرت بها الأكاديمية ومواجهة الأكاديمية لها إتضح للباحث أن إدارة الأكاديمية للأزمات لم تكن بالمستوى المطلوب الذي يخفف من حدة الأزمة وعدم القيام بالتخطيط الإستراتيجي المناسب : إن تطبيق الأكاديمية لأساليب التخطيط الإستراتيجي ساهم في التكيف مع متغيرات البيئة. أن إستخدام أسلوب الطوارئ أثر يصورة إيجابية على إدارة الأزمات. أن تطبيق أساليب التخطيط الإستراتيجي المستخدمة في الأكاديمية أثر إيجاباً على إدارة الأزمات. قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات منها مايأتي:يجب وضع عدد من البدائل في مواجهة الأزمات غير الواضحة في البيئه. على الأكاديمية أن تتعاون مع المؤسسات الآخرى ذات العلاقة لتفادي الأزمات.
