It shows the types of errors and classifies them in categories and subcategories in giving some examples. The research assumes that there are common errors which are repeated by Sudanese leamers of French as a foreign language ,some of them are related to their mother languages and others related to the system of the structure and morphology in French which are both different from English and Arabic. The study assumes also that method and teacher can both be one of the reasons that lead students to commit errors: the way of explaining certain grammatical rules might cause interference and generalization .
