سلمى ضمرة بخيت2017-08-282017-08-282008http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/4974ماجستير في الادارة التربوية والتخطيط التربويمستخلص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرّف على واقع أساليب الإدارة المدرسية في ضوء معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة وإلى معرفة مدى إمكانية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة. اختارت الدراسة عدد (52) مدير ومديرة وعدد (100) معلم ومعلمة في مرحلة الأساس بمحلية شرق النيل حيث تم اختيار عينة المديرين بطريقة قصدية متمثلة في جميع مديري ومديرات وحدة الحاج يوسف وسط ووحدة الحاج يوسف غرب بينما تم اختيار عينة المعلمين والمعلمات بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة لجميع الوحدات التعليمية بشرق النيل. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الذي يقوم على تحليل وتقويم ظاهرة معينة ، واستعانت باستبانتين لإجراء الدراسة الميدانية وجمع المعلومات حيث احتوى استبيان المديرين والمديرات على (6) محاور بينما احتوى استبيان المعلمين والمعلمات على (5) محاور . توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج من أهمها : 1. أساليب الإدارة المدرسية المتبعة تختلف عن أساليب إدارة الجودة الشاملة. 2. لا يوجد اهتمام من قبل إدارة التعلمي بنشر ثقافة إدارة الجودة الشاملة. 3. لا تتوافر بالإدارة المدرسية إمكانيات تساعد في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة . 4. تفتقر الإدارة المدرسية بمرحلة الأساس إلى وجود قيادات تمكنها من استخدام أساليب إدارية حديثة. أهم التوصيات : 1. ضرورة تبني وزارة التربية والتعليم وإدارة التعليم بالمحليات ، فلسفة إدارة الجودة الشاملة والعمل على نشرها . 2. أن تستعين إدارة التعليم بمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تقويم الأساليب الإدارية المتبعة . 3. إعداد برامج تدريبية وثقافية لتأهيل الإدارات المدرسية . 4. أن تهتم الإدارة المدرسية بتقويم جميع مستويات الخدمة التي تتم داخل المدرسة . Abstract This study aims to identify the real practices of School administration on the light of the criteria of the administration of total quality as well as to recognize the extent of the possibility of applying the administration of total quality . The study has chosen (52)of school masters (male and female) of the basic level of education and anumber of (100) teachers (male and female )of the basic level of education at sharg ElNil locality where random sample has been chosen to repenting all school masters (made and remodel )AlHag yousef middle unit and ElHajYousef western unit , together with sample of teachers (Mad and female) as random sample for all units of education at sharg ElNile Adm. The study has followed the descriptive syllabus based on analysis aided by two questionaires to undergo the filed of study and gathering information where the masters questionnaire (mode and female) ) contained (6) chapters while that of the teachers (male and female ) contained (5) chapter . The study has come to number of conclusions most important of them are : 1. Practices of school administration followed are different from those of administration of Total quality . 2. No interest will be paid by the education administration in change of publicizing the culture of administration of Total quality . 3. the school administration dose not provide ahelp of applying the administration of Total quality . 4. The school administration at the basic level of education is devoid of leadership to enable is to using new admistratatve practices . Important Recommendations: 1. the ministry of Education , the special administration will necessarily adopt at the respective localities the Total quality and the way how to get is publicized . 2. the education management will be aided bys the principles of the Total quality administrative to evaluates the administrative practices followed . 3. Preparation of training and cultural programmers for qualifying the school administration. 4. the school administration shall take all interest to evaluate all service standards that take place with in school .التربيةالإدارة التربوية
