الطيب البدري طه محمد أحمد2022-12-072022-12-072020http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/18226بحث مقدم لنيل درجة الدكتوراه في الإقتصاد السياسيمستخلص يتناول هذا البحث الاثار السياسية والاقتصادية لإنضمام دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي لمنظمة التجارة العالمية. يهدف البحث الى التعرف على مدى إسهام منظمة التجارة العالمية في تعزيز التعاملات التجارية والاقتصاديه لدول الخليج العربي كما يهدف البحث الى إلقاء الضوء على تطور إقتصاديات دول الخليج يستخدم البحث توظيف مناهج دراسة الحالة والمنهج المقارن واساليب التحليل الإحصائي الكمي لدراسة وبحث الآثار المترتبة على إنضمام دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي لمنظمة التجارة العالمية إن المراحل المتقدمة التي قطعها مجلس التعاون الخليجي في الدخول إلى منظمة التجارة العالمية جعل منها احد أهم التكتلات الإقليمية التي تتفاعل مع نظيراتها من المنظمات الإقليمية سلباً وإيجاباً. إنضمام دول المجلس لمنظمة التجارة الدولية يجعل منها فاعلاً رئيسياً في سوق النقد العالمي، وذلك من خلال ضخامة الإحتياطي النقدي في المصارف الخليجية والاحتياطات الضخمة كذلك في الصناديق السيادية لهذه الدول.   Abstract This research discusses the political and economic implications of theaccession of the GCC countries to the WTO. The research aims toidentifying the contribution of the World Trade Organization to thpromotion of trade and economic transactions of the Gulf States. Theresearch aims at shedding light on the development of the economies ofthe Gulf Countries. The research uses the methods of case study,comparative approach and statistical analysis methods tostudy and studythe implications of joining GCC countries of the World TradeOrganization. The research reached a number of results, the mostimportant of which are: The new regional is a relatively modemanalytical concept that differs from the traditional regionalism witnessedby the international system in the early 1 960s. The new regionalismcontributes directly to the replacement of economic relations that areincompatible with the economic relations that are somewhat compatible,through adopting the functional approach to dealing with the variables ofthese relations, as a way to establish advanced relations. The GulfCooperation Council (GCC) should move out of the rent-economy to amulti-sector economy in order not to be affected by the fluctuation of oilprices up and down.
