الصادق خليل عثمان اسحاق2020-11-192020-11-192019http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/16094بحث تكميلي مقدم لنيل درجة الماجستيرالمستخلص تهدف الدراسة الي التعرف علي شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي المستخدمة من قبل الطلاب بجامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا كلية الهندسة وعلي ايجابيات وسلبياتها ودوافع الإستخدام و الصعوبات التي تحد من فاعلية إستخدامها وإستخدم الباحث منهج دراسة الحالة،وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج الاتية إن الواتساب اكثر شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي إستخداماً وتفاعلاً من قبل الطلاب. وتوصلت الدراسة الي أن غالبية أفراد العينة يستخدمون شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي بشكل دائم بدافع التواصل مع الأهل والأصدقاء، ومن أبرز سلبيات شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي نشر الشائعات وكثرة إستخدامها قد يؤدي للإدمان عليها ويسبب العزلة الإجتماعية ، وأن هناك مميزات وفوائد عديدة لشبكات التواصل الإجتماعي منها تبادل المعلومات والإمتحانات والمحاضرات وتبادل الاهتمامات والخبرات وارسال الصور والاوراق الثبوتية وغير ذلك ،ومن ابرز الصعوبات التي تحد من فاعلية إستخدام شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي من وجة نظر افراد العينه هي ضعف الإنترنت. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الإستفادة من خاصية المجموعات(groups) التي توفرها اكثر شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي للتواصل بين الطلاب انفسهم وبين الطلاب والأساتذة وضرورة إبراز الجوانب الإيجابية لشبكات التواصل الإجتماعي من خلال إستخدامها في مجال التعليم وتبادل المعلومات وحث الأساتذة علي تفعيل إستخدام شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي مع الطلاب. The researcher used the case study methodology. The study reached the following results: WhatsApp is the most used and interactive social media networks by the students . The study found that the majority of respondents use social networks permanently motivated to communicate with friends and family, one of the main drawbacks of social networks spread rumors and frequent use may lead to addiction and cause social isolation, and that there are many advantages and benefits of social networks, including the exchange of information and exams Lectures, exchanging interests and experiences, sending photos, supporting documents, etc., are the main difficulties that limit the effectiveness of using social networks from the point of view of the sample members is the weakness of the Internet.
