موسي عبدالله سعيد2017-12-042017-12-042006http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/8935Abstract _ The objective of this study is to clarify the concept of the'tools of the islamic monetary policy; and compare them to those of the classidal montary policy. Ii The analytic — descriptive approach was used; so as to prove the set hypotheses. The tools of the islamic monetary policy have the power to treat problems of the deficit of the budget, the problems of the exchange rate, inflation, the rate of growth of the domestic product, through the application of the mechanism of the goverment Mucharaka, certificates (Shaharna) and several other goverment issues. The hypotheses were confinned within this research. The ability of the islamic Banks to generate the banking deposits and offering financing for their clients; is higher than that of the banks in the classical system. This is due to the exception of the investment deposits in the Sudansese islamic Banks of a ratio of the legal montary reserve fund. There are admenistrations at the islamic central bank, for the managment of the monetary policy, with the same efficiency of the traditional banking system. The islamic Banking system excels the classical banking system, by its ability to mobilization savings and employ them in a more efficient way, than the classical banking system. 4 The islamic central bank may utilize islamic monetary tools, in the absence of the classical monetary polucy tools. Likewise, the islamic bank could use the traditional tools (the legal reserve), which donot contraduct with the islamic shanoa for the control of liquidily. As for the islamic montary policy objectives, these are more comprehensive, from the objectives of the classical monetary policy. Thisis because the islamic monetary policy, in addition to the known classic|al objectives; (suchas, defence, security, etc), include the social and cultural aspects, it further linkes the indvidual to his Creator, who supervises liis dispositions, whether good or bad. ' The islamic monetary policy and the islamic banking system, can be substitutes to the classical banking system and the classical monetary policy, because the islamic monetaiy policy is distinguished by flexibility and observing all the sides ofis because the islamic monetary policy, in addition to the known classic|al objectives; (suchas, defence, security, etc), include the social and cultural aspects, it further linkes the indvidual to his Creator, who supervises liis dispositions, whether good or bad.
