هويدا عبد اللطيف الطاهر محمد2022-09-192022-09-192022http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/17474بحث مقدم لنيل درجة الدكتوراه في الاقتصادالمستخلص تناول البحث دور الاستثمارات الأجنبية في السودان من خلال دراسة مشاريع الراجحي الزراعية بولاية نهر النيل، حيث تمثلت مشكلة البحث في طرح التساؤل:هل الاستثمارات الأجنبية بولاية نهر النيل ساهمت في التنمية الاقتصادية؟ـ الأهمية العملية للحث تتمثل في أنه تناوله دور الاستثمارات الأجنبية في دعم أداء الاقتصاد الوطني ومساهمتها في التنمية بولاية نهر النيل، وذلك من خلال المساعدة في القضاء عليالفقر والمساهمة في النهضة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بالولاية، ومن ثم التقدم الاقتصادي ككل.هدف البحث إلي الوقوف علي معرفة طبيعة الاستثمارات الأجنبية بالولاية وتعظيم منافعها في مقابلة عبئها وتكلفتها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية.الوقوف علي حجم المشروعات الاستثمارية المصاحبة بالولاية ومدي مساهمتها في التنمية المحلية،اهتم البحث بطرح ثلاث فرضيات تم علي إثرها جمع المعلومات اللازمة وهي (مشاريع شركة الراجحي بولاية نهر النيل ساهمت في توفير الاحتياجات المحلية (زيادة الدخول، فرص عمل، تنمية اقتصادية)، كذلك مشاريع شركة الراجحي بالولاية ساهمت في تشغيل الأيدي العاملة المحلية، تحسين مناخ الاستثمار بولاية نهر النيل ساهم في جذب رؤوس الأموال الأجنبية.وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض وتحليل بيانات ودراسة حالة الاستثمارات الأجنبية بولاية نهر النيل، وخرج البحث بعدة نتائج أهمها:أثبتت الدراسة أن مشاريع شركة الراجحي بولاية نهر النيل ساهمت في توفير الاحتياجات المحلية (زيادة الدخول، فرص عمل وبطالة، تنمية اقتصادية)، أكدت الدراسة أن مشاريع شركة الراجحي بالولاية ساهمت في تشغيل الأيدي العاملة المحلية، أكدت الدراسة أن مناخ الاستثمار بولاية نهر النيل ساهم في جذب رؤوس الأموال الأجنبية.، كما خلص البحث إلي توصيات أهمها:إلزام المشروعات الاستثمارية بالوقوف علي مشكلة المياه الجوفية والعمل علي زراعة المحصولات التي تعادل مشكلة الملوحة.تجهيز الطرق المعبدة علي طول المشاريع الزراعية لتسهيل عملية التصدير، العمل علي تشغيل مزيد من القوي العاملة مما يقلل نسبة البطالة ودعم الشرائح الضعيفة من حد الفقر. Abstract The research dealt with the role of foreign investments in Sudan by studying Al-Rajhi agricultural projects in the River Nile State, where the research problem was to ask the question: Did foreign investments in the River Nile State contribute to economic development? The national economy and its contribution to the development of the River Nile State, by helping to eradicate poverty and contributing to the economic and social renaissance of the state, and then economic progress as a whole. The aim of the research is to know the nature of foreign investments in the state and to maximize its benefits in the face of its burden and its economic, social and environmental costs. Standing on the size of the investment projects associated with the state and the extent of their contribution to local development, the research focused on putting forward three hypotheses after which the necessary information was collected, namely (Al-Rajhi Company’s projects in River Nile State contributed to providing local needs (increasing incomes, job opportunities, economic development), as well as projects Al-Rajhi Company in the state contributed to the employment of local manpower, improving the investment climate in the River Nile State, which contributed to attracting foreign capital.The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in presenting and analyzing data and studying the case of foreign investments in the River Nile State, and the research came out with several results, the most important of which are: The study proved that The projects of Al-Rajhi Company in River Nile State contributed to providing local needs (increased incomes, job opportunities and unemployment, economic development).
