احمد مصطفى احمد عمر2017-08-102017-08-102016http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/4776بحث تكميلى لنيل درجة الماجستير في نظم المعلومات (بالتطبيق على جامعة النيلين كلية علوم الحاسوب وتقانة المعلومات )مستخلص الدارسة يدور هذا البحث فيإيجاد حلول لمشاكل الإشراف على البحوث والرسائل العلمية و مشكلة تأخير وصعوبة الإشراف بصورة مستمرة نسبة للاعتماد على الإشرافالتقليدي وذالك من خلال نقل عملية الإشراف عبر الانترنت او موقع إلكترونيتفاعليوتوفير قاعدة بيانات عن البحوث وتصنيفها للاستفادة منها في التخطيط المستقبلي كما يمكن استخراج أنماط ومعرفة جديدة من خلال تطبيق خوارزميات تنقيب البيانات واستخراج تقارير عن البحوث والرسائل العلمية . فتم تصميم موقع إلكترونيتفاعليللإشراف على البحوث للتفاعل بين الأستاذ والطالب وتعتبر واجهة يمكن من خلالها حل المشاكل ، من المشاكل التي تواجه الإشرافالتقليديهي بذل جهد مضاعف وضياع الوقت فى الإشرافالتقليدي ومتابعة البحوث بالإضافةإلى ازدحام الطلاب أمام مكاتب المشرفين . هذا البحث يهدف إلىإعطاء فكرة مبسطة عن تصميم موقع للإشرافالالكتروني للتفاعل بين الأستاذ والطالب والذي يلبى احتياجاتهم ويقلل تكلفة عملية الإشراففي كل عام دارسيلإدارة الكلية و الاستفادة من التقنيات الحديثة من خلال تطبيق مفهوم الإدارة الإلكترونية ، وتعمل الدراسة على معالجة جميع المشاكل التي سبق ذكرها . تم استخدام اسلوب التحليل الكائنى في عملية تحليل النظام ، كما تم إستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحده (UML) فى تصميم نماذج التحليل وكذالك تم استخدام لغة البرمجة(PHP) و Cssو Java script فى عملية تصميم الواجهات و تم استخدام قاعدة بيانات mysglفي تصميم قاعدة البيانات كما يحتوى البحث على النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها وكذالك التوصيات المتعلقة بالبحث Abstract This research addresses problems of supervising the researchesand scientific messages and the problems of delays and the difficulty of supervising the students and findssolutions for the traditional supervision, the spectrum through the transfer of supervision process via the Internet or an interactive Web site and provide data of the researches and categorized it for future planning also can extract patterns and new knowledge through applying data mining algorithms and the reports of the researches and the scientific messages . theinteractive website has been designed to monitor the researchesand the interaction between teachers and studentsand to act asan interface through which to solve the problems, which facing traditional supervision which costs more efforts and loss of time , and follow-up researches in addition to the congestion of students in front of supervisors offices. This research aims to give a simplified idea of the site to help in the electronic interaction between teachers and students and to meet their needs and reduces the cost of supervision each year in the college and to manage and take advantage of new technologies through applying the concept of e-management the study addresses all the problems mentioned above . Object Oriented Method was used in the system analysis, and standardmodeling language (UML) was used in the Analysis model design, and (PHP)language has been used in the programming and Css and Java script in designing interfaces and (mysgl) databasewas used, also contains the research results that have been reached, in addition to the recommendations related to research.نظم معلومات
